Kevin came in and did an initial pest control inspection. He then proceeded to place bait granules in the attic crawl space. Treated behind the switch plates in the kitchen and bath area. Treated under the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Outside he was very impressed by my grasshopper farm while he was sweeping the eaves for spider webs and wasp nests. He then sprayed the outside of the home near the windows and doors and around the perimeter of the house. The treatment was so effective on the grasshopper farm that my lawn care guys asked me who treated it so they could let another of their customers know for the same problem :-). I was very happy to recommend them.

He gave me an estimate of the protection service to be performed and didn't pressure in any way. Very straight up and forward.

After having a terrible experience with Terminix, I called Chets and I was shocked by the difference in service and knowledge. I just moved in my current house and found termite damage. I knew the house was treated before but I didn't know if it was new or old. Jordan came out for the inspection and he looked over everything very thoroughly. We also just took down our fence, and he even chipped away and damaged wood in placed I pointed, with my approval, to make sure there was none still currently resigning in the yard and house. The price they offered was also amazing. It so so great I had to schedule right away. He called to the receptionist to find out when the next appointment was available and it was about 3 weeks out. They didn't want to make me wait so they were able to move stuff around to get me in the very next day. Micheal and Gene both came out did the trenching and waited for me to get off work to complete the rest(per my request so I could make sure everything was done) They were such hard workers. They even doubled checked some of the visual damage, pointed out things on the house that should be addressed( such as a root almost growing into my house, and the ac drainage pipe) This guys are amazing they do not try to push anything on you, h*** even Jordan told me ways to prevent fleas in my yard myself. They also could tell the difference from water damage, ants, and termites.

When I called them, the lady on the phone told me that I couldn't afford their service, she has no idea who I am, and I thought this was very rude. It was almost like they didn't want my business. I ended up going with another company.

Chets always calls the day before to let me know they are coming and to find out if I need any interior treatment. On occasion I have however with the constant exterior treatment I rarely need the inside done. They are quick to treat and never make a mess or move things. The one thing I'd like to say best about them is they NEVED leave the fence gates open when they leave. Many other providers, including the letter carrier will leave and the gates are not latched or are wide open which risks the dogs escaping. Chet's technicians are very careful about this and I really appreciate that! They care about my house, my property, and my family.

Chet's Termite & Pest has been servicing our home for over 10 years. Andrew is the technician assigned to our account since the start of the services. Andrew treats my home as if it were his own, he is very responsive when I have questions or concerns. I have and would recommend Chet's to any homeowner looking for an affordable pest control solution.

The service went fantastic. They did a wonderful job and the materials they used were great. We had to vacate the house while they tented it. The service took care of the issue completely. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. I had no problem at all scheduling and they showed up as scheduled. They completed the job as estimated. The pricing was lower than I expected. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Frank showed up on time as usual willing to do whatever was needed. He's always willing to chat about any of my concerns and address them. Like when my neighbors were being treated for termites (the whole house tent) and he allayed my concerns about what it meant for my house.

Scheduled the Rodent extraction with Roy who was extremely helpful. There were a total of 4 visits. On the initial visit two techs came to plug up all access exterior holes in including the rotted soffits with wire some sort of stuffing and foam. The techs were really great and very helpful and explained everything they were doing. They then set the traps. On the following 3 visits Roy confirmed each visit before they came to the house. On the last visit they had caught the rodents. All involved were very professional and very coordinated. We are going to schedule the "Tenting" after the roof is repaired.

One of the best run companies I have encountered, on time ,polite, and effective. they hold THEMSELVES accountable. They do a great job.

Things went exactly to their schedule. They met with us on Friday to finalize the setup. Monday they came in and did the tent. Tuesday they aired it out. Wednesday they let us know that we were safe to go back in - it was a good experience for a service that is a negative - nobody wants to have bugs or spend money to get rid of them. We compared prices and they were $200 lower than 2 others and gave us confidence they knew what they were doing.

They come every other month. Ever since we stated with their service... no bug... it's been great. The service department call to book the appointment. They are always on time and professional.

I am pretty sure that these termites were already there in the wood when they built it. They came and treated it but I probably will have to replace it later. They were good. They were efficient, knew what they were after and did what they had to do.

They have different plans, but we have a maintenance plan with them which I pay for $79 every other month. They are wonderful! Their prices are reasonable.

I have four rat bait stations placed in my yard and garage and whenever my technician comes he makes sure nothing has been eating on those. He also replaces the bait. He filled in an area in my garage where the rats were coming in so they cannot do it again. I love their treatment because I have a guide dog and I don't like chemicals being sprayed on the inside of my house where the dog would be able to come in contact with it. They have a guarantee and if there are problems they will come out at no charge. I also had an armadillo problem and he told me what to do make sure it would not come back. Some people may feel this company is a bit pricey, but I think the job they do is excellent and I like what they use to keep my dog safe. He put up my garbage cans recently without even telling me because he is so nice.

We had a problem with ants, spiders, and beetles in our new home/yard. We requested several quotes for a regularly scheduled service and chose Chet's based on other reviews, price, and pet safety. Our initial treatment cost was $250 with an Angie's list coupon and then $68 every other month on our service visits. We are pleased with the service we have received with one exception. My wife had called durning our non scheduled months upon seeing a roach our beetles in the house. Both the website and the tech who came for our estimate visit said they will come out anytime for non scheduled service if needed. Well the tech who showed up on a non scheduled visit cohersed my wife into signing a new contract because they had come out in between several scheduled visits, and he said that we needed this new monthly contract to solve our problem. Upon speaking with a manager the next day to void this new contract because the terms of the original state that they will make service calls between at no charge he assured us that the way this tech operated was outside the norm for his team and would address him about this. We were able to go back to our original terms and have been very happy to have a mostly pest free home and yard. We have no more ants/spiders and only an occasional beetle so I think we will be sticking with Chet's for years to come.

They were extremely thorough and professional. After they left, our problem that we had was gone.

I was given a quote. However, when they went out to do the work there were only a couple traps left in the house and there supposed to be multiple traps. The salesman said that the house would be protected while the house was empty, which was about 6 months. My handyman said they traps were all gone 2 weeks later. They said they only check the traps three times and then they take them. There was some miscommunication about how that would be handled. I ended up having to buy squirrel traps myself and set them up. However, the people were very nice and the price was right. They did the job they were supposed to do in regards to the termite treatment. They also got the job done pretty promptly.

They do a good job and are nice people. I don’t have a pest problem, which is good. The service tech lives in the area and is always on time. I have been using them for about a year and have been pleased.

They are great and I have no complaints. As far as I know, the termite treatment worked. They are always on time and they are thorough. They always ask if there is anything else I would like them to do. When they did the orange oil for the termites, I was able to stay in the house. I work from home and wasn’t disrupted at all.
