I live in a four plex Townhouse, We were all in on the Service. High marks for the Company and the Inspector!

Main office and sales people were excellent. Everything was explained. Only problem was some of the manual laborers. I expected some cracked roof tiles, but there were a lot of smashed ones. I think the workers could be schooled on being more careful.

Kenny and Ronnie were very professional. Very polite and courteous. Very informative. Work was preformed flawlessly. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you Chet's.

Excellent. The customer service is outstanding. Chet's treats you as a real person, not another account number. The technicians are always prompt and call directly if anything changes (more often than not, they are early!). Over the two years that I've been a customer, I had two technicians, Kenny and Eugene, when Kenny, a 20+year employee changed positions to a different area of the company, so you always know exactly who is coming to your home. Everyone I've encountered in the company is knowledgable, detail oriented, and happy to address any concerns that arise. Highly recommend.

The positive results were immediate. I have lived in my home for 25 years and only recall using chet's service. With few exceptions I also can remember having only two different service technicians. Chet's has the most customer friendly, professional staff I have dealt with. They were always friendly, punctual and stayed in touch through the entire process. They literally guided you through the process, never in a hurry and willing to answer all the questions we had. I had the opportunity to call the office several times, and they were just as friendly and helpful as the field staff. They even replaced the cement troughs under my gutter spouts (a pleasant surprise since they were heavy). Afterwards, the house and yard were spotless with no indication that they had ever been there. Truly a very professional company!!

Everything went as promised. Employees were on time, courteous, and professional.

I think we're under warranty with them. The only thing I didn't particularly care for was, at the time I thought they had sub-contracted it. They did a good job, but I wasn't happy that they subbed it. They had a check off list of what he does and the sub didn't do it the way he said he does it. It had to do with the material used to tent the building. It wasn't the gauge that they say they use.

I had Chet's come out to give me an estimate, but ultimately went with another company since they quoted me a cheaper rate to get rid of my carpenter ants. The other company ended up coming out twice and doing nothing for my carpenter ant issue, so I contacted Chet's again. Chet's unfortunately had to charge me the full price for my home treatment, despite having my house sprayed twice by the other company, but at least I know it was done right this time. The carpenter ants were gone the next day from my house and I have not had any issues in the month since the treatment! I trust Chet's to take care of any future pest issues I might have with my home based on my experiences so far. I paid twice as much through Chet's, but this is how much it costs for proper treatment. Do not go cheap, get Chet's! I am still mad at myself for not calling Chet's back after getting my estimate, since I paid another company for services and missed out on getting my scratch-off tickets from Chet's.

It went great. I have used them for years. Carol is always so polite on the phone and technicians are always on time or early for an appointment. They are quick, wear protective booties and they're polite.

As far as I can tell, it all went well. Chet's has over-the-top customer relations. Phone conversations are always cheerful and helpful. The salesman calls in advance, is on time, is equipped with all forms and info. The procedure was described in detail and was executed as described. Their business approach has been consistent ever since I called them for an estimate for my very first fumigation 12 years ago. From my conversations with other pest control businesses, Chet's is well-respected in the field; that says a lot.

Their price is high and their quality is good. They always come when they say they are going to come. I told them not to call me, just come. Sometimes they surprise me but I am not going to downgrade them on that.

I have been using Chet's Pest control now for over 10 years. I have never had a problem with any bugs in my home, or yard. With having 4 children it has always concerned me about companies that use harmful pesticides. My personal rep Karl Kristof has made sure that I understand that ONLY natural products are used in my home and around my children. He has also gone above and beyond to take his time treating all areas and double checking with questions and inspecting after major storm weather, just to make me a happy customer. I appreciate the attention I get with this company and would highly recommend them.

I have used Chet's Pest Management for years. I don't know why people have rated them so high on this site. After years of being with them, I sold my house, three months after I paid the year's termite warranty. When I asked for a refund on that portion of the year remaining, I was told Chet's does not give refunds. No folks. They keep the money. Instead, they suggested I have the new owner register with them and take over the warranty. So I am supposed to pay the termite warranty for the new owner???? Even though I had a subterranean warranty, none of their people ever crawled under the house to check for subs. The only time this was done was if I asked them to go under the house. Some warranty. I once had termites crawling up two walls and begged them to tent my house. Instead, they only wanted to come out and do spot treatment. Spot treatment! Even though ugly termites were crawling en masse up both kitchen and dining room walls. I mean handfulls. I finally had to get really angry to get them to come out and tent, but after that, they raised my warranty prices and the cost to tent in the future. Once I forgot to renew the warranty and before they would let me renew, I had an inspection again. The man came out and was horribly rude. He crawled under the house and beat furiously on every timber under there. Then they gave me a new warranty but the price, of course, had changed. These are not nice people. I have moved and hired a new company. Hoping for nicer people and better service. I would never recommend them.

They came on time. They did appointment and we had a lot of pests in the house prior to that and they took care of it. It was a minor problem, you know it's just pests and the only thing you can do is just check until they go away, in which they did well.

They gave me an appointment 3 or 4 days later.

Work was done on the day scheduled, they were great with communication and my house is bug free! So I'm a happy camper. They did a great job.

I appreciated all the information disclosed on their website. The inspector and the technician were both timely, personable and seemed knowledgeable. Chet's seemed a bit pricey, but we had issues at our previous house in Florida and wanted a strong start in the new house. No bugs so far. If it stays this way it will be worth the money.
