They have been a great company to work with. They are responsive when we call them and we haven't run into any problems with them. We will continue to use them in the future.

Chets Pest Control also does termite treatments. The guys that come out and do the work are very nice. They are clean and they will tell me why they are doing what they are doing and they will answer any of my questions. The owner will put out a newsletter every month. It feels like a family run business.

They came out the next day to inspect and give us the estimate. No one answered the door and they still checked the house for us. They were prompt coming out to do the check.

He was good. He was polite and professional. They were a little more expensive than the other options. He was punctual and he was on time. He was very good about explaining the service that they provide and seemed to know the subject very well.

Chet's was my 3rd estimate. The first guy told me I had termites and would spot treat for $2000. The 2nd guy told me he'd tent the house for $1400. Chet's told me I didn't have termites - just ants pushing the termite poop out of the way. So Chet's saved me a minimum of $1400 and the awful ordeal of prepping my house for (unnecessary) tenting!

Hal was straightforward with his recommendations. He was prompt and everything he said was accurate. The technician, Kenny was very skilled, professional and went above the call of duty to perform the service. I would recommend them to anyone and will call on them again.

The problem is much better. The $380 is for the initial visit and then I pay $88 every other month for maintenance. They were very responsive. Even though he was late the first time, he called to let me know.

They came in and tented the house. They put gas in the house and after the procedure they aired out the house with fans. I felt good about them and the salesman seemed very confident. They did a very competent job. They didn't call to tell me that the house was clear to move back in, my only complaint.

They outsourced the job to a company called Magnum Termite and Pest Control. They were terrific. It's important when you're hiring companies for this job to ask who is actually going to do the work.

I was totally amazed at how much he knew and how honest he was, the most honest I have seen. He told me they were not termites and they were ants. Four other companies said that I needed termite control. Chest Pest Control diagnosed the problem that was very opposite. He warned me about other companies' practices. I will always call them in the future. He saved me $700.00 by being honest.

Chet's performed every step of the process in expert fashion. Their price estimate was better than Terminix and far better than Best Pest Control (and Chet's warranty package was at least as good as the others). They made every appointment on time, and met with each owner and inspected each unit before the event, working out small challenges with the building and landscaping. The day of the tenting, they came roughly on time and were efficient and very easy to deal with. Two days later we moved back in, and the clean-up was very satisfactory. In summary, they did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend Chet's for termite treatment.

There was nothing really spectacular about them. There was one thing they were supposed to do, but they didn't. It's not a big deal to me though. We had to get out for a few days for our protection and safety. It was a standard time.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chet's and their representative Hal Whidden. They are professional, honest and reasonably priced. They serviced 2 of our homes and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. They were honest enough to tell us that we didn't need extra, more costly treatments for Subterranean termites on one of our houses, when all the other companies who gave us estimates, said that we needed.

The service that Chet's provided was OK except that one of the exterminators knocked down a three foot section of my gutter substitution from my roof. Other than the accident, the extermination was successful. I didn't have anymore problems with termites.

They were out standing. The were able to arrange around my schedule. Hands down two thumbs up.

I suspected that the droppings I saw was old, but since the house was empty, I thought that I should have it inspected. Hal verified my suspicions. I will call him the next time I think that I have an infestation.

They did an excellent job, and there was no damage from tenting the house.

The tech was on time and was friendly and helpful. There was no problem with service.

WHEN I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FOR FUMIGATION, CHET'S SENT A MAN RIGHT OVER. HAL WAS BOTH PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL EVERY TIME WE MET. THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE AND AVAILABILITY OF BOARDING SPACE FOR MY PETS. STARTED AND ENDED THE JOB RIGHT ON TIME. WOULD USE AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED TO FAMILY.

WE SET AN APPOINTED TIME TO CONDUCT A TERMITE INSPECTION RELATING TO A PLANNED PURCHASE OF A MOBILE HOME. THE INSPECTOR ARRIVED ON TIME WITH THE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT TO CONDUCT THE INSPECTION THE INSPECTION WAS VERY THROUGH.

GREAT JOB OVERALL, BUT WHEN REMOVING THE WEIGHTS HOLDING THE TENT IN PLACE, THE WORKMEN GOT A LITTLE CARELESS AND SMASHED EXTERIOR PLANTS....THE WEIGHT FILLER WAS LAYING ON THE GROUND IN THOSE LOCATIONS.
