They are friendly and very professional. They also provide termite inspections. They are very courteous and will call the day before they come out.

We hired Chet's to take care of a tick problem we have in our house and yard. For the initial consultation, we dealt with Hal, who was extremely firendly and knowledgable. After comparing Chets to a few other companies, and reading good reviews on Angie's List, we decided to schedule an appointment for the treatment. Because of the nature of the appointment, we had to remove everyting in the house off the floor (except furniture) and away from walls. Additionally, everyone had to be out of the house for 4 hours after the treatment, including pets. Because of the amount of time it took us to prep the house, including making arrangements for the pets, we were pretty dissapointed when the technician didn't show up for the scheduled appointment. We called the office and they were very helpful. They offered a $100 credit and rescheduled. When the next appointment date came, they did arrive on time. Unfortunately we didn't have Hal this time, as the person who came to our house was very rude. We let it go though, as we just wanted to resolve the tick issue. We followed all of the directions given to us that day, including using the recomended tick collars on the dogs. To our dissapointment, we began finding ticks in our house within the next 90 days. No worries, of course, since we had a guarantee on the service that had been provided by Chets. We called Chets in December to report that we were still having an issue. Much to our surprise, we were told that the service was not guaranteed and that we'd have to pay for the service all over again. I was shocked. So first the service didn't work, and now I'm expected to pay for it all over again? Everyone that had visited our house had told us that there was a guarantee. My advice is to be careful when dealing with Chets... they don't stand behind their product. I've since informed two other people who used Chet's in the past and they've also begun looking for other companies to use because of the experience I had. If it hadn't been for Hal, this entire experience would have been terrible.

He was very good. His price was pretty good when I used him.

They are extremely responsive and we like their non-toxic options for termites. It is a little pricey, but it is much nicer. They are very responsive if you need additional treatments and have high end technology for detection.

They were checking for termites and we have a warranty where they come out and check everything and I am happy with that part. They then got smart and said that they were not doing our general pest control. They have a new method where they spray outside and behind the switch plates where the bugs come in from. They come out every other month and it is safe and then their contract says that if I see any roach at any time, I can call them. When I did see a roach, I called them and the guy came out and told me that everyone gets a roach once in a while and I told him that it was in the contract. I did not like his attitude and I did not renew with them. I paid $55 a month every other month which I thought was high. I did not think I needed someone every other month. I am continuing with them for termites but not for bugs.

They responded to my call for a consulatation quickly and were able to provide the pest control service on the day of the consultation. I also had to have my roof replaced a couple of weeks after the pest control service, so they came back free of charge after the roof was replaced, to apply the product in the attic. The price is reasonable and the product application is quick, oderless and pet-friendly.

Chet's representative was punctual and thorough. There was no charge for the inspection.

The price was worth it knowing I wasn’t going to have to tent my home. He came exactly when he said he would every time and was extremely thorough. He did the orange oil treatment that took about 2 hours.

They are an excellent company. We had a rat problem not too long ago. They cleaned up the entire problem within a week. They came in and sealed up where they were getting in and trapped 3 that were still in the attic. We haven't had any since.

They were right on time for the estimate and the service. Responded well to our questions.

They were good. They took care of the problem and I was able to sell my home.

They have been pretty flexible and they do the work well. They are good. They come and if they have any mistakes, they correct it. I would use their services again in the future.

serviceman came out few days later (wanted him immediately!) and identified them as carpenter ants and said I must have a nest somewhere. I had had a flood in my wall due to broken pipe, and plumber cut a large hole in the outside of my house to replace it and did not cover it so it was open for a week or two until i finally found someone to repair it, so I'm guessing they came in there. Anyway, he sprayed all over outside of house and I don't see them anymore, but the roaches keep coming. He said to wait 3-4 weeks to see improvement. Carged over $400 for visit (re-wrote all papers when I reminded him I had $50 Angie's list coupon) and now it will be $70 something every other month (I'm guessing forever) to keep control. Not thrilled with results, but had to be done. Glad Im selling my house next year and getting a condo. These "fixes" are killing me.

From the very first visit, Chet's Pest Control impressed me with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of service. I had my first house tented in May 2011 and although their estimate was higher than the others I received, I was confident that I would find my house as I left it to them and that the job was performed right the first time. I don't do anything unless I'm going to do it right, and neither do they. Not only that, but their warranty is great, so I have peace of mind if those little buggers come back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone you can fully trust to take care of your pest control needs. Spend the extra dough (if their estimate comes out to be higher than competitors) because it's worth it. I had Chet's Pest Control conduct an initial inspection/estimate last week and decided to hire them on the spot as a result of reviews on Angie's List and since I like to support local businesses. Jason showed up last week with an assistant (Dave) in order to do the initial inspection. Even though I said they didn't need to, they were insistent (politely) that they had to put on their shoe covers. Both were very friendly, professional and thorough in explaining what would be done, in addition to providing extra literature on the spot. Today, 18 May 2011, Frank showed up for the scheduled service. He originally thought he was going to be up to 20 mins late due to the previous appointment and called to tell me so. Luckily traffic worked in his favor and he showed up exactly on time for the 9am appointment. He was thorough, efficient and personable throughout the service call. He applied the various sprays, etc. throughout the house, including gaps in the baseboards, behind kitchen drawers/range and everywhere you'd worry about pests in the house. He then applied the exterior treatment 4ft up the outside wall, 4ft from the house on the ground, around all the windows/doors and even the roof overhang. Afterwards, he climbed up in the attic through my garage and continued with the appropriate applications up there...including the bonus of recommending that I needed to consider new insulation LOL! I'll make a point to request that he be the rep to handle my pest control from here on out.

They were through and professional yet friendly. Survayed and presented their program one day and scheduled the work at our convenience. We are very happy.

I love their work. They are very nice, polite and come when I ask them to even if it is just the day before.

When I first called them my house was full of spiders after coming home from vacation. They came and inspected everything and now come every other month. They use bait that?s non-toxic to human & dogs, which I like. Since they?ve come I haven't really had a problem and if there is a problem they come and fix it.

The have been very easy to deal with. I am very satisfied. They really stand by their service. My regular technician, "Bill" is terrific. The company and he are very responsive. I have had some ant invasions "not on schedule" and they have immediately come out and dealt with the problem. I had an allergy attack another time and was scared I had bed bugs and they could not have been more supportive (no bugs found, seemed to be an allergy reaction). They haven't charged for the unscheduled visits. Because of my allergies, I react to most pest control products but the ones used by Chet's are non-toxic. I could not be more pleased with their service and I have now used them several years.

Joined Angie's List to find a company to treat subterranean termites. Chet's looked good, and they were great. Very professional, prompt, price seemed fair to me. Team was fast and focused. The leader of the team was fantastic. No more termites, but if the do reappear Chet's will fix it for free.

My appointment was for 1:30, but Jason called to tell me that he had a cancellation so he was able to come earlier. Jason was very polite and even put on shoe covers before entering my home. I was just going to get an estimate for pest control from him, but ended up signing a contract. The company, Chet's Termite and Pest Control, has such a great guarantee that I saw no reason to look any further. Jason had everything he needed to treat my house right then. I don't have a bug problem, but you know how bugs like to come inside, especially with the hot weather of Florida. Well, I don't have to worry about that anymore because Chet's not only treats the inside of your home, but they spray all around the outside also, including the eaves and soffits. I know that I just started using Chet's, but like I said, I have nothing to lose with the great guarantee that comes with the service.

IT went extremely well. The were very professional and friendly. They called before they came and came promptly to the house. The job went very quickly. We were so impressed we hired them for the entire year. They also said if we weren't completely satisfied to call them and they would return. Having had a similar problem before we thought the ants would be back and they were. Chet's came out again, at no charge, found and sprayed the nest the little bugs created. To this day we don't see anymore ants. I would highly recommend them.

The initial sales visit is a little to high pressure for my liking and they overwhelm you with marketing materials, but it's all to get the point across that your satisfaction is guaranteed. They arrived close to on time and, although work was performed while I was away, it appears they did good work. They left no mess and did a discrete job of drilling the holes to inject the chemicals although there ended up being more holes than I remember they had said there would be. Overall I am pleased.

I do not chose them since their prices were too high, other than that they are a good company. If their price was right, I would use them.

I called and asked for someone to come out for a termite inspection. They told me someone would be available @ 12noon today. I was pleasantly surprised when they called and requested if they could come early. They arrived at approx. 10:40 am. 2 men arrived to perform the inspection. They went into every room and up into the attic. They did find a 'mud trail' from a previous infestation many years ago, but said that otherwise my house was termite-free. The men were completely professional and courteous and left without charging for the estimate. I will use this company again without hesitation.
