The entire process from calling for an estimate to completion was excellent. Terry was responsive when we called for an estimate. His estimate was very competitive. After reviewing a number of estimates and looking at previous customer reviews on Angie's List we contracted with CertaPro. They arrived as scheduled and the crew that painted our house was very professional. They were on time each day, did an excellent job. The team that replaced the shingles was likewise on time and professional. We are very happy with the result. I would be happy recommend CertaPro at any time.

The crew was very professional. My house is beautiful. The only problem they, left the gates open and my dogs got out.

Great experience. Everyone I dealt with was punctual, professional, and very efficient. The crew who painted the home worked very well together and I most appreciated how they worked with me to paint my home office in one day, minimizing the impact on my job. The crew was very respectful and did a great job keeping the job site clean. I will definitely call CertaPro again when I am ready to paint the exterior of my home.

Certa Pro did an excellent job. They came out exactly when scheduled. We started about 3 weeks after the accepted proposal date (due mainly to lots of rainy days). They pressure washed the house and even pressured washed the drive way (no extra cost). Re-painted the gutters and soffits. They painted the house with 2 coats using a sherwin williams resilince satin paint for a nice sheen - really looks good an. They painted all 3 doors (took the longest)d the price was a very reasonable additional price. They cleaned up each day and when they left on the 3rd day it looked like they were not even there. I am very picky about a company performing any type of work and I have a very high expectation of service that is performed. I would/will recommed Certa Pro painters to anyone who needs their house painted because I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for.

The person who came to give me the estimate was great, very professional . He assured me that the areas of drywall that had been removed for plumbing issues would be fixed and painted over, included in the price. The two men who came to paint seemed to have no idea how to do this. They painted over these areas first. When I said, these needed to be fixed first, they then tried to comply, but did a poor job. I just gave up on this issue. The rest of the house was painted very well. A few touch up issues were fixed within a day. I would say these guys are great painters, but don't expect problem areas to be fixed.

They never called to schedule an appointment for an estimate as they are very busy.

sTerry Beamer, owner/estimator, came on time, reviewed the painting job, explaining exactly what they would do. He did not try to push extra work. There was e-mail confirmation of who and when the workers would get there, including the job that they had before. The workers actually arrived earlier than I expected, were very neat, got the job done quickly. And cleaned up perfectly. And they left the left-over paint. I have used Certa-Pro for years and will use them again.

I waited for 2 hours and they never showed up, and I never heard from them.

Selected 4 companies from Angie's List that had overall A ratings. CertaPro Painters were the low bidders. Job consisted of power washing the walls, filling several hairline cracks, replacing a couple of boads which had rotted and painting the entire exterior of our house. On Monday the power washed the house and completely prepped the house for painting (all windows caulked, all cracks filled, rotted boards replaced, and all windows taped). The painted the entire house (walls, trim, doors) on Tuesday. Job was excellent, site was cleaned up and everything was done be Tuesday evening. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them. Several of our neighbors have commented on the exceptional job.

The CertaPro crew did great work at our home. They were able to bring in extra help during the big push to get paint on the entire house. The quality of work is outstanding and our house was finished in less than a week. The crew cleaned up thoroughly after each day of work. Great Job! We were contacted by phone about 15 minutes after we filled in the request on the Internet. An appointment was set up to review what we needed and to make us an estimate. Terry arrived punctual to the minute. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew what we need to have done before we even mentioned some things. He gave us a very reasonable estimate and said that he could contact a "stucco man" for the stucco that needed to be repaired prior to the exterior painting. Every step of the way we were contacted with updates and every one was right on the button. Terry's workers were punctual, clean and professional. There was a three day delay because of rain, but other than that everything was completed when stated it would be. We have never been as pleased as we were with Terry's companies quality and service. The work included remaking the design around two large front windows as the stucco had cracked and the metal underneath had rusted. All the metal was replaced with plastic and stucco put over it. The same with around the design of out garage. The exterior of the house was actually painted with the exact original colors. Our lanai was also repaired and painted. We have recommended CertaPro Painters to all that have asked.

The painters started the job on Wedensday, they came and pressure washed the entire house. The guy said they would be bac kthe next day to start the prep work.. They arrived at 8 AM on Thursday and went to work. They spent the entire day prepping the house.and worked till 5PM. I was impressed with the time spent getting the house ready to paint. They arrived Friday morning at 8 AM and went to work. Again they worked till 5PM, and said they would be back on Saturday and that they would finish the job. On Saturday they started at 8 AM and worked all day and finished the job around 4 PM. Overall they were a hard working crew and were very neat and clean. The job was excellant and I was very happy with them. I would without hesatation hire this company again and recommend them to everyone,

We had a great experience. The Certa Pro team was so professional. They arrived on time, worked hard, and paid great attention to detail. When we did our walk around after the job was done, there was nothing to nitpick (and I am very picky!).

The estimate was very fair. The painters showed up on time on January 9, 2012, and we went through what was expected. The whole home was painted in a neutral beige; the paint I selected was not available, and a substitute was offered - very helpful - and the paint used was not only better (at no additional cost) but a warmer color. The painters (Hector and Robert) were very polite and professional. There was virtually no paint on any of the tile floors upon completion, and the crew was finished in 2-1/2 days, sooner than expected. The job was very professional throughout.

The painters were prompt and left site clean. The salesman did not come on the first day of painting as he said he would. I walked through the house with the lead painter to show him which rooms were to be painted which color. When I came home from work, the colors were reversed. When I called the salesman, I could not get a hold of him and he did not call me back until two days later. I did talk to the lead painter that night, however, and I was told I was in error and it must be " my language barrier". After I surveyed the empty paint cans, I saw that the wrong number of cans had been purchased, ie the color that needed three cans was purchased as two cans, and the one needing two cans had been purchased as three. This was how the error was made, and after the lead painter insisted this was my error, he eventually agreed to repaint and admitted it was their error. I appreciated that. They repainted the next day. The outside deck was painted and the upstairs had leaves painted INTO it. That is, leaves had NOT blown onto wet paint, but the leaves were adherent to the deck and were sprayed over. They fixed this after first contending the leaves had blown on after painting. My hardwood floor was left with a large scratch after they moved a piece of furniture. Without telling me, the painters left a bag full of family photos outside my backyard shed. I didn't see this until several days later, when I discovered that the bag was soaked inside with rain. These were family photos dating back thirty years, clothing from my kids' toddler years, my children's school drawings, awards, etc. All were soaked with water.

Immediately I had a problem with the contract. I am not familiar with painting contracts since I haven't had my house painted in 10 yrs. Eddy from CertaPros did the estimate. We talked about closets and doors as he was walking through. He went out to his car and brought the proposal in my house. The doors and frames on the contract were marked "yes" with a zero dollar amount. I assumed that he included that with "yes" amounts above and the total amount on the contract was $3,900.00. This was a decent price, about middle. Jason, the head painter, came in the first day and himself questioned the contract and wanted to make sure that I understood it. I said the bottom line was $3,900.00 and $0 for doors. Not a subtotal but a total! I was charged an additional $650 for the doors that I didn't plan. However, Jason, Isaac and Nick did a wonderful job of painting. They went above and beyond their job. I trusted them to get the job done right and left them in my house while I ran errands. If you would have a category for estimate, I would give the grade a "C", but that's not a category and I really liked Jason and the guys. I feel they were great and didn't want them to be blemished..

I did not hire Certapro to do the interior painting.

Very Good. They started on the day promised and completed quickly. The workers worked very hard and seemed to get along well as a team. The moved items on patio with very carefully and moved all back. The did an excellent job protecting the pool deck and careful to not get anything into the pool.

They left tape which wasn?t too hard to clean up, but they just didn?t quite finish the job. It was clear plastic and they had to put it over the windows and doors before they could start scrapping and painting. That was the only thing that was wrong because they did not clean up after themselves, otherwise we were pleased and we would probably hire them again. We spent less than $500 on that service.
