CertaPro did an amazing job painting the exterior of our home in Valrico. The attention to detail was excellent and the transformation is just beautiful. I like clean, sharp edges between trim and base colors, and CertaPro did not disappoint. Everything - from the prep work to the final details was done professionally and efficiently. Even the clean-up was great. And the price was totally reasonable. A big win/win on all counts. We couldn’t be happier.

Joshua, Jonathan and crew did a great job. They did so well with the original project that we had them back a week later to do 3 more rooms. They were prompt and professional. We really appreciated the free color consultation, also.

I cannot say enough about how happy I was with the job CertaPro did for me! I had them paint the complete interior of my condo including trim and doors. The work was absolutely pristine! I had some door frames that had been painted with enamel over latex and the paint was peeling. They prepped the frames and repainted and they looked brand new! There also was not a drop of paint on the floor from where they repainted the baseboards, I’m not even sure how they did that! They showed up when they said they would, the guys were super careful to be very tidy, they performed the job quickly and professionally. They were able to get to my job in a very reasonable amount of time and stayed committed until completion. I would not consider using another company for my next job and have already referred them to other people. Thanks CertaPro!

Very easy to get a quote and get scheduled. Very competitive pricing/quote. Painters were very fast and they did the job with high quality. I couldn't complain about anything at all.

It was a little rough around the edges with various staff personnel, leaving early, not providing some attention to details as expected and having to call in production manager to resolve issues.

It was fantastic, they were quick, clean, reasonably price, everything was done in a day and they did a great job.

I love them, they are a great company. They are excellent and very neat also informative. I highly recommend them and they are professional.

The painters were respectful and nice; the work was good. The painting details were so - so. I have paint on the floor, and little holes up to 1 to 2 inches in the stucco that were not patched before painting. The painters did go through a walk through with us after the job was completed, but at that time, it was hard for us to see the details. We did appreciate the walk through, though! I did have paint to peel off the door (which was not stucco but plastic material), and the painters just showed up to fix it, thank you. In the end, we decided that if we want detail, love and care r/t patching and painting our house, we would have to do it ourselves. We did just that, and it turned out great with detail.

CertaPro did a great job painting our 2,000 SF house, double front doors, six French doors, outdoor cabinets and pool deck. The owner Terry and his salesman Jay came to our house to discuss the project and subsequently provided a quote. I chose them not just due to the best price but their professionalism and prompt quote. Upon acceptance, they started the job within a few weeks and completed it in 3.5 days and did not require any down payment! I will say when the crew showed up I was worried as they were young and I have a tough house to paint, especially the doors that needed primed and sprayed. I contacted CertaPro to inquire about the crew's experience and they sent Carlos to my house, their quality control customer rep. Carlos assured me they would do a great job and if there were any issues they would make sure they were corrected before payment was due (there were no issues). Carlos actually came to our house the following two days and I can't say enough about his calm, cool, professional attention to our project. The entire team was super polite, including Freddie who was the head painter to Carol in the office who answered every question via email. There was one miscommunication but it was quickly resolved with a personal call from Carlos followed by Terry. We are very happy and highly recommend CertaPro!

Prior to him coming out, I told the secretary about my vaulted ceilings and I was clear to say that I was getting estimates from multiple companies. He came in and immediately said that he doesn't do woodwork. He looked at the house and the ceilings and within 2 minutes he said that he won't do the work and left. He never gave me a reason as to why he couldn't do it. He completely wasted my time, I had taken time off work for this and still have no idea why he wouldn't do the work.

They came when they were supposed to, did everything they were supposed to do, and I was very well satisfied.

I was very impressed with this company from the first meeting with Terry Beamer. He took time to listen to my concerns, when I explained what I wanted to have done on my home. I had an estimate very quickly, and all of his all of his crew were both professional and personable. I will definitely hire them again for future projects. Good job. Only issue was paint bled into grout next to baseboard. Needed to tape or do something to keep that from happening.

The painting crew was courteous and timely during the week long process. The first day we started to have concerns with the workmanship as well as the lack of concern for the protection of our wood floors and furniture. The paint we agreed on did not seem to properly coat the existing rich gold color and we expressed concerns about using a primer coat. We put this in writing immediately but did not receive a response from the company. The painting crew put us off several times on this concern and it was clear that they were only concerned with getting the job done as quickly as possible. We consistently had issues with paint splatter, paint edging, and overall quality throughout the job. Preparation and protection of our home was not a concern. Additionally, the crew removed our lighting fixtures and replaced them back improperly. The company seemed to place a higher priority on speed versus quality. We purchased lunch for the crew and fed them each day hoping this would help - it did not. If you are looking for very basic and fast painting, where one coat will do, use this company. However, if you are looking for quality, trust and true craftsmanship look elsewhere.

The job went as planned and they did a great job. They didn't cut corners and did the job right. We had a slight miscommunication about what color to paint the exterior ceiling and they came back and fixed it right away. This is the second time we have used CertaPro for various projects and we have been pleased both times.

I had several companies come out to give estimates on the painting needed in our new house, and CertaPro was the lowest bid. I set up the appointment, and experienced excellent communication with the painter and manager. The work was done more quickly than quoted, and they left the extra paint for us to use in the future. The walls were done beautifully and they cleaned up before they left. The painter even texted me pictures of the finished product. I was able to pay them over the phone. Everyone was really nice and it was a great experience. I would definitely use them again!

The price was competitive. It is a lot of money, but it is the going rate. It is more than what I paid in 2009, but I would say it is a competitive price. I had other bids. They were the same as or lower than some of the others. The price wasn't above what over people were offering. The quality of work I knew what to expect with these people. They gave a good price and they gave a good product. When we did the contract they said this is when we can come in to do your house. I agreed to it and they came and got it done in 2-3 days.

Job poorly done. Will never use them again. Pressure washed stucco off my house and did an extremely poor job patching the areas. Also did a poor job estimating the amount of paint needed. I have no extra main color paint and several gallons of trim color left over. Allowed paint chips to get into my pool (from pressure washing the patio) which caused a huge clog in the pipes leading to my pool filter. I had to call a pool equipment repair company to take care of the problem. I emailed the owner of the company to explain my complaints and never got a response.

I was very pleased with the actual work and with the customer service leading up to and after the work. They were prompt, professional, and courteous.

Strongly recommend CertaPro's painting services. They provided a fair quote when compared with other companies I reached out to. Their team was extremely professional and performed all the work (a pretty big job) over a few day time-frame. We also had some minor drywall work that they did a great job on - can not tell that the area had been patched. Special thanks to Sergio who was the project manager and communicated status and worked with me on project details. The job came out great and both my wife and I are pleased.

The painters (Manny and his crew) were great but the front office seemed disorganized. They had to postpone my painting by a day but nobody called me. I left a message for the sales guy (joe) and no response. Then the painters came the next day but with the wrong paint bc of the office not communicating. And then they told me my estimate was for only one wall. Again I called the sales guy to clear up the issue and no response. I would have the painters come out again but only if I could contact them directly and not deal with the other people. My house looks fantastic and they were so fast!

They were okay. I thought they were a little steep on price. I've had them before and they've always done good work. That's why I used them again. They were here when they said they would be. They could have probably finished it a lot quicker than they did. There was some miscommunication with a couple of things too. We finally got it all straightened out.
