Cass was great. I had a flood in my backyard. It was after hours. They arrived within 30 mins. Walked me through his thought process and explained to me what he was doing. Found out where the leak was coming from. Took him about 30 mins to fix the leak. He had to dig up the ground, cut and replace the pipe, and finally fill the hole back up. But throughout the process he was open and explaining everything. Taught me more about water meters, pipe lines, and tree roots growing through pipes then I ever knew.

I called Cass Plumbing on Saturday March 16, 2024 to repair a wobbly toilet and was greeted by a friendly voice, I explained my situation and was put on the schedule for Monday March 18, 2024 between 8:00 am and 10:30 am...I received a call from Craig on Monday morning at approximately 8:20 am stating that he would be at my house in about 20 minuets. The job was done to perfection, every clean and neat and done in a timely manner. Thank you Cass Plumbing, I would certainly recommend anyone to use Cass Plumbing. I will now be looking in for them to replace my old tub and putting in a shower unit. Thank you, Antoinette Carbone

The toilet and the angle stop valve were installed. The old toilet was removed disposed off.

We had no toilets and they were here within two hours of my call. The problem was resolved at a reasonable price. Rich was very professional and friendly. Will definitely keep the number for any future projects or problems.

I had one issue in that this work was for a homeowners insurance claim.I g had hoped that they would submit the bill to my insurance company, but instead I had to pay and then submit.

Family owned Customer Service lady (sorry I forgot her name) very pleasant to speak with. Plumber was prompt and not outrageously expensive. I would recommend and use them again if need be.

Make sure you ask about options and read the reviews on the models they recommend. I would have liked a more high end hot water heater but the cost and return on investment was a little high. Overall they answered my questions and gave the information I sought freely and promptly.

They were scheduled between 10:00 am and 12:00, but called about 11:55 that they would be late. They showed up at about 12:45. I really appreciate when workers respect the scheduling they gave their clients. It is not nice being waiting for so long when you have a sick person at home. Their job was well done. No complaints about that part.
