In the beginning I was calling because my toilet kept backing up and my shower would gurgle which scared the crap out of me. CASS came out the SAME DAY I called and OH BOY I was nervous, when Brian said, a mess down there and my cables are stuck. This issue won't get repaired tonight, but my supervisor will be here tomorrow. morning . On the second day, sure enough the Supervisor ROLAND did come out. He was in the trenches along with his employee Luis and did not leave until the first part was repaired. Come to find out ALL the POC in my crawl space was DESTROYED, unbeknownst to me. So here we go, now there would have to be a major POC install. UGH!! The following Friday two different plumbers came. They were on it from 10a-3p. Very nice and communicative. It may have taken three CASS visits, but everything is working 100%. I literally met 6 plumbers and spoke to three assistants. EVERY employee was a blessing. Thank you, CASS Team!! A. We loved having Cass out to instal our new water heater. They did an excellent job and their technicians were both knowledgeable and professional. My only suggestion for improvement would be to up the communication with text confirmations and/or email. They communicated verbally very well, but when I forget things, it’s nice to know I can find times and days in an email/text confirmation. 10/10 would use Cass again. Thank you all.

I recently worked with Brian Cass from Cass Plumbing to replace all my outdoor faucets, as the garden hoses were stuck. Brian clearly explained the process beforehand and executed the work precisely as promised, delivering outstanding results. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Cass Plumbing.

They did not fix my clogged plumbing and suggested taking out a wall and replacing piping for lots of money. I called another plumber and they fixed everything in 30 minutes.

I was given a reasonable quote to have a leak repaid. I also decided to have a water heater replaced at the same time. Had several quotes but went with Cass as they were reasonable and gave me options. Lui was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done. Completed the work in a reasonable time. He kept me informed during the process and also insured that the leak and water heater were replaced and repaired to my satisfaction before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing concerns.

He was perfectly professional

Cass was the most responsive of the plumbing services we worked with on Saturday. My father called up to 5 different plumbers from the yellow pages. Some said they would get back to us as soon as possible without ever following up. Others took 1 hour and 2 to call back with no availability or later availability. With our issue happening on Saturday afternoon and the order going in around 2:30-3pm we appreciated Cass being able to get someone to our home by 5pm. Our plumber Curtis was knowledgeable, straightforward, educated us on the steps he would take and resolved our issue within two hours. Our outside faucet had become rusty and in an attempt to put a new hose the faucet, I pulled the faucet off the house and water was spraying everywhere, resulting in us having to turn off the water to the entire home. Cass Plumbing sent over Curtis and solved our issue.

Cass was great. I had a flood in my backyard. It was after hours. They arrived within 30 mins. Walked me through his thought process and explained to me what he was doing. Found out where the leak was coming from. Took him about 30 mins to fix the leak. He had to dig up the ground, cut and replace the pipe, and finally fill the hole back up. But throughout the process he was open and explaining everything. Taught me more about water meters, pipe lines, and tree roots growing through pipes then I ever knew.
