They were very prompt in calling after i submitted the request they reaponded in a matter of minutes.they promptly called the tenant and arranged for service and they were on schedule. office staff and technician were wonderful about getting everything done as planned. susan also followed up the next day to check everything went well and no furtther problems.

The work is not yet complete, but so far the follow up has been very good and the tech that I did meet with seemed very knowledgable.

The technician came at the appointed time and was prepared to do the required work to completely fix the problem or leave an estimate. The job was completed satisfactorily.
