I cannot remember the name of the person who took my call but she was very helpful and professional. The gentleman who came to fix our plumbing was also wonderful.

wVery timely response to fix my hot water heater.. associate Susan called me 2 hours after I sent a request...930 at night wasn't only sweet but knowledgeable and set me up for the following morning..Mom lives across the street and they agreed to call her since I was at work and they followed through with everything just as they said. Mom said Chris was a sweetheart and very knowledgeable ..he called me and was patient having to repeat what he said a couple times ...what a great company..would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends...

Service was top notch. Polite, curteous, on-time and got the job done. My only complaint is the price was kinda high. They don't quote prices over the phone and the estimate wasn't broken down so I don't really know if the after hours service fee was waived as promised. It was a free estimate so I could have said no but I kinda needed to take a shower and didnt want to wait for someone else.

VERY pleased with the level of service we received. They arrived on the job immediately and not only did they fix the problem, they did it for less than we were told it would cost. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to using them for any future plumbing needs.

Mark came out on Tuesday to give us an estimate. His estimate was much lower- almost $200.00- than the other extimate that we received so we hired him "on the spot"! He was extremely professional, completed the job in about an hour and we are very pleased with the results. We would definitely call Cass Plumbing again for our plumbing needs!

Company provided prompt service and fixed the faucet in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.

The technician, Mike, was very pleasant and cordial, technically proficient and took the time to provide us with information regarding out A/C system. Would recommend this company for any future needs.

I was very happy with the installation of a new water heater by Cass plumbing. The technician Mark answered any questions I had while doing a quick and efficient installation. Great service and value.

Mark and Joe are very professional technicians and the office staff are terrific. The follow through by the office and the plumber were outstanding.

The technician was on time and provided timely and courteous service. Fortunately only a diagnostic charge was assessed and the problem was resolved quickly. Hot water flows again in the kitchen sink. Well done Cass Plumbing!
