Description of Work: I have used Case since I moved into my home over 30 years ago. In fact, they had to re-do some of the plumbing that had been part of the "renovation" before we bought the house (the previous plumbers were not licensed and work was not code). I have used them for new toilets, replaced faucets, showerheads, clogged drains, new main water pipe connected to the city pipes. shower pan replacement, new water heater and fixing water heater (element). They are very reliable and have treated me well over the years........ I usually leave a key for them, and they fix everything while I'm at work!! They may be a little more pricey than some, but they always stand by their work and do not charge for extra's as some plumbers do.
