Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal Coupon (Hauling) and then called Brothers EZ Moving and set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, Brothers EZ Moving did not show and did not call. I never heard from them again.

Description of Work: I called the number and told the person that I had a King size bed and exercise equipment and other furniture, they agreed and when they came they had a pickup truck. the mattress alone would not fit in the truck, let alone anything else. So I asked them if they could make 2 trips and they told me that they would have to charge me twice. I told them that I couldn't use them if they couldn't do the job.

Description of Work: Family run business where one of the packers was the mother of the owner and a young guy who had never packed and had not showered in days. Did not have a big enough truck so had to get another one. Packers took all day to pack kitchen, closets and wine. They started at 10 am and finished 1am the next morning. A complete nightmare! The next morning the 2 lady packers returned to unpack and tried to steal a box on their way out. I was able to catch them on time.

Description of Work: We bought one of the moving deals and ended up using them to pack and move our belongings. Josh applied the deal to to quoted price and it was very reasonable. We were offered 4 movers for one day to pack and move. The showed up a little late but got to work. I was not impressed with the truck trailer as it looked pretty beat up. I think they under estimated how long it would take to pack our stuff and the guys had to do two trips. Luckily we were only 15 minutes away. The movers were pretty upset but still worked hard and worked well. One ended up leaving but his replacement was great and super hard working. Robert did a great job at making sure everything was done and the crew did an amazing job and worked till 3 am. They did not charge us more than what was quoted.

Description of Work: I tried for 2 days to get a date for the work and they were too busy to return my call. I finally got in touch with them today and was told about the dump fee. Since it was only wood, biodegradable, I didn;t think it would apply to the wood pieces (old firewood that was rotted) That was confirmed just now and $120 is too much for the small amount of wood I can dispose of myself.

Description of Work: The coupon purchased noted service area includes Pasco and Hillsborough, however, when I called today, the customer service rep said they would only come out when there was another job already in the area. The lady I spoke with was very kind, but we are looking to schedule junk haul on a particular day, not when it is most convenient for the haulers.

Description of Work: The response to my email and call to vendor was a bit slow making me wonder if I made right decision. They did get back to me and once that occured, things went well. I just didnt need that service at this time.

Description of Work: Exceeded our expectations. The owner was able to accommodate us on short notice. He called the morning of the move to tell us one of his guys called in sick but he would be there himself to help move us. Tyrell and Mark did a GREAT job handling everything with care. They moved us up and down stairs from an apartment to a house and stayed late to finish the job. Exceptionally friendly and professional and they actually smiled while they worked, I may have even heard mark whistling! I rarely get good customer service anymore so these guys were refreshing. Tyrell was training the new guy and from what I heard and saw he was doing a great job and would make a great supervisor. Moving can be miserable but these guys made it fun. We will DEFINITELY use them in the future.

Description of Work: Two movers arrived on time with a large truck on the date scheduled. We expected 3, so the 2 guys took longer than expected to load and unload our household goods. While getting a closer look at everything the next am in our new home, we noticed several pieces of scratched furniture and two serious "dings" in our new hardwood floor. We called Gary, one of the owners, and he came right away to look at everything. He too thought the movers were careless and said this was not typical of his workers. In brief, Gary brought an expert over to repair most all the damaged places to our satisfaction. He was very apologetic and MADE EVERY EFFORT to make the customer (us) happy. In the end we all agreed that the move and price was satisfactory. We would use Brothers Moving again because of how he worked everything out with us.

Description of Work: Hauling all kind of stuff I had in my garage. The company came the day and time we had agreed upon and hauled everything I asked for. The only additional cost was for hauling batteries for a wheelchair. But I had been warned before the moving truck came that there was an additional $5 cost for batteries.

Description of Work: Awful experience which could have been averted if they had come to view contents. No written estimate. Not professional box truck.. Just a trailer on back of pickup.. Arrived late. Contents didn't fit in truck and we had to haul much in our cars and leave some items with neighbor as the new owners were trying to get in. My 75 yr old parents had to some items. Washer damaged but only received $50in compensation for a $1100 . Charged by hour when some of the time was wasted waiting for the pickup to return. "Christian" company and talked about their church affiliation. Worst experience in last 4 moves.
