This company has to be the best in Tampa Bay 5 start service from the first phone call until I shook Gary's hand 10:40 at night I literally did not touch a thing they were professional in the packaging and moving of everything they came prepared to work and that's all they did until the job was complete the rates are outstanding for the services provided thanks guys for the seamless move

Gary, Aidan and Matt did an excellent job moving my belongings from a second floor storage unit. Gary led the team and had a strategic plan to get the job done efficiently, while making sure everything was moved safely. These guys hustled, running back and forth from unit to elevator. All were very polite and respectful. This is the second time I have used this company and will recommend to family and friends.

These guys made moving a breeze! Not only did they take good care of my things, but they were all very nice and kind people. They even moved all my house plants with ease. I moved into a 3rd floor (no elevator) which would have been torture to do without these awesome guys!

DO NOT HIRE! That is my personal opinion having just used them for my family's move into our dream home. We told them at the beginning, of all the items we own, there are only THREE items we truly care about and need to be handled with care...one of those being a beautiful, black wood dining table that no longer is made (and was almost 3k). And what happened? They attempted to put together the table incorrectly and drilled 5 holes through the top. It's ruined. And to make it worse, after noting this they offered 90 dollars off, and eventually went up 180. Just wow. I can forgive the mistake but not the way the mistake was handled.

Breeze was very responsive and kept up excellent communications before and throughout the move. Furniture was handled with care and would recommend Breeze on future moves.

The move was faster than expected which seemed great at first. After the move going back and putting stuff together I saw that there were many small damages to items that weren’t too bad. The big issue is that my son’s bed frame which was not cheap was destroyed. They told me that the rails came off but nothing was broken. When I saw it for myself spot for the bolts was cracked out all the way. There was no way it could have been an accident with the way the damage looked. I have been waiting almost 39 days for them to make this right and they haven’t. Don’t use them at all.

I have moved 12 times in nearly 40 years of military and civilian relocations and never have I experienced the respectful, careful, and precise handling of my personal belonging than I did with the team at Brothers EZ Moving. The team of Anthony, Daylen, and Brandon were excellent and extremely personable and professional in all aspects of the move. This was the first time I have moved to a high rise condo, and therefore, had trepidation about using a dock and elevator to move to an eleventh floor unit. The team handled it cautiously and brilliantly, ever so maneuvering the tight spaces while providing vital protection along the way to my years of accumulated belongings. I would definitely recommend Brothers and try to ask for this team if you can.

They scratched a coffee table, cracked the edge of the TV , and gouged the dining table. After submitting a claim for the two tables, there was a delay and then a message that the claim was rejected. Their reasoning was that since they used a pad, any damage after that was not their fault i.e. see terms and conditions. When I replied that my table was not scratched before they touched it but was scratched after they moved it I again was referred to terms and conditions. There was no taking responsibility on the part of Brothers EZ Moving

Horrible experience. They arrived late, were unprofessional, and careless. See photo of the wall they hit by negligence. Please avoid the frustration I am going through and avoid Brothers EZ moving at all costs. Even as I write this, still waiting for someone to call and at least apologize for the bad experience.

We have moved several times, both in and out of state. This move was the shortest distance move but the worst come moving companies. It actually started off well-the movers were on time. After that, it all went down hill quick. They started wrapping items in blankets at first but shortly after proceeded not use blankets at all. Roughly 3/4 of the items loaded with a metal truck were with no protection and then stacked on top of each other. In addition, they ran out of space and proceeded to jam the last unwrapped items on the truck for 20+ minutes before deciding to leave items behind. They unloaded at my new house to then have to go back to my old house later that night and deliver the rest about 4-5 hours later (my new house is only 30 minutes from my old). Many items were damaged in the process including but not limited to a broken dryer panel and foot (washer and dryer just bought 6 months ago); washer and dryer dented; broken TV stand (literally a chunk broken right off); file cabinet broken where bottom draw will not open all the way along with it having multiple scratches; boxes marked "Fragile" left turned on their sides and just too many more too list. We put in a claim for damages but still waiting to hear back. Cannot recommend this moving company.

Our family has moved a lot over the years because of work relocations, so I've got a lot of experience hiring moving companies. We were only moving our son this time, so it was a much smaller move than normal and we were doing 95% of all the packing ourselves to save money. The "estimator" that I worked with was doing a good job at first, but I knew the estimate he sent me seemed a little low and I questioned him about it. I was very detailed and specific about exactly what had to be moved when, where, and how, and what we were packing ourselves. Since this was a smaller move, I hired this locale moving company instead of a larger "long-distance" moving company again trying to save a little money. The bottom line is simply that the final price was more than DOUBLE the estimate that I was given, and most of the time an estimate is pretty close to the final price. So either the "estimator" didn't know his job or they routinely do this to get more business which is unethical. I knew ahead of time about the "overnight" fee that we were being charged because of a one night delay in the delivery because I had requested it. What I'm disappointed about is all the "other" fees and over-charges that they kept adding causing the final total to be more than DOUBLE the original amount we talked about that I agreed to. So I'm sure this moving company will defend what they did, and try their best to blame me or make up some other excuses but I know something wasn't right here. Trustworthy and honest business practices are important qualities for building good reputations for businesses, but we all know that not everyone adopts them. Buyer beware, I would not hire this company again.

The movers were very professional and I would rate them an "A", but the claims department's business office gets an "F" for how they handled my situation. I immediately contacted the company, was told to call their insurance company which was closed, so I sent pictures to the claims department and was told this type of damage was not covered. I sent them an invoice from our painter requesting to be reimbursed for the repairs. There was no prior damage to my home until the movers accidentally dropped the desk which damaged my walls and floor. They stated they were not liable for the damage to my home and have been completely unresponsive. I want Brothers EZ Moving to reimburse me for the $250 it cost me to have the damage repaired by another company.

To begin, Deanna provided a quote the same day that was very competitive. She was professional and courteous, arrived on time, and took the time to discuss what I expected. Zang & Fabrico arrived on time and called ahead to inform me that they were on their way. The quoted time to complete the move was 2.5 hours, these two completed it in about 3 hours. Zang packed everything in my kitchen carefully, wrapping everything. Fabrico took care with my wood furnishings and wrapped them in the moving blankets very well. I am very satisfied with my interaction with this company and it's employees. Thank you!

I had Brothers EZ Moving do an in town move, moving from one townhouse to the next. They packed me on day one and moved me on day two. Both days they worked their butts off to make sure that they completed the work on time. They broke down and set-up my beds and desk so that I did not have to. More importantly once everything was delivered and unpacked nothing was broken or damaged. I have done a lot of moves this was one of the smoothest I have ever done. Pricing was very reasonable based on my past experience with movers. I have never had movers pack for me before, but my old house sold faster than expected and I didn't have time to pack it myself. I will definitely consider having them pack me again in the future.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE READ THIS! I want all to know about the experience with Brothers EZ Moving. I have had the unfortunate situation of needing to move numerous times in the last 6 years. So with that, I have dealt with different movers each time. I have become somewhat of an expert on movers. So when Brothers EZ Moving showed up, something wasn't as usual. They didn't seem to have a game plan and no leadership. Well after several hours of lack luster work, I said something about it. I then had to speak with the company. Turns out for most of them it was their first day. They had never been in the moving business. The team lead was so new he didn't even know how to fill out the paper work. Remember they are paid by the hour and they certainly got me on that one. I let that go and just keep quite. Now comes the kicker. As they were moving us in, one of them dropped 2 boxes that clearly mark fragile and we saw him do it. We reported it to the team lead and he gave me a card for claims. I proceeded to follow the claims requirements. They blew me off 3 different times and 3 months later they finally came back and said that because they didn't pack the box that they would need to decline the claim. The boxes had China and some Art pieces in them. Even if it was all totaled, it would have been no more than $500. Don't let me forget that at the end they tried to charge me more than was agreed when i decided to accept their bid. So ask yourself if it is really worth trusting a company that doesn’t have qualified workers and team leads handling your valuables. I wouldn't!!!! You will pay more for their unorganized work and pay greater when your valuables are destroyed. I will be far more careful in the future.

Horrible service. Didn't come prepared with appropriate size truck or enough boxes/rods to hang clothes. The packing team left multiple things unpacked so the loading team had to pack and they also did a horrible job. Majority of boxes unmarked. Dry cleaned clothes arrived stacked in boxes all wrinkled and in same box as toilet brush. Multiple items missing. Thank God didn't need furniture to be moved as well.... Have been in contact with them to help find a resolution and still waiting/ was instructed to file a police report

Extremely well. They did a super job and in less time than anticipated. The price was very fair. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Do not use this moving company and particularly not for a long-distance move. They make false promises and then don't take responsibility for them or their mistakes. As a result, we did much of the unloading work for the company. After their poor packing left our stuff damaged, and despite the company pawning off work on us, the customer, they then insisted on nearly full payment. They treated us politely when it was time to get our business, but then refused to engage in any discussion, and particularly a fair and equitable resolution of the issue--rather they just threatened to send us to collections via email. They do not deserve their Angie's List A rating. As someone who based their decision on Angie's List reviews, I am hoping that you will benefit from this candid explanation of my negative experience. We booked a long-distance move from Tampa with two stops in Pennsylvania in August. Per their website ([*** Link removed ***] and the statements made during the estimate, we were told that the movers who loaded our truck would be the same that unloaded the truck and that those people were employees who were background checked. That was false. Only one person drove the truck from Tampa to Pennsylvania. Brothers EZ Moving then hired individuals at both stops to help unload. Two problems: (1) we booked the service because we were told we'd get one crew for loading and unloading; and (2) Brothers EZ Moving failed to arrange properly for the logistics. At the first stop, we moved into a large apartment building where we had the elevator reserved for four hours, but the movers that Brothers EZ Moving hired showed up two hours late. Because I did not want to pay a fee for using the elevator after my reservation window, I helped the driver unload the truck for that two-hour period. This involved moving heavy furniture. I even put on a moving harness to lift a heavy couch--that is not the service I paid for. Then, Brothers EZ Moving sent only two unloaders, which was insufficient to get the job done in a timely manner. The second stop was even worse as Brothers EZ Moving completely mishandled the logistics. Despite Brothers EZ Moving being told by the driver that the first stop was delayed, the company sent unloaders to the stop about 5.5 hours before our stuff arrived. Because the unloaders were not going to wait, the unloaders left, leaving us to handle the unload, which included my wife, my 72 year-old father-in-law, 70 year-old mother-in-law, and other family that was available. Then, when the truck arrived, the driver took a wrong turn and the truck got stuck in a ditch. As a result, from about 9:00 to 10:00 p.m. my family had to help get the truck out of the ditch in the dark, clearly a dangerous circumstance. In the process, the truck hit and damaged a neighbor's lamp post. On this move that cost ~$6,700, Brothers EZ Moving gave us a $500 discount, a sum that does not come close to compensate for the work we did and the truly unprofessional and poor service provided. Their customer service was also terrible. Despite calling Brothers EZ Moving and sending emails asking to speak to someone with authority, I only received a phone call after asking 7 times. In the interim, I was threatened that they would send my bill to collections despite my telling them that I wanted to come to a fair and equitable resolution. After speaking to someone, they put the blame for all the problems on the driver--they claimed the logistics were his fault, which makes no sense as he didn't handle the logistics and is contrary to our experience during the move. The driver worked extremely hard during this 16-hour day--longer than legal limits they admitted. Despite him being the only individual at the company that was responsive, they scapegoated him and fired him. After they provided these excuses, I asked to speak to a manager and the owner of the company and I was told I couldn't. That is not a company that stands by their service and I'd highly suggest you not use them. Other than these major issues, here's a few other problems that emerged: 1. Their outsourced unloaders left a 7-foot scratch in the floor when they dragged a couch rather than lifting it. 2. They did not properly pack artwork, damaging the canvass of an expensive painting. 3. A lot furniture, TVs, and artwork that should have been wrapped with blankets for protection were thrown into boxes or directly on the truck, leaving scratches and other damage. 4. Despite their promise to reassemble furniture they disassembled, time did not allow for it, and I had to do it myself. 5. The unloaders did not know the customer was another moving company and the services were improperly subcontracted. After all of this, trust your business elsewhere as this company is not trustworthy.
