Description of Work: Despite calling the provider twice to confirm that all fees including dumping fee |would be prepaid and the date and time of service set ahead of time, the first service provider was a no show and the second demanded additional fees for |dumping. It was only after I was called long distance to verifiy that payment had |been made was service provided. Very upsetting for elderly clients. I hope there will be more competition for this service in this area in the future.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. Yes, unfortunately our guy had some difficulties the first scheduled time. I, however stayed in close contact with you about the issue and we still got the job done. I'm not sure if a dump fee was Demanded, but it was probably ask for. I am sorry for the confusion but usually this is protocol, as customers normally do not pay until the job is done. Also, you did not mention that I did not charge you the dump fee in the end. I would hope these small issues would not keep you from using our company in the future. Thank you for your understanding and have a great day.

Description of Work: Wrapped, padded, loaded and delivered all of our heavy furniture and boxes to our new home. I paid for 4 hours and they finished in 2.5 hours with no damage. Best team of movers we've worked with (and there have been several due to career moves/relocations). Thank you Deno, Silk, Geno and Eric!!!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $299 for a 26 ft. Moving Truck and a 2 Man Crew for 3 Hours, Plus 15% Off Moving Supplies. This was my second move with the company. When it ran over the allotted time (which I paid for) the guys seemed to resent that they had to work beyond the originally scheduled hours. It was testy.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for $299 for Four Movers for Four Hours. The first truck was a big one with either 4 or 5 guys. I got the impression that no one was really in charge and supervising the loading and unloading. The original job was for 4 hours but it was clear early on that it would run over, which was fine with me. The workers, however, did not seem to like the extra hours. I finally told them to call it a day and I would have the rest done later. Somehow we also lost one end of a futon somewhere in the move.
