Description of Work: The "BIG DEAL" is a rip off. You do not receive the amount of time as you would think. They take an hour and ten minutes out of it for travel time EACH WAY. This leaves you with 40 minutes for the big deal. I would also note that the guys did not carry a tool box and had a couple of random screw drivers.

Description of Work: They moved my daughter's belongings from a third story apt to new house in tampa exactly as planned.

Description of Work: the price was deceiving. I was unaware that they would start charging me for where they were driving from. after they left my daughter's bed fell apart and we realized they didn't mount the mirror on her dresser correctly.

Description of Work: They moved a piano from one home to another. It was a really tough move to get the piano upstairs, and they never complained. They did such a great job, I gave them a bonus! The movers names were: Mike, Matt & Quan.

Description of Work: Brothers EZ Moving is a very professional company. They were very accommodating to our needs. Brendan in the front office accepted the Angie's List coupon even though it had expired. This was one of the key reasons I decided to go with this company. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I needed a mover to move a large crated chair from the garage to inside the house. Niven and Jason were on time, very personable and unwrapped the chair, moved it inside and did the required assembly. They were fast and professional. I would definitely call EZ again

Description of Work: I scheduled time and a date for them to move me. I tried to call to confirm for 3 days. I left messages, sent emails and no response. My husband and I had taken the day off because it was our only day to move. Finally at 8:00pm the night before they were scheduled the called to tell me what time they would arrive.

Description of Work: Contracted to do an internal move. They sent 2 young guys that gouged my floor and seemed very inexperinced to do the job. For example, a door had to be removed to accomodate a fridge and instead of removing the pins they started to remove the door hinges. Bad experience all the way around. The office offered to repair the floor but the laminate is no longer available so I said no. Didn't really want the compant back in my home. Beware.

Description of Work: The guys showed up on time and quickly finished the job. There was a little miscommunication as they had a 24 ft truck and I only needed furniture moved in the house to make ready for ceiling repairs. I wish companies had a more appropriate rate for these kind of services (less than one hour) but overall I was pleased.

Description of Work: There was mix-ups with several areas of the move: change of storage place, late arrival by 90 minutes, sent two movers instead of three, 5 hour estimated move took closer to 12 hours (partly because there were fewer movers than expected), cost was higher than estimate. We did get a reduction in total cost but it wasn't worth the extra aggravation.
