EZ Brothers was amazing! We were so pleased with the 4 men Gary sent to us. They were extremely polite and professional. They were about a 1/2 hour late, but they more than made up for it with their expediency and efficiency. They dove in and wrapped furniture items that needed to be protected, and they boxed up a very large wall hanging and mirror (about 7 feet by 5 feet) that we couldn't manage ourselves. They even tipped us off immediately to the fact that we were going to need two large UHauls when they saw how much stuff we had. We had originally reserved one 23-foot truck and another much smaller truck. It would have been a disaster if we could not have loaded all of our stuff as it was an out-to-state move, and we were trying to get out ahead of a hurricane/tropical storm. We had a totally different experience with our unloaders. You guys set the bar incredibly high which was too bad for them. Additionally Gary was an angel in being flexible with us with Hurricane Isaac blowing in. He was completely calm about the whole thing and worked with us when we had to bump up our loading date to avoid wind and rain. I would definitely recommend them to friends family and anyone looking on the Internet for a mover. I don't think you will be disappointed.

The pros: Gary was personally involved at every step in the move, which I appreciated. He did what he said he was going to do, which I appreciated. My contents were moved safely from Point A to Point B and Gary made sure the jobs got done on time on both sides of the move. He worked very hard to ensure that we were pleased with the final result (and we were). We had a couple minor issues but Gary personally took care of them. Gary had to track down another truck for additional moving space and there was a mark left on hardwood floors by one of the movers right at the very end of the move, but Gary sent me a check for the damage, which I appreciated. He is an honest guy who wants to please the customer. In an industry where honesty is not always what you're going to get, Gary's honesty and desire to serve the customer is refreshing.

Many of the expensive smaller art items and other fragile pieces were instead packed in boxes, some with packing material and some without. They then moved with the main moving van instead of a seperate vehicle as promised. Some of my expensive, fragile art objects were put in a box and a heavy antique was placed on top of them. That is just one example. My new carpet shows dirt and dark stains that the movers appartently carried in on a rolling carrier or their shoes. The initial reaction from the owner was that he was not paying for it because he was not responsible. He finally stated that he would have his men pay for it and that he would have them come out and take care of. He also said one of his men would be in contact with me...as of yet I have heard nothing. They didn't pack a couple of drawers that they were reminded of several times. I ended up going back to find these items still there and empty boxes, etc. left in my garage. I also found boxes that they were to bring to my new place left behind.

It went so well, that Brothers EZ Moving will be handling the move into our new house in a few months.

Everything went excellent. We first spoke over the phone about the move. As far as what I described to him he gave a pretty accurate price. There were no surprises at all. He showed up and did the job. There were not any hidden costs or fees.

Gary came to our place and did an on-site estimate. I have moved several times before and am fully aware of what I needed from a mover. We discussed a flat, guaranteed, all-inclusive rate that included moving us across the state, dish packing, tv packing, and loading and unloading. He told us that we had an "easy" move--- I am guessing partially because we didn't have any large appliances to move. We quickly agreed on a flat rate. The movers came an hour late, loaded our stuff onto the truck, and we met them at the destination.?Despite me calling three times that day to confirm that we were moving in that day, the contractors were still there painting, installing, and fixing things. The movers patiently waited the extra 20 minutes or so and then we unloaded everything. They suggested that they could take back/recycle the empty boxes if I could unload a few fast. I did so and it saved me a lot of time throwing empty boxes in the dumpster later. Gary and his employees were professional and friendly the entire time. They seemed to really enjoy the work and they had great attitudes. Thanks!

Gary was very professional and great to work with by phone. He was always very responsive and changed our move in date a couple times due to a change in the closing of our house. He didn't even have an issue with moving us on a sunday. The move went smoothly and the guys were very good. None of our furniture was damaged and it was all handled with great care. The only thing I gave a B rating to, was punctuality. They were about an hour late. But they did call to inform us and everything went so well I really couldn't complain. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to a friend or family member and would definitely use them again!

The closing for my client proved extremely difficult (don't get me started on banks), and became a moving target for EZ Brothers to actually perform the service requested. Gary worked with us and when we finally did close the sale late one afternoon, he arrived promptly the very next morning. Unfortunately when the trailer, which had been shipped from Massachusetts to Florida by another company, was opened, it was obvious to me (who had worked as a pro mover in the past) that it had not been professionally packed. And Gary immediately pointed this out and warned us that there might have been damage in transit. Then he and Patrick began working quickly but carefully to unravel the mess. They did find some damaged tables and also brought to our attention a leather sofa set that was wet and moldy from an apparent leak in the trailer. However, Gary and Patrick promptly and professionally performed the unloading and set up of furniture, including a baby grand piano! We found them at all time courteous and helpful. I would certainly employ EZ Brothers Moving again, refer them to my clients and recommend them to anyone requiring moving services in the Tampa Bay area.

I called Brothers after Apartment Movers gave me a quote of $149 and when they showed up started to give me a bunch of crap and started to try charging me more. When I called the company they told me that the driver told them that I was rude and was saying the f word. I do not use the f word and I dont like being with disrespect. When I called Gary with Brothers EZ Moving I told him about the situation and I needed to be out that day and he assured me that it wouldent be a problem. They were on time they worked hard and the price was fair. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family, they did a fantastic job.

Gary is very responsible, fair and professional. The team showed up on time and like a well oiled machine had my house packed, loaded, moved, and unloaded in nine hours. Outstanding!!! It was the easiest move I ever had.

I spoke to Gary on the phone and explained what I needed to have moved. He was very friendly and the quoted price was reasonable. He said his guys would be here at 9:00am on Saturday. We received a call on Saturday at 8:30 from Josh letting us know that they were on their way and should be here by 9:00am. They arrived right on time. Josh evaluated the situation to make sure there wouldn't be any problems and came up with a plan to move the furniture. Brian and Jamie came in, and they all got started. Getting the armoire up the stairs had to have been difficult due to the weight and size of the piece, but they handled it expertly. Josh, Brian and Jamie were all very friendly and extremely professional. They took their time with the move to make sure we were satisfied and nothing was damaged. They did a fantastic job, and I can't recommend them highly enough. It was worth every penny.
