Brothers EZ Moving

There is NO WAY POSSIBLE, to explain in this short space, all of the 'quirks' and what we thought were huge problems that we informed Josh and Gary about this move. But each time they calmly said they could handle it. One example was the fact that we had to vacate on the 18th of January, but we could not take possession of the house in San Antonio, until the 22nd. They had informed us that the truck would take 2 days to travel. But, they held the trucks so that they would not arrive before we did. I had placed 'post its' on the walls to tell the men where furniture was to be placed. In one room, once all furniture was in it, I realized that all pieces could not stay, they uncomplainingly moved the furniture. That is the way the whole move went. They worked an extra 30 minutes trying to fit a huge piece of wood- that I had forgotten to tell them I wanted to take. I have moved too many times to even keep track. Gone from California to Florida, and now back to Texas. I have used the 'big' companies and small local ones... but I have not encountered a company that tried so hard to make this difficult time as easy for my family as Brothers EZ tried. There was valuables left out, valuables in their possession, and everything was accounted for and safe. I can't remember all their names, but down to the last one, they were polite, professional, compassionate and easy to talk to! Without reserve I would recommend them. In fact a good friend has already used them!

This is the best move that we have ever had! Im a single dad and a very busy man and didnt have time to mess with all the packing and the stress of moving our four bedroom house. I wanst sold on the unpacking but Josh threw it in on the flat rate. He told me thast it would be a three day job and recomended a flat rate to guarantee the rate. They completely packed and prepaired my intire home in ten hours! I was shocked when I got home to see how much they got done. The six man and two women crew did and amazing job and was competly finshed by dinner time. The next day they were here and the six man crew had two trucks and had everything loaded in six hours. They were so fast they had a couple hours to start the unpack. On day three it only took four hours to get every thing unpacked. I really didnt expect them to finnish so quickly. They provided all the material all the labor and the trucks for the flat rate. You can tell that this company cares alot about there word and there reputation. I would recomend them to anyone.

Joe and Alex were on time and did a very good job and finished on time.

John & Patrick worked very hard to move us, we had several stops and they made sure everything was taken care of.

First off, I'm not one of those customers that are hard to please. So, I had an appt scheduled for 3. By 330 I called them to see what the issue was. Gary apologized, but there was a scheduling error. I understand, it happens. His employee showed up about 2 hours after the scheduled time. The truck was very big and they were very quick at removing the junk. My only issue was that there was a $40 "dumping fee" which I had not heard of or been informed of. I know sometimes there are additional fees for services but it would have been nice to been told when I made the appt. what if I didn't have any extra $40? Needless to say, that was all the cash I had so I couldn't tip them. I would use them again and recommend them, but I would warn others to inquire about additional fees.

Terrible! They arrived late and not equipped with the packing materials that were promised. They loaded froglet items they were told not to load, and at least one was broken. They left the destination at 2:30 AM, leaving unhappy customers and neighbors. They did not have room on the truck to move everything, so we have made several trips with a van to complete the move. Several items were scratch or scraped. They initially did not want to honor the Angie's List Deal I had purchased. We refused to pay their final price and after several days they agreed to accept $950 plus the Angie's List Deal that was supposed to be worth $500.

We've accumulated a lot of items (old gazebo, broken chairs, obselete window treatments, barrels, etc.) over the years and decided it was time to clean out. We'd been postponing renting a trailor because we needed a hitch on our SUV. When the Angiel's List coupon was offered at $79, we decided to use Brothers EZ moving. They were great about scheduling and very professional on the phone call. They arrived 30 minutes after the scheduled time with a pick-up truck and had a child of 11-12 years helping them. Needless to say, there was not enough room in the truck for all them items to dispose. We are disappointed that a trailer was not used, but the work performed was satisfactory. However, do read the fine print on the coupons...dump fees are additional!

UPON ARRIVAL THEY LOADED THE TRUCK VERY FAST AND WERE HELPFUL MOVING OTHER THINGS AROUND IN THE GARAGE FOR ME.

Bought the deal "$299 for 26' truck & 2 men for 3 hours" after checking the reviews for Brothers EZ moving. We were moving about 20 miles away & needed help with the furniture & large or heavy items. Described the items over the phone and Aaron was able to give an estimate of 6 hours, which turned out to be on the money. Robert & Aaron did the move -- was surprised how professional they were & how easily they could move & maneuver the heavy furniture (like organ, unemptied chest of drawers, large sofa chair ). No furniture got scratched or broken or lost; no walls or floors were dented or scratched either. Robert was patient as we kept changing our minds about where to place the furniture in our new place. The packing takes up the most time, then the unpacking goes very quickly! We could have bought packing supplies but did not need to. They have boxes to take clothes on hangers -- which we used and unpacked that day, so no need to buy. If you move boxes, it really helps to take the time to put contents on box and/or which room it should go to. Also, easier to move in the middle of the month; end of month & first week are very busy so you need to make reservation well in advance.

Very well. They were on time, polite and careful. I would recommend Brothers EZ Moving (Mike and David) and use them again.

I was very happy with their services and would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them. In fact, they will be moving my parents in July.

They charge by the hour, including travel time, so if you can have your stuff ready to be picked up and loaded ( have the bedframe apart and lamp/ cords rolled up) it will be a quicker job and probably cost you less, overall.

Patrick and his assistant were efficient, professional, and courteous. Work was carried out within estimated time. We will be contacting them when it is time for the final move.

Visual estimate by company owner was 4 hours to complete move--it took 5 hours. Unloading items was done piece by piece, large and small boxes, one by one--no dolly used to speed up unloading. The workers did an adequate job of moving us, but they took their time (our time since we were paying by the hour). Movers got "lost" on the way to destination--at our cost on the clock. When payment was due, company office offered 10% off if I could print the Angie's List coupon. --Of course, all our stuff, including my computer and printer, were in the boxes they just delivered. Thus, no discount was allowed by the company office. Payment had to be in cash. No personal checks allowed--only a certified check. --Impossible to provide a certified check when the moving cost is determined at end of move by clock time of the move (especially since the move was done on a Saturday). Large clothing boxes to hang clothing were promised, but none provided.

Great experience. All the guys were very professional and attentive. They were very careful with all the furniture. Wrapped everything properly and made sure there was no damage to the walls. Very efficient and friendly.

The move went very smoothly overall. It took most of the day, but only because I had so many boxes and large pieces of furniture. They arrived on time in the morning and got right to work. Very efficient and professional - I would highly recommend them!

After emailing back and forth multiple times with Gary, we finally confirmed a date and time. 3p on Thursday, and I only needed some man power to help load the heavier things onto our truck. It was to be $248 for 2 men for 3 hours. 3p came and no word or men. I called the office and Gary's personal # at 3:15p and left messages w/o response. At 3:30p I called another number I had for another guy named Josh. He answered the phone and didn't seem to know why they weren't there and was going to call Gary to find out what was going on and have him call me. I didn't hear anything by 4:15-4:30p so I called Josh back. He had spoken to Gary but apparently there was a misunderstanding. Gary told him he was on his way to us, but was talking about another job. Apparently, there was a mixup with Gary's secretary and emails were sent to the wrong address due to an error with their system. So our job was never confirmed. When I finally spoke to Gary around 6:30p, he apologized vehemently and took full responsibility for the confusion. He promised to have guys at my house first thing in the morning at 7am. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of his men was late, and they arrived at 8am. I needed extra moving pads to wrap all of our furniture, and Gary gave them to me at no charge to make up for everything (about $50 worth of pads). I must say, once they were there, the guys did a great job. The lead guy on the job, his name escapes me, was very knowledgable and was sure to take good care of our things. He also had some other tips for ways to help with our house. The younger guy was respectful and did his job well. So after all of the headache and confusion, when the job was finally done, we were happy with the services provided, and Gary did do his best to make up for what happened.

I found Brothers Ez moving on yelp and spoke with Gary. He was extremely courteous and professional. Initially I had to relocate from Tampa to Raleigh and the packing was done in August. Extreme care was given by their crew in packing the furniture and also the transportation of my car (chevy camaro 2011). Once I had moved to Raleigh due to my job and visa issues I was on hold for almost 2 months for which Gary was very understanding and negotiable as I did not know my moving date. They had my items in storage for almost 3 months and Gary was in touch with me throughout. Finally I got my place as Dallas and immediately within 4 days I got the whole shipment safe and sound personally delivered by gary. My car was also delivered safely I would definitely recommend Gary and his crew for any moving as 1. They are very friendly 2. Rates are very negotiable 3. Always available staff on phone 4. Personal attention I have already told my friends about their work and would definitely use their services again
