Steve came out with one other man and they moved all of furniture in about 3 hours. They were super nice, had a great attitude and worked hard and well.

They were quick and very ammenable to my directions.

Great! WOW these guys were AWESOME !! From the beginning when Gary came out to do my estimate until Robert and Mark finished my Move!! I called for an estimate on Tuesday, Craig came out within the hour, I explained to him on Tuesday that I would like to move on Wednesday ? I expected a No way, however I received a ?let me check?? he called me back to let me know that they could fit me in on Wednesday at 8am ? ? mind you? I was moving from Riverview Fl to Bradenton Fl , I was truly BLESSED today !! I initially searched for a Christian business and received more I also received a business that knows what customer service means .. I highly recommend the Brothers EZ moving team!!! My wife and I are very happy in our new home!! Thanks guys!!! JW

They were on time, courteous, and careful.

I got a call from Steve (the team supervisor) that it appeared they would be right on time. A while later Steve called me again stating they would be late due to traffic (which was greatly appreciated). I only gave them a B for punctuality because they were late but at no fault of their own and they kept me informed and not left to guess where they were. Steve and his team (Alex and Gary) came in and got straight to work. They wrapped all the furniture with care and then loaded it on the truck. We went to the next location (which had stairs to contend with) and they unloaded quickly. They put all the furniture back together that they disassembled and made sure I was happy with where everything was placed. All in all, they were completed much sooner than expected and not a scratch on the walls. Steve and his team did an awesome job. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to use with these guys for the move as well as have a little fellowship. Great guys, I would highly recommend them!!!

Excellent company was very prompt and professional. we purchased a deal through Angies list and I was shocked at how quickly they wer able to schedule our move. They were careful with our items and very professional. The two individuals that moved us were Gary and Dave. We woudl use them again and recommend them to others..

It worked out really well. They were very fast and very efficient. They were still very careful with my things. They were able to shrink wrap items that needed it and also used blankets. They also used wardrobe boxes for my hanging clothes with no additional charge. Gary and Steve both came out and I was very impressed by them.

Selected this provider based on reviews. Went to their website and made an entry for the free estimate and got a confirmation email on 4/3/13 indicating that someone would call within 1 business day. On 4/8 had not heard so made a call at 3:30pm. Lady that answered said that the sales person was not in, that they had no record of my internet inquiry and would have someone definitely call me the next day. Still no call. Guess they don't need the business so I will go elsewhere.

They did a great job. They were very polite and strong.

Gary and his partner arrived on time. They picked up and moved the washer and dryer like they were as light as a feather. When they hooked them up, they even changed a plug.

Everything went very well. They had great manners. They were very efficient & they treated our things well. We're very happy with them & think they did a great job.

Preparing to move can be stressful and they made it very easy and everything went smooth. I enjoyed that they followed up with me. I appreciated them being responsive to my move and staying in contact with me. Becky helped me with the moving process as well. She asked me questions over the phone about my home and organized the move. The move went really well.

Steven was excellent they took good care of the furniture and they were fast. They dealt with stairs and elevators too, making it a difficult move. They were personable. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Picked up & packed very well from Tampa - great delivery with very minor damage.

The move went extremely well. The only hiccup was that they arrived 45 minutes late from the originally scheduled time, but I was called 10-15 minutes before I was expecting them to arrive and was told they would be 45 minutes late (ended up being 30). It actually worked to my benefit, but regardless, these things happen and receiving a phone call ahead of the original start time to notify me was what I would expect out of a professional company and was sufficient. The movers themselves were very courteous, very professional and open to any requests I made. They were very careful with my items, and all were moved with no damage. Items were not wrapped up, but I am sure I probably could have requested that if wanted. I actually preferred that the items weren't wrapped, as nothing was fragile and I didn't want to go over the allotted time from the 3 hour deal I had purchased via Angie's List. The movers showed their dedication to their job on the move of my couch into my new apartment. The couch I have is around 8 feet long, and the door to the apartment is MAYBE 7 feet and in a very narrow hallway. It probably took them 30 miutes to get that one item in alone, which I never thought would fit. They we very careful while wedging the couch in, and it resulted in no damage. I had actually resolved myself halfway through to having them bring it to my girlfirend's apartment, as I thought there was no way it was going to fit. I would definitely use this company again. I have moved four times in the past six years, and this company had the most professional, courteous, and dedicated movers I have experienced in that time.

I can't say enough how professional the experience was from start to finish. The price was more than "alright", the communication was flawless and most of all, there was INTEGRITY! It's very clear that Gary and his crew take great pride in what they do. It shows from the moment you call them until well after the move is done.

I had never used a moving company because I had heard too many nightmare stories from friends about their experiences such as movers being late, items being damaged, etc. However I had a few large pieces of furniture and I knew there was no way my wife and I could move them. I used Google to find a moving company in my area and found Brothers EZ Moving. I was impressed to see a great number of positive reviews from customers online so I decided to give them a try after researching a couple other companies as well. I was extremely impressed. They arrived early, were professional, wrapped all of my delicate furniture in padding and plastic and did a great job. I highly recommend them and will never use anyone else again.

I used the coupon on an in-town move made complicated by the fact that we would be loading a house, picking up furniture, and dropping off in two different locations. The movers were punctual and efficient in packing the house. I felt comfortable to leave them alone to see to another appointment. There was some mis-communication between the office and the movers regarding how much stuff was to be picked up at the furniture store; consequently they had to unpack and repack more efficiently. This too, they did fairly quickly. Unfortunately, when they loaded the new furniture they did not wrap the table and end table and both sustained pretty significant damage. The rest of the unloading and rebuilding of my furniture went pretty well. A couple of small dings on doorways, etc, but with the amount of stairs and curved stairs I have they did great. So why did they get an A for damaging my furniture? When I called Gary and told him what happened he sent someone to take some pictures, and then put me in touch with an expert furniture repairman, David Dawsey (incredibly highly recommended). Mr Dawsey came out and completely repaired my furniture, and billed Brothers EZ directly. The furniture is back to showroom quality, maybe even a little better. The bottom line is that no move is going to go without some degree of problem, the best you can hope for is a reputable moving company that stands behind what they do and does not make excuses. They did not give me a hassle, they did not cap the price of the repair, or even suggest that we needed to split the cost. They simply acknowledged the problem and repaired it quickly and well. You really cannot ask for more than that. I would use them again.
