The first move was done very professionally with all wooden and fabric furniture wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap. Home owner had previously packed and moved 80 boxes into same units . On second leg of move, movers moved all boxes and furniture to new home. It was an 11 hour day for them on a very rainy and miserable day, In spite of the weather, they were very careful with all boxes and furniture. Not one item was broken, scratched, or harmed in any way. A third man was added to the job and this expedited the whole process. The three men worked very hard as there was extra organizational work due to boxes being loaded into storage before all furniture.

The company described their services & prices accurately. They came on the date and time specified adn removed all unwanted items as requested.

Called and they responded quickly. Showed up on time and move went without any problem. Did a good job.

Considered pottery "concrete" will have to dispose another way would not take.

Went well overall. Fast, efficient and courteous service. Pleased with workers.

Great! Moving is always difficult but they made a hard task much easier. Took very good care of my stuff - professional and well mannered.

My movers were late, but for good reason. There was a major delay in service, but it was quickly explained to me, and made right. I spoke to the manager, and he explained the situation and I agreed that it was not the companies fault and I would have dealt with it the same way. Once my movers arrived they were running to move my things. They quickly loaded all of my boxes safely and professionally. They never complained or got an attitude like some other movers have in the past. All of the boxes were labeled for where they go, and they put all of the boxes in the right place. The movers were courteous and respectful. I would gladly recommend these movers specifically. If there wouldn't have been a delay in arrival, the service that I would have gotten would have been better than excellent. The way that the delay was handled could not have been better. Experience was great! Guys were efficient and careful with the furniture.. no problems at all.

No complaints whatsoever. Received a call from the movers approximately 2 hours before the scheduled time, asking if they could come early since a previous job took less time than expected. Movers were courteous and professional. Job was completed in less than 30 minutes.

The men who did the pick up and drop-off were fantastic. However the owner, wanted to change the pricing on site. He wanted to charge me more because it would take LESS time than the anticipated time allotted for this deal (I think it was $300 for 4hrs of a mover). He told me that he could not make any money with this deal. However, this was the arrangement he made. Prior to purchasing the deal, I contacted him with the specifics - 50 boxes & a piano, drop off at two locations and travel from Pinellas County to Manatee County. I specifically asked if there were any hidden charges - mileage, tolls, out of county, etc. We discussed the hourly rate if it were to go over the time allotted and that was it. I was very upset when I learned that they wanted to charge more money because it would take them less time to do the project. The drivers were professional, and I was able to get the price that I paid for.

I purchased a Big Deal to have some hauling done from my home where we are moving from and needed junk removed. I paid in advance and I called the company with the Big Deal to schedule an appointment. I was told they could do the work during the time frame I wanted, but would need to call me back to schedule a specific day. I didn't hear back from them so I called back and when I did, they had no idea who I was or that I had spoken to them previously. Finally they said that they don't work in my area so I believe I should have been told earlier that they could not do it.

They were very friendly, but in the end, they were not able to meet the time commitment.

Brother's EZ moving provided me with the best quote for my move (out of 5 other moving companies). If you do your homework you'll find variations in how different moving companies compute their final cost (ex, when the clock starts, extra hours, traffic time, etc). Brother's was the most reasonable that I found. We had the good fortune to have Tyrell and Josh handle our move. They were professional, courteous and took care with all our belongings during the move.

Brothers provided us with a quote for a flat fee and we decided to go with it. The pack date and move date were confirmed. The packers arrived on the scheduled day and packed the majority of our home. I was a bit shocked to hear that one of the packers solicited my wife for any unwanted items so she could take them to a yard sale the next day. Also, I was under the impression they left certain things accessible (clothes, utensils, etc) so we would not be without overnight prior to the actual move. However, I wished they had packed everything because a number of items were left in our home and this seemed to be part of the reason they were left. In any case, move day arrived and two gentlemen showed to our house at 9:15 am or so. We were supposed to have four movers but evidently two fellas did not show to work that day. Robert and the other gentleman worked diligently to get the job done. They were simply understaffed as it took them 7-8 hours to make the first trip since all of our belongings did not fit in the fifth wheel trailer. Unfortunately my wife and I made the mistake of letting the two man crew go back to the Westchase house without supervision (mainly because it was 7 o'clock). A number of items were left (e.g., bedding, lamps, boxed pictures, glass tops to the dressers, all of the clothes in the master bedroom, wedding dress, various storage cabinets, etc.) and we did not realize it until the morning after our move (a Saturday). I called Gary three times on Saturday morning and never heard back. I fortunately had saved the email and noticed another number for Josh and called this number. I was told that Gary had the weekend off and was disappointed that Gary did not contact Josh after getting the messages so I didn't spend the next three hours wondering if they would help obtain the left items. In any case, Robert and another crew member finished a separate job on Saturday and agreed to come back to our Westchase home in order to move the remainder of the items missed. Ironically, I received an apology from the crew member on Saturday that was not part of the crew on Friday. No other apology was ever received and I would not use this service to move again.

Service went very well. Originally scheduled the haul-away time for the afternoon, but the employees called mid-morning and asked if they could arrive earlier since they completed a job sooner than expected. Arrived approximately 45 minutes later. They hauled everything away in about 20 minutes. They were very careful not to bang the walls/door jambs. Employees were very courteous.

Tyrell and his partner were phenomenal. Usually when I hire movers they are not there on time, but these guys were. They moved everything very fast, and also helped me organized my furniture so that it all fit in my new place. I will definitely use these guys again whenever I decide to move.

Easy to schedule on my preferred date. The movers, Jeremy and Tyrell, were punctual, courteous and careful. I could not have asked for better service. They called to say they were on their way and arrived within the hour. They worked hard and were able to load, move and unload all the things we asked them to move well within the contracted time period of 3 hours.

Used this firm last June to move mother from Vero Beach to St. Petersburg, so pleased to see their coupon for $79 to help me clear out garage. Secretary responded to first call 5/01, gave her dimensions of items and she would get back to me to confirm. Called 5/03 to tell me there would be dumping fee for electronic items, which didn't surprise me and owner, Gary would call me with amount. Confirmed for Friday, 5/10/13. Gary called and said fee would be $40.00, $10/item, which sounded reasonable. Called 5/09 to schedule pick up for 2-3pm Friday. Received call 12:30 pm that they could be there in 30 min. Tyrell and Jerry arrived and got to work immediately. They were courteous, efficient and fast with no damage to door jams! Finished and out by 1:15 pm.

This is the second time I have used Brothers EZ Movers to move my daughters to a new apartment. This company makes moving almost stress free. Their employees are first rate. It is amazing to watch such hard working men move the heaviest of furniture with ease. Robert and Justin handled our move, they were polite, hard working and actually a joy to work with. They were very friendly, cheerful, flexible and very delightful. They were also very accommodating. They were on time, prepared and got the job done with a smile. We talked them up so much that the people who are buying our old house wanted to know their company name.

Stephen and David came to move me. They were on time. They loaded everything. They made sure that they wrapped everything correctly. They made a second trip to get something else for me. They were great. I would recommend them and use them again.

I am a retired military member that has moved (PCS) three times through government provided moving services and one time through another moving service. Hands down, Brothers EZ Moving provided the best service at the best price than we have ever experienced before through our other moving experiences. I initially identified multiple companies through Angie's List and asked for on-site inspections to develop an estimate. Josh arranged the inspection and worked around my schedule without any issues. When we received the return quote from the company it was very acceptable; however, we were skeptical of the estimate as we had been "burned" over hidden costs during a previous move (not military associated). We confirmed the price and dates with the company. In the days leading up to the actual packing and move, we determined that our Texas home would not be ready for occupation for approximately 10 days. We contacted Brothers EZ Moving and they provided an updated quote to store our household goods. Having dealt with other movers before, the normal procedure is to box all the items up and put it into a storage warehouse. When this happens, it goes through multiple hands = not good. In our case, our items were loaded up on two rental trucks and the vehicles were parked in Tampa, FL prior to making the drive to Texas. Additionally, when the items were delivered, we saw familiar faces and knew the reverse order of things coming out of the truck, which made it much easier to direct the unloading. During the packing of our items, we did not experience any major difficulties. There was a bit of a delay on the second day, but the company called and made us aware immediately so that we weren't left wondering what was going on. For the load out day - our townhome consisted of three levels with very tight corners in the stairwells. To say that moving the furniture was a challenge is an understatement. I cannot emphasize how hard the movers worked without a single moment of bickering or complaining. They constantly displayed a "can do" attitude and made it happen as a team. As an example, we had a large piece of furniture that would not fit down the stairs. We ended up removing a balcony railing and passing it down one level - not an easy task. Never did we hear anybody complain about this additional task in order to make the move happen. Thank you to this complete crew of workers! Everybody was spectacular in making it happen. The coordination for delivery of our items went without a hitch and the two drivers and trucks arrived as planned. The unloading was amazing as the two drivers now became the unloaders. Our family was working hard and fast to keep up with their unloading as we unpacked all of our items in order to return items and reduce our trash. Once everything was unloaded, the two workers assembled all the furniture and ensured we didn't need anything else prior to their departure. The workers did a fantastic job and again, made it all happen without any complaining. They were awesome! We had one minor glitch at the end concerning payment, but Gary called and corrected it immediately. During the complete moving process, we were always waiting for something bad to happen. It never did! If you've read this complete review, please understand that you WILL NOT go wrong with Brothers EZ Moving!!! They are a small company and really do place an emphasis on customer service. They worked with us every step of the way and we wish other companies would do business in the same manner. Great job!!

They were great. If I had to get them again, I would. They are highly recommended throughout the area. The service was friendly, reliable and quick.
