We set an appointment, which they not only missed but never said they would not be there. We were in contact with them several days prior as well as left numerous messages the day they were to come. We had things to do and did not want to stay home the entire day to wait for them. Which we did, and they did not come. We called over and over and no answer. Finally we got in touch with the "owner" who was on vacation. He said he would take care of it. Several people called us and basically it took a week more to get a time when they could come out. There was never any questions what was to be hauled. A stack washer and dryer and other miscellaneous items. The gentlemen who came out was alone. He was not happy to be hauling our things and ultimately stacked the truck like someone who had never done it before. Stating there was not enough room for some of it. However, it was obvious that if he had cared to take the time, it all would have fit easily. The things that remained were shelves, which would have easily slipped into the sideof the ill packed truck. Ultimately we had to pay others to finish the job.

Excellent! The guys were on-time, fast, and very courteous. No surprises. They filled their truck and emptied it at the new house in 7 hours (very close to the estimate). They were careful with all of our stuff. Everything was delivered in the same shape as it was when picked-up. I couldn't ask for more. And did I mention..... they were really nice guys. In fact everyone at the company was professional, and a pleasure to do business with.

I scheduled an appointment for in between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm. I received a phone call at 4:35 pm saying they could make it in 20 minutes but I live an hour away from the rental property where the work was to be done. I had to reschedule to the next day for 4:30pm. Called to confirm at 1:30 pm, they returned my call at 2:30 pm but I was unavailable and I finally talked to them at 3:45, and they advised they would not be able to make it as they had already gone home for the day and I would need to reschedule again. I've asked for a refund.

Workman was prompt, courteous, efficient. Picked up everything, loaded a pickup full and took it away. Simple, fast, clean. We were pleased with the service.

These guys did an absolutely amazing job. I purchased a chair thinking I could put it in the back of my SUV. I wasn't able to, so I immediately went on Angie's List the next day to find someone to deliver it to my home. I only had 24 hours to do this as Costco doesn't hold items longer than this time period. I spoke with Justin on the phone and he was super friendly and efficient, he promised me he would try and fit me in the same day and he did. The 2 gentlemen that met me at Costco to pick up the chair were Tyrell and Rob. They were very professional and friendly, and did an awesome job! I was very satisfied with the experience and price and would definitely recommend them as they were great for a smaller job like mine.

Super stars! Our move was a delight. The movers (Josh, Alex, Wayne and Brian) were courteous and diligent.

Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. They offered flexible scheduling and followed up on every contact. They called the day before the service as a reminder, and kept in touch on the day of service to keep me updated on their schedule. They did have to reschedule a couple of times due to previous jobs running long, but were able to fit into my schedule. One time the appointment was moved to a different day because I couldn't wait later than their scheduled time, and one time they bumped my appointment to a later time the same day. Onsite, Tyrell and Rob were fast, courteous, and professional. They performed the service to my expectations. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

It went very well. The movers were very good and were pleasant to work with. They did a great job!

Perfect, they were punctual, professional, and hauled away a lot of junk I had to due a remodel job. I could not have done this myself. They did all the heavy lifting.

Mover was 2 hours late due to no fault of his, prior job kept him. Once arrived, very nice and professional. Got a big job done fast!

Other than the fact that they were late everything went as planned. Also, to their credit they did call and tell me they were running late. The two movers were very cooperative and took care of my belongings. Nothing was missing or damaged and they took heavy items I was disposing of to the curb for me. I would use them again and can recommend them to potential customers.

Danny did an excellent job. Hard to believe one guy could shift all those bulky items including an old rug, air conditioners and a stove. Hauling included yard debris too without question. He was also patient in helping me decide which items to pick up. Again, excellent job on a difficult job. Thanks and would definitely use them again.

Perfect from beginning to end. An appointment was made to removed a load of junk from my garage. I received a reminder call the day before and a call from the driver, Danny, when he was on his way. Danny very quickly loaded everything to be taken away and swept up the area where the items had been stored. A professional job in every way. I would definitely use them again as I continue to go through 30 years of belongings.

I wish I would have read more reviews before selecting and paying for a service with this company!!! IT IS BAD BUSINESS to not call and respond to your customers!! I have read repeated reviews about this issue and if this company really cares about their reputation they better start with showing up on time and calling people back when there is a problem, it is real simple! Also, when someone does write a review and it isn't good, don't harass them about it....learn from it, correct your mistakes! Don't write excuses on here, it makes you look bad and stop calling me! I don't want to do business with you or your company, leave me alone!!

My initial experience and ease of setting an appointment was excellent. There was no hesitation when I said I had the coupon from Angie's List and he was happy to help--even at a discounted rate.

Movers were fast and took great care with items.

It was a great experience. The crew arrived on time, worked quickly, and had a high level of teamwork which was pleasant. Furthermore, no items were damaged, and the price was very fair.

Had it scheduled for 8:00 on Saturday morning. Got a call some time the day before, that I didn't get until about 11:00 the night before due to prepping for the move. They suddenly couldn't make it in the morning. They had scheduled another move over the top of mine, and would be out after they had finished with that one. They said they would be there around noon. Noon came and went. I got antsy when it got to be aound 2:30 and called. They were on their way, but didn't know how long it would take them to get to me. The prior move had taken longer than they expected. Although I had contracted for 3 movers, only two kids showed up. Very young - not experienced like I expected. I have large furniture and wanted to be sure it arrived in one piece. They talked with neighbors almost as much as they moved, and they did damage items through carelessness. It took until almost 8:00 at night to finish. What really p***** me off, is when they set the bed back up, they didn't even bother bolting the bed together - because they didn't know where they put the bolts! They brought out a bag of bolts/fasteners that had actually come from the prior move. I'm wondering what fell apart for those poor people. They were slow, took many breaks, and were extremely unprofessional. When they were through, I asked them about 4 times if they were sure they had everything off the truck, because they had come up with a couple of things from the prior move that wasn't mine. They promised me they did. Kicker is, they left the signoff papers back at the other place, and expected me to get it and send it to them asap. Then, when I unpacked and tried to get things together that weekend, I noticed that they had not delivered a very large and expensive wall clock for my living room. When I called them at their office, requesting they deliver the clock - I did not receive the courtesy of a return phone call. The gentleman I initially spoke with to schedule the move was very courteous and informative, but after the move I didn't get any kind of response. They never returned my clock - so basically, they stole it. I called them several times. I would never EVER use this company again. It was the worst move I have ever had to experience. WAY TO GO, BROTHERS EZ MOVERS - let's take advantage of your customers!

They showed up on time and were very fast at there job. Danny did an excellent job and removed 3 very heavy TVs from upstairs. We were very pleased and will use them again. We will also recommend them to our friends.

Daniel was prompt & pleasant. He explained everything and had my link out in no time. He was very careful of the walls / doors etc.

It all went smoothly and quickly and at a very fair price.

The movers were actually really good although they were a little bit late and scratched up some of the paint on the walls. In the move my mattress got broken. I called the office and spoke to Gary and he said he would call me back. I have called him three more times since then and he hasn't returned my calls. My mattress is still broken with springs pushing through the lining, and me and my two kids are now sharing a full size bed.
