Justin was great and helped arrange our move last minute. The movers were great and very careful. They stopped the clock when it was raining and careful not to get the tile wet and made sure the furniture was dry.

Tyrell and Kilo did an amazing job! they were fast and careful with all my belongings. i was impressed with how they wrapped everything nice and tightly with their sheets and plastic wrap. the thing that amazed me was when the thunderstorm came that night it was pouring with rain and lightning they just continued working while they were drenched from the rain, even when all the power went out in my neighborhood they continued to work non stop. the wrapping they did on the furniture kept all my things nice and dry from the rain. i felt bad when i seen them dripping wet when it was all finished i even asked them if they wanted to take a break while it was storming but they denied my offer and continued. That was the best moving experience so far. i would refer them to anyone. great job guys!

This was a very smooth operation. Working with Gaid and Jeremie was great. They called before they came to see if they could come earlier than the designated time. Once they were here, they took charge and began wrapping items and taking apart furniture that was to be moved. They were both extremely helpful and when asked, were more than willing to do anything for us. This was my first time using Angie's List and it was on a BIG DEAL coupon. I also received an additional 10% off the move with second coupon offer. Brothers EZ Moving did what they said they would do - two man one truck for three hours at $299.00 and they got it done on time! I will definitely use Brothers EZ Moving again and recommend to any of my friends. Thanks Angie's List and thank Brothers EZ Moving for a job well done.

Josh, Brian and Danny were kind and efficient. They did an excellent job with our belongings. And we even have a toddler and they each had the patience of a saint, they were really great. They were really fast; we would recommend them to anyone we know.

They were able to schedule for the day we wanted to move without delay. Movers arrived on time and took excellent care of all our items even the fragile ones. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend to family and friends. We had lived at the previous address since 1965 so you can imagine the amount of belongings that had to be moved. All in all it was a unique experience and a good one.

We selected Brothers EZ Moving because of the reviews and ratings on Angie's List. Gary Thacker contacted me right away and came to the house to look at what we wanted moved and gave us the estimate. The estimate was guaranteed and payment was made AFTER the move was complete - no extra charges were attached, the charge was the estimate exactly. Our moving manager was Wayne and he did an EXCELLENT job! He came the day before with his partner Kilo to haul our trash and confirm the next day's move. Wayne and his crew, Kilo, Alex, Juan, Johnny, and Danny arrived before the appointed time ready to work. The six men scattered through the house, each completing their tasks. They were professional in every way - worked hard, were polite and courteous. After arriving at the new house, they carried all furniture to the correct room and set up our beds. I would hire this company of the need to do so came.

Always difficult to put trust in a firm when they don't return your call. We all understand how the margins on moving businesses are small and that it is difficult to have a full time staff. With today's availability of cell phones, unfortunately I can't find sympathy in not receiving a call back. The shame is I was honestly eager to hear their proposal as the reviews on Angie's List have been very complimentary. ... if they don't answer the phone or return your call when you leave a message how do they handle when a problem occurs? Hopefully this experience is an anomoly for their business, but these are the types of reviews / information I look for when finding a vendor. As it is a bit difficult to score a service that hasn't happened I averaged (to their benefit) the two selections that were relevant.

I called to schedule my junk removal and was promptly called back and my appointment was set. On the day of removal, they were there right on time. Everything was removed very carefully so as not to damage my doors or walls and the employee was very friendly and respectful.

They were very responsive from the first call for service to receipt of the services. They showed up on time with the equipment needed to do the job. They were very quick and efficient and had the junk loaded and hauled away in no time. They provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" that I purchased many months ago. I contacted the company in July when I saw that the coupon was getting ready to expire and I didn't think I could clean my garage before the expiration date to have my junk hauled away. I spoke with Rebecca--who checked with the owner Gary--and they were very gracious about extending the deadline until I was ready. (Which they were not obligated to do, but did so anyway.) I called back at the end of August to arrange my pick-up date. Gary said that the date I wanted (9/3/13) was going to be very busy for them, but it was important to keep the customer happy and they would get there late in the day, after they had finished their other work for the day. I confirmed with Justin later and we were all set. On the day of the pickup, I got a call from Brian and Juan who were driving the truck for the pickup. They were having a challenging day--as their cell phone was dying and their GPS had stopped working. But they were determined to get there, no matter what it took. I gave them directions to my house--before their cell phone died--and they got through the afternoon rush hour and arrived about an hour later. They were very fast in loading up the truck with all of the junk we had cleared out of the garage. They were very professional in the way they did the job. And for the first time in almost four years, we could park my wife's car in the garage! I was very pleased with the experience!

They showed up on time. They loaded the truck and moved our stuff. It was about a twenty mile intra-town move. I was fairly pleased with their attention to detail as far as wrapping and taking care of the furniture. However, we did experience damage on two pieces of furniture where they were overwrapping it with plastic shrink wrap and a couple of blankets. They did break or damage two chairs. I'm not sure if they're repairable at this point. I did contact the company and they basically said that what I had signed as a release from the movers when I signed off on the billing hours for the day had released them from any liability. They didn't want to talk to me anymore. They told me my lawyers could talk to them if I wanted to pursue damages on the furniture. I had to pay for a couple of extras above the package that I bought through Angie's List. I was disappointed in the way that they handled that. I didn't really get aggressive to pursue it after that. The sense of urgency in how they were moving. They took several breaks. It did rain and they did pause in loading the furniture in the middle of a little flash storm. I appreciated them pausing and not loading wet furniture. At the end of the day, they were taking quite a few breaks. Probably over a six hour period, they probably took four fifteen minute breaks. They didn't charge me transit time because when we went through transit we actually stopped and I bought them cold drinks and a sandwich for lunch just as a courtesy over and above what I was paying them. They appreciated that. I had everything prepacked. Everything that was in the boxes that I had prepacked had no damage whatsoever because I had carefully wrapped everything. None of the boxed were damaged. It was strictly two pieces of furniture that were damaged. When they got here, there were stairs and they did move a heavy treadmill. The moving services themselves, what they did execute, they did well. Sometimes it happens when you move a lot of stuff, something gets nicked up or something. It was a dining room chair that was pretty expensive, about $380, that was part of our dining room suit. The legs broken on it. There was patio chair that was metal that's now bent and doesn't sit straight. Pricing was very competitive. They had sent one auto email through Angie's List confirming the date of the move but when I called they didn't have me on the schedule. They had to kind of jump through hoops to free up a crew and make sure they had a truck. I had called 24-48 hours in advance. I might use them again if it was a short inner city move. I definitely wouldn't go to them if I had some really expensive stuff or if it was long distance. I wished they would've had better insurance coverage or were more forthcoming about covering damages.

Brothers EZ Moving was accommodating to my schedule when it changed the day of the move. The movers were on time and very attentive to my furniture and items. The move was approximately the time and cost quoted which was very nice for budgeting! Gary the owner cares a lot about his Company and will jump through fire to get the job done correctly. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants quality movers at a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling these guys again for my next move!

Alex and Jamie were friendly and efficient. There were a couple of charges which I had not anticipated and about which I was not told but when I spoke to Justin in the office, he apologized and did not charge me. Everyone was most cooperative and helpful. A rep from the office called about a week before the move to verify everything. The only negative I could find was that the movers did not bring extra boxes which I could have used for some of my larger packable items. All in all, so far the move was successful and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
