Brothers EZ Moving

Terrible, they sent 4 guys who were not strong enough to handle the job. My refrigerator got dented front and sides. Some of my wooden furniture get chopped. Even though everything was wrapped and covered, they managed to damaged it. To make things worse, the bill was $400 over the estimate. This company refused to answer me for over 2 months and now says that they will do nothing to reimburse me. NOTHING!!!!! I would have been happy with the $400 overage. And they have the gall to tell me that they hope that I will use them again in the future. Rinky **** company. Look elsewhere.

Please read this review before calling this company. We moved used Brothers EZ moving for a short distance move from Westchase to Oldsmar. Everything went great until I discovered my MacBook Pro was missing. After talking to Shay the office manager she let me know that sometimes things get shifted and it should show up. Later on that day I get a call from Troy that he saw an employee leaving work from our move with a silver laptop. After this discovery the police were called and an investigation was started. The individual questioned said it was his computer and now has either quit the company or was terminated. We were told The company would discuss this situation with the owner and let us know the outcome. We were told after a us having to make phone calls to them they can not do anything for us until the police make a recovery. Basically they will not compensate us. This is the last thing we wanted to deal with in the middle of moving. I will be going on every website I can to tell our story and my real estate agent will be posting this to his Realtor website as well.

terrible. they broke almost every thing I own. furniture, marble tables, dining room table, mirrors, a 65" Samsung Smart TV that they smashed and the picture is ruined, dining room chairs, living room furniture, bed sets, end tables and more. it is really amazing to me how they can damage EVERYTHING. I understand things happen but how they respond is what matters. I have given the more than ample time to work with me and they refuse, They ignored me as long as they could and I refrained from complaining as I wanted to resolve this privately, they have been giving me the run around for well over a month now. my move was at the end of June. the mover claimed to have sent some pictures of what he saw damaged, he never did. he also piled everything in a storage unit. we personally removed every item ourselves to assess damages and sent photos of everything. Now they are just blowing me off over and over again. I hired them versus a cross country mover to have security and safety of my belongings. everything was broken and damaged. Every so often then reply to me with nothing and then more nothing, I am out so many thousands of dollars and have to replace pretty much every piece of fine furniture I own. I am just heartbroken at how this has been handled or the lack there of.

Excellent. The team was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and timely. Went as smoothly as we could have asked for. Would highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

Excellent work and were very careful with all items. Michael C. and Rashawn were a great team and did everything we asked of them. Daryl was great in helping us coordinate a last minute change and ensured us we were getting a great crew. Very patient and took all precautions not to leave any marks.

the job definitely took longer than initially quoted/thought but they were very productive and effective the entire time

It went great, both young professionals were very courteous and worked really hard to move everything quickly and securely. They helped me move some furniture around the new place as well so it was in the best layout possible. Would hire again.

It was a smooth transfer thanks to the Tampa Team and BEZ, especially Derrick. All 4 of these guys did a great job, were professional, personal, and they hustled. The loaded the entire house in 1 hour and 20 min, did a walk through, and we were out. I'm glad I used this crew. The Pa. crew was ok, but I was thankful Derrick was there to coordinate and supervise. If you are moving around Tampa, USE these guys and request Derrick and the other 3! I only hoped I tipped enough. A bonus for interstate moves is that your stuff NEVER leaves the truck, unlike with other movers.

It went very well. They did a fantastic job protecting the objects I wanted to get moved while not damaging any of the properties—two of the biggest things I wanted. They were also very courteous and seemed genuinely happy to help out. Also, they did everything quickly and efficiently. They are quite flexible with their requests as well. I was impressed with the service overall.

It went great, the Chris's team from Brothers EZ Moving really made our move easy and efficient. They didn't waste anytime and they made sure our items were well protected during the move. No items were damaged or broken. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

It went very well. The movers went to work right away and were efficient. They didn't linger and moved at a good pace. Everything was blanket wrapped and nothing was broken or damaged. Despite the long walk and being on the second floor they had me out in under an hour and moved into the new location 20 minutes away in under two. Price was great because I had a groupon that added two movers for less than it would have cost for two but their full quote was in line with similar companies in the area. They were one of the few companies to respond right away to my inquiry. I would recommend these guys and plan to use them again for any upcoming moves.

The guys were on time and very fast at what they did. They took great care of our items by wrapping what needed to be wrapped.

Service from beginning to end was excellent. I was given a fair quote from Jaclyn and she helped answer all of my questions before the day of the move. The day of the move my movers Jammarius and Chris were extremely punctual and began working right away. They were cautious with my furniture and very professional and kind. They ended up finishing before the allotted time and I therefore received a lower price than what was quoted. I would highly recommend this team for any moving needs.

Fantastic. Virgil,Marcellus, David and Dwayne worked their butts off! Never stopped moving, never complaining. Go-getter attitudes all around. Awesome group. Would highly recommend the company!

I paid in advance for 4 guys for 2 hours. Only two guys showed up on time, Pat and Prince. They explained to me that they were short staffed. They moved as quick as they could and were able to move our entire house in 4 hours. Since I was only given two hours I would have been charged for 2 more hours, but Darryl came through and said that because it was the their fault he would not charge me for any extra time. Pat and Prince were very courteous and worked very hard. I would recommend this company.

Patrick and Machal arrived on time, were professional, courteous and energetic. The total job was about 2.5- 3 hours. Both men worked continuously and communicated if they didn't know where something should be placed. I would definitely recommend Brothers EZ Moving! Great service for a fair price.

Brothers EZ movers showed up on time, didn't stop for 6 hours straight! Very polite! Everything was carefully wrapped in blankets. Nothing got damaged in any way. They set up everything at our new house just like we wanted it.

Darryl did a great job on the estimate and Chris and Darnell did and excellent job on the move everything went fast and easy. There where several very heavy items that they moved with no problem. Everything was placed where we requested. Could not have asked for a smoother move.

From the first point of contact with Darryl throughout the entire move was so refreshing. Normally a move is stressful enough but they made us feel at ease...Their politeness and friendliness was much appreciated. ..and wow..they had the move done in no time...no goofing off and wasting time. they were on a mission.....Darryl communicated with me throughout the move with updates...The cost was significantly less than the initial quote...Thanks to the crew..If you need a professional and caring company use these guys...this is my second time and I will be calling them again in a few months. I had another company from Tampa move me from Virginia and imagine the worst nightmare...this will make you appreciate Brothers. I wish there were more than 5 stars... Thank you and God Bless.

The process was flawless from quote through completion! We did our own packing and needed Brothers EZ Moving for the "heavy lifting" part of the move. Darryl was thorough, but efficient in preparing a quote over the phone, and the price was extremely reasonable! Chris and Earnesto, the moving team, were punctual, polite, and professional. We were impressed with how quickly they loaded our boxes, then proceeded to carefully wrap each piece of furniture, including a couple of valuable antique pieces. They actually made the whole process enjoyable, rather than the drudgery it can become. We invited them to stop for lunch, but they preferred to complete the job first, to "get us off the clock," thereby minimizing our cost. We have used professional movers at least a dozen times, and they surpassed our expectations throughout the process. We highly recommend Brothers EZ Moving with no reservations whatsoever!

There were three workers, though only two did the moving. Patrick, the driver was apparently the navigator for the job. Prince and Jerome were very hard working and worked consistently for the entire time moving things to the truck. Patrick was very nice and polite, but appeared to be in a "fog." He didn't have any paperwork for my job and instead had three pieces of ripped paper with the names and addresses of the three jobs for the day. He was confused about a lot of things and I had to redirect him several times. After we had everything moved to the storage facility and the guys left, I received a call from Patrick about ten minutes later asking me for my address. I asked him if he needed the address to the storage facility that he just left and he then he realized that called me by mistake and thought I was the next job. Overall, I think they did a good job, but it could have gone qucker if there was a little more organization involved.
