Brothers EZ Moving

EZ Brothers Moving staff were extremely punctual and polite. They arrived with all necessary materials and went out of their way to be helpful.

Very nice, clean guys. They arrived when I requested and unloaded 2 16' pods. They were very knowledgable and careful with our things. Willing to put heavy pieces where I requested and unwrap and stack hutch/armoire. They all worked quickly, and had the 2 pods unloaded in about an hour and a half. We went to our storage unit and I left them there to load everything up and bring it all back to our house. They took care of it all for me. We have moved many times and these guys were some of the cleanest, nicest guys we have had. I set up the move with them on a Tuesday and they were able to come on short notice that same week on Friday. I really appreciated their hard work.

They arrived about 30 minutes late, but they did a very good job moving us, much better than anyone else we have hired in the past! The job was done in just the amount of time that we expected and we had no damage. They were very good to wrap and protect all your furniture. I would recommend this company for your next move.

The "fine print" stated the rate doesn't apply to truck fees. Two e-mails, on October 21 and October 24, requesting written details of any other fees and costs, went unanswered. I am making settlement on November 8, 2013 and trying to coordinate the move. This lack of customer service doesn't help.

EZ Brothers sent Tyrell, Brian, Johnny, and Marcus to unload a 26' truck with all our belongings into our new home. I was very happy with the care taken, and particularly how quickly the job was done. At the end, they offered to put our beds and dining room table together, but we let them off the hook on those things, as we needed to see how everything was going to fit.

Great! Called me when they were 20 minutes from pick-up, provided all materials. Quick, but careful with everything. Definitely recommend!

They were very good, thorough, nice and helpful. Everybody was very pleased with their work.

Tyrell and his team did an awesome job moving our family. They were promptly on time, clean courteous and super friendly. They really took the stress out of our move and at an extremely fair price. We would recommend them to anyone considering a trsutworthy moving company and would most certainly use them in the future if the need arises.

SAVED THE DAY! Called Brothers EZ Moving this morning to ask if a few men could come to our house and help us move a huge piece of furniture. WIthin a few minutes I had an appointment...and not next week....today! We were very happy. Justin and Juan showed up on time, got the job down quickly and skillfully and up it went! No problems what-so-ever. Thank you Brothers EZ Moving for your help. We would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Fast and efficient service.

Lousy job. The movers were nice enough people but totally lacked the knowledge to move basic items. Slower than slow too. I had a 55 year old woman helping me. She ran circles around the 2 workers. I was chraged a flat rate plus hourly after 3 hours. The guys could not figure out how to move my refrigerator and stove from the kitchen. Finally I told them to just leave them! Very bad experience.

I'm retired military and have done more moving than I want to admit to. these folks are a class act! After a quick assessment of what needed to be done they were hot on target - disassembling beds, wrapping doors closed, teamwork at its best. EZ provided a crew of four with each member having an area of responsibility that got their full attention. I have an 1800lb gun safe, an Amish Captain;s bed and a full-size china hutch that they moved without flinching. On arrival at the apartment most of the items had to be put into a second bedroom being used for storage. Again, teamwork to make sure those items in the storage room were lined against the wall for best space use and accessibililty. They were unable to get the Captain's bed into my bedroom due to a tight fit around a corner. It upset me that I may have had to sleep on a mattress thrown on the floor. This team didn't let pride rule the day and then try to force the issue, but admitted there was a problem and that the best thing to do was wait a bit and reexamine the problem. Honesty goes a long way. Sure enough, about two hours later we looked at the problem differently and were able to get the bed frame into the room. Kudos to Justin who from start to finish worked with me to schedule and make this move happen. I had a problem finding the right coupon to purchase on Angie's list. He had me pre-purchase a similar priced coupon and honored the price and service hassle free. Thanks all. You've got my recommendation.

They were good. Two guys came out. They had a great, big trailer. The stuff that I wanted to haul off filled about half of it. The guy came in and I had stuff in the spare bedroom I needed to haul out. I had old clothing, I had an area rug and all kinds of things in my garage. They were on it and out. They did a great job. They didn't waste time doing it. There were no additional charges for their services. Probably, I would look somewhere else for a better pricing.

They arrive on time. Worked fast and followed direction. Completed the task early and departed. No problems or worries.

They were a little late showing up and one of the guys was slow getting started but then it went very well. I was concerned about getting the job done in a 3 hour time frame. Everyone pitched in because I didn't have too much stuff to move. It was running close and at the end the guys really moved fast to get it done within our time. They were nice young men and worked very hard. I would recommend using this service to others doing a local move.

Tyrell, Rj, Damarious, and Tevin made my first time moving experience the best. aside from that i was concerned about about one of the movers looked as if he was struggling to keep up with the others and moved a little bit slower. overall great job.

amazed by the work from Tyrell, Danny Keilo, and Richard. covered all my furniture and delivered it safely. They were even nice enough to help me unpack the majority of my boxed items. i'd highly recommend this company.

Great experience. They were punctual. From seeing them prep, you could tell they were professionals. They disassembled and re-assembled my desk and all the beds in very little time.

I had a great moving expeience from Tyrell and Johnny they finished my whole move in under 2 hours. fast and very professional.

The man I spoke to made a point of asking questions about the exact size, style (was it an upright, baby grand, full grand, he asked) of the piano, etc. before telling me I had to take a full sized truck for at least 4 hours. Waste of time, and tried to make me feel foolish- very insulted.

TYRELL,BRIAN,DANNY,AND MARCUS WERE GREAT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB,THEY WERE FUNNY AND PROFFESIONAL ALL AT THE SAME TIME. IF I USED THIS SERVICE AGAIN I WOULD ASK FOR THESE 4 GUYS,AGAIN THEY WERE GREAT,GREAT,GREAT.

They showed up at 2:00. Never called me. I called them three times and they finally admitted their truck "broke down" and had to wait for a new one. The crew of four individuals, only two with moving experience showed up. They struggled moving the desk pieces and just dropped them in a corner, covering my electrical and telephone jacks. They never gave me an opportunity to set up the desk properly. They did leave a small scratch in the wall. They were clearly inexperienced in moving and were too small for the job; struggled with their carrying straps and were unfamiliar with negotiating turns with furniture. Justin did call to follow up but when I called him back there was no answer. Not even a message opportunity. They are clearly a victim of their coupon deal and have had to rely on inexperienced people to meet the demand. Then they insisted in overcharging me by several hundred dollars. I would like to get some help in placing the desk so I can run wires.

The four guys arrived on time, with two trucks to move our belongings from one house to our new home. They carefully wrapped our furniture/appliances, and loaded them on the trucks. They were extremely careful with our belongings, and were very courteous. Their foreman Alex made sure everything was wrapped well, and loaded correctly. They moved quickly, but cautiously. They were very careful unloading our items, and placing everything where we needed it. And, when I mistakenly had them carry a large dresser upstairs, only to realize it went downstairs, they carried it right back down the steps, smiling and joking the whole time. They actually finished an hour earlier than the estimated time, so our bill was cheaper than the original quote. We were very happy with the service they provided, and would recommend them to anyone for your moving needs. We gave each of the guys a $50 tip - (we weren't exactly sure how much per person is considered a good tip in moving services), but they were each very grateful. Each of the guys worked equally hard, and we were very happy with the crew we had.

We contacted this company through the Angie's list site and we received an automated e-mail saying they would contact us within 1 business day, but if we needed iimmediate service to call the office. We waited 2 days and called. Someone answered who said there was no one in the office who could help us, but someone was available soon and would call us back. We never received the call and subsequently sent an e-mail on thursday and friday. Despite all this, we have still not recieved any response from Brothers EZ Moving.
