These guys were great. They arrived right on time. They were nice, professional, asked for exact details of what we wanted to move. They wrapped everything very well in the protective blankets before removing from the old house. When we got to the new house, they asked where we wanted each piece of furniture and put it exactly where we asked. All furniture made it to the new house in the same condition it left the old house. We highly recommend Wayne and Ed.

It was only one gentleman doing the moving so it took a little bit longer. Other than that, they got the job done. It took a while to schedule the appointment but once it was scheduled, everything went fine.

We started a little late but it didn't effect the move. The two men, Chris and Joe did an exemplary job. The handled my move with professionalism and efficiency. The move should have taken 4 hours and we were done in 3.5 hours. They were a wonder utilizing the two man sling to move the heavy stuff with ease. I would recommend then to a friend.

I had bought an Angie's Deal for this service to remove two old TV's that I was having trouble getting rid of. I called to set up the service and had a hard time getting anyone to come out. When they finally did they sent one guy (a young kid) to collect the stuff. I had told them the junk was two big TV's, one of them you couldn't pick up by yourself and my husband wasn't there to help so at first the kid didn't know how he was going to get it into his truck. Luckily I had another service guy there giving us an estimate for something else and he was nice enough to help put the TV's in the back of the kids truck. I have not used this service since, I found a much cheaper junk removal service and they are friendly and professional.

I was very, very pleased with the entire process. From the quote to the actual move, it was smooth and professional. They exercised great care with my furniture. They were expeditious and courteous and overall did a great job!

The original review was from a phone conversation and difficult to read. I have tried to clear up any glaring misconceptions in the review. I actually waited and I waited to do a review for this company because not all my boxes were unpacked. I just unpacked the last box. I was looking for my Vicodin prescription thinking I had packed it somewhere that was not obvious. I never did find it. I had maybe 80 pills. Finding them would have put my mind at ease about the workers that moved me. My mother is moving and I had planned to use this company again. The missing prescription makes me uneasy. Because the closing date on my house kept changing, I had to keep changing my move date. I have to say they were great about the changing dates. What was frustrating was that every time I called, I spoke with somebody different. The last person I spoke to told me not to worry about the closets because they would provide wardrobe boxes and some other supplies when they arrived. When the movers arrived, they said the order was only for furniture. They did not have the wardrobe boxes or any of the other supplies needed. Other than that, the guys were great and quick. One man did injure himself on a metal shelf that I have. He cut himself horribly. We had to stop and wait an hour for another person to come out and take over. As for the missing pills, I thought I had packed them securely in the linen closet box but obviously, I had not. Fortunately, my doctor was great and just refilled the prescription for me. Now I see that other people have the same complaints as mine. Someone else complained about the wardrobe boxes and communication problems on Angie?s list reviews. If they fix that, they could have a higher rating.

It was pretty bad. They were late and they were very unprepared. They also promised me they would have boxes and blankets, but they didn’t bring them because nobody told them to. The communication between them was bad. They also damaged a lot of property and broke valuable things. They also scratched my wood furniture. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They took so long that it cost me quite a bit more. The guy that was in charge was okay, but the other 3 movers were very young an irresponsible. They did not take the time to make sure that nothing got damaged.

Went very well and the movers are very nice

We had a successful move! The move took longer than expected due to the limitations of our highrise elevator. The movers, Chris and John, arrived promptly and were easy to work with. They took directions well and was in high spirits, even though the highrise elevator was a challenge and prevented them from staying on schedule (we were on the 21st floor). Chris and John were extremely attentive with our furniture and moved/wrapped them carefully. I was very impressed with their work and was grateful that they were there to help with the move. They worked through lunch without any complaints. We had 2 drop off locations: 1) a 2-bedroom townhouse and 2) a 4-bedroom house. They managed the multiple drop off locations with ease. Gary Thacker, the manager who reserved our move, was easy to work with, accommodating, and answered my questions quickly. We would definitely use their service again in the future!

It was the worst move of my life. Avoid this company at all costs.

It took longer than I thought it would; however, I was not aware how careful they (Chris & Ed) surrounded my furniture and furnishings in moving pads and then made sure it would stay in place using shrink wrap. They were very methodical and meticulous, and careful with every piece they moved from the old house to the truck and then unloading and placing it at the new house.

It went perfectly, seamlessly. The crew worked with great speed, and attention to detail.

They came between 9 and 9:30 AM and didn't leave until 4 PM. There didn't seem to be a plan when they first arrived. They left 7 dents in my house. The owner even joked about it but never offered to fix it. This is brand new house. He added $150 extra for a truck rental. They also had another move scheduled for the same day. They were late getting to me because their truck broke down, hence the truck rental. They were young and pleasant and worked hard, but they left trash all over the yard at my old house. They didn't have enough tape with them so they used my tape. I would never do this again. They were not professional.

The young man with the service arrived promptly and ready to work. There was some confusion about the amount of materials we had to haul (more than he anticipated) but we worked it out and he was very courteous the whole time. He was friendly and professional and worked quickly so that the remodelers could get in and start.

Update: I am assuming because my review was seen by somebody, I ended up getting the Angie's List 10% discount, so that was appreciated. I still have a quarter of my stuff in my old place?. pretty frustrating. Regardless I bumped them from a D to a B post discount, they also called trying to fix the dissatisfaction, i was so angry at the time I just couldn't even handle the idea of dealing with them. Original: In the end it worked out I suppose. I have used this company twice before and it's pretty haphazard. Gary who managed my move on the phone end was incredible leading up to the move, then move day came and they only sent two guys instead of four, which we confirmed 3-4 times during the week leading up to the move. When the two got to my place they didn't have any boxes or moving material... So the packing I negotiated beforehand was not in their instructions, I was getting two different messages one from the HQ and another from the guys in the ground. It is clear I was not the priority move for the day. So with two guys I had some hesitation, but felt compelled to move everything but my breakables, so I never finished the move, it's going to cost me twice as much to do the two moves than the one.... I received no discount or anything for being an Angie's list member or a repeat customer, pretty disappointing, but the movers Rob and Rico were hardworking guys!

They were quick and efficient. They were good for what you expect from movers. They of course wanted to leave and I had to keep asking them to move more since I still had time on the clock but I have moved many times and have come to expect this.

It was a long job! But they were great and helped this stressful project go as smoothly as possible. They were efficient and thorough with very sweet dispositions even after hours of moving.

They were excellent and were on time. Everything was wrapped perfectly. There was no damage done at all. We estimated 3 hours of work and they were done in 2 hours and 15 minutes. It worked out very good for us. They did a great job and the price was phenomenal.

Wayne and Shawn arrived on time, reviewed what needed to be done and then worked feverishly for about seven hours. They knew what they were doing, wrapped and protected my furniture, were polite and friendly and worked extremely hard. I would definitely use them when I am ready to move into my home.

He seemed nice enough over the phone, but made a scheduling error which really ruined the whole thing. He was quick to take responsibility. He was very sincere.

I want to tell Mr. Gary Thacker that he truly is BLESSED with the workers he has on his team which are MIKE AND WAYNE! I CANNOT RAVE MORE ABOUT THESE WONDERFUL GUYS WHO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, AND KIND! THEY EVEN CAME EARLY AND GOT THE JOB DONE WITH EXCELLENCE. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY ITEMS AND WORKED WITH GREAT SPEED ! I AM SOOOOO TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD ASK FOR THESE GUYS AGAIN ON MY NEXT MOVE AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW! I received a job relocation and needed to move from Tampa to Philadelphia in 3 weeks. I called Gary and he gave me a quote over the phone, but also came out the next week to confirm the number of items. I liked them because they allowed me to pick the move and drop off date. Also, the foreman that packs the truck, drives the truck to it's destination and unloads it. I used Rob for my long distance move and he was professional and was in constant contact with me about his arrival and drop off. They used a truck that only had my items in it. Some moving companies will pack your things in a truck with other people's items who are moving to the same area or on the way to your destination. They also packed my items the day before the move and had them loaded within three hours the next morning. They made my move easy.

Overall I was very pleased with Brother's EZ Moving. I needed help moving everything (appliances, large furniture, etc) back into our home after having our floors refinished downstairs. From my first interaction with the owner who was pleasant, flexible, and accommodating to our schedule to the two men who called ahead to confirm my address and provide an ETA. The two men were VERY polite and worked VERY hard. I had some seriously heavy items for these guys to move (700lb SubZero fridge, Wolf freestanding Range, etc) and they never grumbled a bit. Just kept forging ahead until the job was complete and continued to ask "is there anything else you need moved before we leave?). They were very polite and accommodating to my wife. I'm VERY happy with the quality and value I received from this Big Deal.

The two men (Wayne and Lindsey) arrived on time at 8:00AM. We did a walk through to confirm all the items that needed to be moved. Then they wrapped all the damageable items with padding and shrink wrap. They worked quickly but took the time to do the job right. They were professional and asked me any questions to confirm what I wanted. At the new house, they were again careful with the items and placed them as I instructed. They completed the move within the stated 4 hour time estimated. I would definitely use the company and these to men again.

They were very diligent in their approach. there was no wasted time. They gave me a window of time to expect them and kept me posted on traffic delays. They wrapped belongings that needed to be wrapped and put everything in the proper rooms with very little instruction. They never stopped working. In fact, when I tried to help they encouraged me to "go relax beause I would have A LOT of work to do once they left (unpacking).
