Purchased service. 1 item to be moved. Made appointment. They never showed up. Called back on two separate occasions to reschedule. They have never called me back. I have had to pay someone else to do the work that I bought. So I have paid twice for work done once. I really would like my money back. Please tell the truth. Which is what was the problem from the beginning. It does not do me a "favor" to tell me that you will show up at a location out of your range and then not do it. Had you said that day one . No problem instead you wanted to BS and not be honest or respect your end of the deal Which does not surprise me as you are lying about showing up. I was AT HOME.ALL DAY on the SCHEDULED DAY I cleaned out my car (in the driveway net to the HOT TUB), cut the grass and did other yard work OUTSIDE , and you did not come EVER. As for the junk haul being a hot tub. Yes a hot tub shell....No motor, of course no water, just a big fiberglass shell that my friend and I (two women) turned sideways and rolled to the curb. I understand not coming out of your range I understand it being too much for a single person to lift I do not understand you lying about what you did not do , worse than bad business...it is bad character I would like my money back.

Overall everyone couldn't have been nicer and very professional. I realize it is hard to find someone to come into your home and move furniture, but this company was very helpful and said that they did do small jobs. They did quote me a price and I was certainly surprised how expensive, but I did agree since I really needed the help to have my pieces of furniture moved. The charge of $98 an hour is a fair price and they do have a one hour minimum which again I think is fair. What I didn't think was fair was the $98 fuel charge to come to my house. No truck was used, the two young me drove up in a small very economical car and the company is only about a 15 minute drive from my house here in Tampa. It only took 10 minutes to move the few pieces of furniture that I had to move, so again I felt that the $98. charge for the moving was a very fair price, and again I would have understood the fuel charge if they had driven a truck, but that was not the case. The work they performed was excellent. They were very gentle with my furniture and extremely polite. If I had to do a move from house to house or long distance, I would use them again. But I won't call again for the kind of move I had in my house.

The movers were punctual and courteous. They carefully wrapped everything prior to removing it from the house. Although we had most things ready to go in order to save time we did have a rather large bedroom set that needed to be disassembled and I was pleased with the care they took to ensure it wasn't damaged in the move. They even moved it over a few inches after it was reassembled in the new place and I didn't like how it looked, which was not that simple as it's a VERY heavy bed. They had a difficult time getting a large rolling tool chest loaded into the truck and my boyfriend assisted them getting it in the truck. Unfortunately they did not secure it and it tipped over on the way to the delivery location. This has been over a month ago and I'm still trying to get all of the small pieces and tools out from behind the drawers. It was an accident and they were extremely apologetic. In their defense I wouldn't have thought it would tip over either because it was SO heavy. It damaged a TV that was in the back of the truck but it was something we were going to donate to charity anyway so the scrape didn't make any difference. That was the only small hiccup we had in the process. Their workers were very nice and were hard workers who didn't waste any time. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names or I would mention them here. All in all I would recommend them to others and was pleased with the value. Shea was very helpful and was willing to work with us to give us the best rate possible.

Eric and Mike were extremely professional and took great care handling all boxes and furniture. They were pleasant not only to me but to each other. I highly recommend this company.

Three hours passed before the other group of workers arrived. When they arrived, they asked me if I had any tools. Why didn't they have any tools with them if on their website they claim to make it as smooth as possible when moving??? They went to a nearby hardware store and called me 15-20 minutes later. They informed me at this time that it would take atleast 6 hours to move my belongings. They wanted to make sure I would be ok paying more than what was quoted. I told them what Shae quoted me and they said they spoke to her and that she told them to ask me about it. This would have put them at 11pm-12am at my house. I did not feel comfortable with this at all. I felt as if I were backed into a corner. Why would Shae tell me it sounded like a simple move. Everything she placed on the inventory sheet was what I has already packed up minus shrink wrapping my large items. Why would the three workers tell their co-workers it would take about an hour to load me up? Why did they show up without tools? Why now is all this coming up nearly 5 hours after my scheduled start time?? I tried to call Shae the manager 4 times and there was no answer. I left her an urgent voice mail. I called Angie's List and expressed my dissatisfaction. I felt like I was scammed by this company. Angie's List stated they would reimburse me. As I was on the phone, the workers came back to my house and knocked on the door and called me on the phone. I did not answer either item. The next day, Shae returned my phone call saying, "Hi, this is Shae. I had a message from you yesterday but I left work early." This was the last conversation I had with this company. There was no follow up to see why I didn't use their services. It was like they knew what they did and they moved on to the next target without wasting their time. I feel they should not be represented on your website as they are not a good reflection of you.

Josh, Mike & Lucas arrived on time, went right to work packing up the last few items and loaded everything into the truck. Everything was unloaded and arrived with no damage. These gentlemen were very courteous and friendly while they completed our move, they did a very good job and we would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks guys!

We contracted 2 movers to help us move furniture from two pods into our home.

It was good. The movers were okay. They were accommodating with my schedule.

Everything turned out well, and it was a good experience. The crew arrived on time, didn't cause any damage, and was courteous as well as friendly.

Josh, Little John, Bog John, and Robert did a great job. We couldn't have asked for better people or service.

Gary came out and did an estimate of the cost to move about 3 rooms of furniture and boxes from our home in New Tampa to Brevard, NC. We were downsizing but still had more items than we felt comfortable moving ourselves. Gary guaranteed us a price and was able to do the move to meet our schedule. We did all the packing (except for the TV). It took the crew a couple of hours to pack the truck. Mike, the driver, kept in contact with us before he left on Friday and as he was driving up the mountain on Saturday. He was delayed by an accident t on I-75 heading toward Atlanta, and alerted us to that fact and that he would be delayed in arriving. It wasn't a problem for us, but I appreciated his staying I touch. As it turned out, he and a helper arrived on time, placed all of our boxes and furniture where we asked them to in the house and were finished in an hour. We were very satisfied with their work, their customer service and their positive attitude. We would recommend them for anyone doing a long distance move.

If you are looking for trustworthy, hard working, FAST movers, stop searching. John, Nick, Josh, Robert and Nick did an amazing job. They were super professional and didn't leave a single mark or ding on my freshly painted walls. They moved everything faster than the estimated time frame and were great. I will definitely use them again.

The 2 man crew showed up on time, were friendly and hard-working. It took longer than we had hoped for the move but we felt they were fair with the amount of time taken off for their lunch break.

We originally gave this company an A rating but have since been very disappointed when we realized our formal dining room table pads were lost. Valued at over 300 dollars, Brothers EZ Moving made no effort to replace or compensate us for their error. A couple of things were also broken and while we were definitely willing to overlook the broken items, the loss of of diningroom table pads is beyond disappointing. I would recommend anyone using this company to double check the truck to be sure ALL your items are removed before they leave your home. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was disapoointed with this company. I had really liked and trusted the owner upon the initial meeting but the service didnt follow suit. They were very late, basically mia for a while, and then one of the movers seemed annoined at doing his job. He repeatedly didnt put boxes in the rooms I asked him to and completely ignored putting others where they were clearly marked to go. My job ended up being more work than expected as i needed two more trucks than they originally estimated (one small one), so I'm sure that accounted for the one man's attitude. However, it wasnt really my fault that happened as i had no idea how many trucks i would need and had depended on them to advise me.
