The Brother's EZ moving crew were Crosby and Shane and they were super! They did a wonderful job, showed up on time, carefully wrapped the breakables, were polite and professional. The delivery went smoothly without any delays or damage. They even went the extra mile and set up the bed and frame too. The company provided excellent service, especially for such a small move and their price was half of the other movers who all had 3 hour minimums. Great work Crosby and Shane!

I needed help loading a rental truck with several pieces of heavy furniture and 4 dozen boxes. Shane and Crosby showed up on time and went right to work, wrapping the furniture with pads and shrink wrapping each piece and then loading and packing the truck. They were done in less than 2 hours. Very nice young men and hard workers. I would definitely use this company again.

Crosby, Shane, and Chris did an amazing job. They moved our bookcase without damaging it at all, in the heavy rain i'll add. I was amazed that they were able to maneuver it as well as they did. Would definitely recommend for moving.

The move went great. They were very good about wrapping the furniture and were careful with the boxes. They brought great wardrobe boxes for us that made packing the closets easy. Rob did a great job of keeping in touch and unloading the truck when we arrived in Houston.

Like you, I did a ton of research to find my moving company. Brothers EZ Moving was the best reviewed moving company in the Tampa Bay area. So I selected them, and they were BETER than the reviews!!! My three movers, John Mattson, John Dees, and David Starkey (Tommy) NEVER STOPPED WORKING for 11 HOURS!!! They moved my whole house, my storage unit, and a 1000 lb kids play set from my backyard. They never cursed or were anything but completely professional the whole time. I have recommended my three movers to my neighbors, friends, and family. I now recommend them to you.

It was a challenging job, but the two guys who came worked non-stop for close to 12 hours. I used the Angie's list coupon available at the time, which shaved a few hundred dollars off.

3 gentlemen came over almost immediately after setting the service up. They were all very courteous, professional, and personable. They immediately went to work and continually asked if we were pleased. With the stress we had been experiencing due to a move, they were a bright spot.

Everything went great! A team of four led by Rob came to our home on July 8 promptly at the agreed time. They packed up all household goods and shrink-wrapped the furniture after covering each with moving blankets. The team was very polite and professional and asked about everything that was questionable. They treated our belongings like they were their own! They left our bed untouched so that we could sleep in the home for one more night. The following day, July 9, the same team came and loaded all of our belongings onto the trucks. Tommy, the supervisor, took photos after each 4 feet of load to document the location and safety of the items on the truck. On July 11, the crew called early in the morning to get directions to our new home. The home is in a very new section of the Villages and not on any GPS. They kept in contact with us to let us know their estimated time of arrival. When they got here, one of the original crew members was missing, but he was replaced with an equally professional and polite gentleman. They carefully unloaded the trucks, asking where each box and each piece of furniture should be unloaded. Once the trucks were empty, the supervisor asked us to review each room and make sure that the furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it. If not, they were very happy to move it. They even made great suggestions for furniture placement! We would recommend Brothers EZ Moving to anyone for their move. They are professional and know their jobs. We had one minor break - a glass bowl that was well-packed, but failed to survive the move. That's an awesome job for the entire contents of a seven-room home! You can scope out all the "big" name movers, but I bet you won't find the quality or professionalism that we found at Brothers EZ Moving!

Moving day was great. The team was right on time, gave us a call as they left their building so we knew they were on the way. All of the furniture was blanket and shrink wrapped. Nothing was a problem or issue for the team. The team was efficient and just great to deal with.

We booked about a month in advance to be sure we had the services. Their initial estimator was awful regarding communication to the extent that he is no longer with the company. After that, they were very responsive. We received timely eMails reminding us of things to do to be prepared in advance of the actual moving day. On the moving day we got a call that one of their trucks broke down and they would be an hour late as they had to return to the shop and obtain a new one. An hour late was no big deal and I was glad they called in advance. They brought 2 trucks and 5 guys and it still took about 12 hours (10am - 10pm). The amazing thing is that these guys were constantly in motion. From the minute they arrived to the minute the last box was unloaded they were hustling. They were all very polite and professional and had a good attitude. Every piece of furniture was wrapped in blankets and then shrink wrapped. Our new house has hardwood laminate floors and and tile, and while unloading they were very careful not to scratch or damage the floors or walls. The only incident was that a tall piece of furniture hit a low ceiling fan and broke the bulb. The only piece of damaged property was that a plastic laundry hamper got broken. They unwrapped everything and made sure that everything was exactly where we wanted it before they left. The moving guys were top notch and we even bought them pizza and I gave each of them a tip. I don't think I could have asked for a better moving experience. The only downside was the price. Apparently the estimator who is no longer there was not very good and he mismanaged my expectation. He said that he estimates high and that it should actually cost less than his estimate. This was not the case and the actual cost was more than his estimate. The good side of this was that the final price was not excessively more than the original estimate. Plus there is a lot to be said about the quality of their work. Even if I knew all of this in advance, I would still have hired them to do the job.

They did not show up for scheduled service two nights in a row. The third night I waited for hours before calling the owner, who came personally late at night.

Brooklyn and John, I believe their names were, we're both very helpful and very knowledgable when packing my limited space, taking the time to intricately place items so all available space was utilized. Really nice guys, too!

It was okay... A few things were broken in the move. They were slow! I tried to keep them moving and reminded them I was NOT going to go over my time limit. Only two guys were sent and they seemed to get everything out in a timely manner but moving the contents into the new place was pretty slow. They were nice and personable. However, the driver tried to charge me an extra $250 at the end for going over time!! I said absolutely not. They were not going to charge me for another 4 hours (or whatever the minimum time block is). I tried to call the office directly and no one answered the phone. I told him if they wanted more money they could call me directly and bill me. I never heard from anyone.... that only leads me to believe that maybe the driver was running some type of scam? I don't know. The only reason I used them was because my regular movers couldn't fit me into their schedule. My regular movers charge a flat rate based on what they take. They send 4 or 5 guys out and are SO fast! This experience just wasn't great.

efficient Brothers EZ Moving was punctual in providing a timely quote and responding to messages. The Sales Manager, Syan, was very friendly and easy to talk to. We had to have our furniture stored, as we could not move "door to door" to our new house. Brothers helped us find a facility with discounts and facilitated our set up. The move from our Auburndale home went past the original quote due to the amount of time taken by Brothers' moving team. I did not provide an accurate box count, so good to think about ahead of time. Although, we did move all the boxes to the garage to make an efficient move. I do not believe this helped on the moving time with their team. One mover was experienced and the other was not. Brothers DID discuss this situation with me and we were able to negotiate the terms and price. Now, the move from the storage facility to our home in Riverview was 100% better. If you get the opportunity, please request JON and NATE from Brothers to assist with your move. These guys were extremely friendly, efficient, and were concerned on saving me money! Jon and Nate are wonderful and experts on space management. Overall, "ok" on the move. I would use Brother's EZ Moving again, as long as Jon and Nate were assigned to my move again.

Based on the Angie's List reviews I had read, I called this company to arrange the move from my apartment to a home I had just purchased. They quoted me a 5.5 hour rate (plus 1 hour transportation cost) based on the list of furniture I gave them. When I originally contacted the company they were quite responsive and professional, and provided an immediate quote. I agreed to the contract and scheduled the move. The two man team was supposed to arrive at 9am but didn't arrive at my apartment until approximately 10:15am. Let me preface my review by saying the crew was extremely polite and professional. That being said they took several hours to wrap my furniture and load the truck and what was supposed to be a 5.5 hour move turned into an 8 hour move! I had previously emptied the apartment of all but 5 or 6 boxes and the amount of furniture was not excessive. The interstate movers who originally moved me into the apartment took less than 8 hours for three times the number of boxes and the same amount of furniture, so it was very disappointing to have the move take so long. In addition, the movers shattered a $600 credenza and spent over half an hour trying to fix something that could obviously not be fixed. When I asked them how i was going to put in a claim they advised me that I would have to call the company who would send someone out. The team then decided to only charge me the original 5.5 hours plus 1 hour transportation cost due to the breakage. I was fine with this. Unfortunately their home office did not agree and charged me the extra time for a total of 9 hours (8 hour move plus 1 hour transportation). When I argued about the time it took them to try to fix the broken furniture, they gave me a credit of 30 minutes and made sure I knew it would come out of the team's pay. The previously friendly, professional company was unpleasant when I argued the rates and the issues, and when I called back to ask them how to put in a claim for the broken furniture, my call was never returned. I ended up paying the balance due simply to not have to deal with this company ever again. Had I read more of the previous reviews on Angie's List, I would have seen several who had very similar issues. I would not recommend this moving company.

Overall it was a good experience. The crew were two guys, very kind, very quick. They wrapped all of the furniture well to secure it all and make sure nothing scratched the walls or doors. They did a very good job. They were very helpful and even helped us unpack our smaller items that were in our cars. I really appreciate them going above and beyond. The only part that I felt the price could have been better on was the transportation fee. I found out afterwards that regardless of the distance, the cost is the same if it's under 1 hour and I wish it was priced in 30 minute increments for transportation because I relocated very close (5 miles away). But overall they did a really good job and that is a separate business decision that was out of their hands.

I hired this company based on the excellent reviews that I read on Angie's list and other review sites. Unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as others have had. I have moved multiple times in my life, and this time I chose to hire movers, hoping that it would decrease the stress of the experience. I found the reverse to be the case. First, they arrived almost 45 minutes late. One of the movers had apparently been sick prior to my move, and he was unable to work efficiently. In fact, I was watching him throughout the morning, wondering why he was moving so slowly, before I knew that he was ill. When it became apparent that he was unable to complete the job, I was told that another team would be coming within an hour to help complete my move. That team never showed up. My move had been estimated at 5 hours, and it took 10. I had two small children screaming to go to bed, and the truck was still being unloaded at my new home at nearly 9 o'clock at night. In Brothers' attempt to "make it right", I was charged for the 5 hours that it was supposed to take; however, since that was the amount that I had expected to pay at the outset, it hardly seems that this made it right at all-- I paid what I had expected to pay, and had twice the stress. I could have moved myself in 10 hours, for far less money. I can absolutely understand that the company cannot control if someone gets sick. What they CAN control is how they handle unexpected situations, and I found this to be grossly lacking.

Initial contact went swimmingly. Issues: 1. Did not communicate delays in pickup and arrival. 2. Contract stated it would be delivered April 1, 2015 "bright and early," but did not arrive until April 2, 2015 at 4pm. 3. Was advised I had a dedicated truck, which is not the case. They used the same delivery truck to deliver to Atlanta enroute to my drop off. Word of advised to the folks at Brothers: communicate, communicate, communicate. Don't force your customers to chase you down when you are delayed or will be delivering a day late. It's not hard. A phone call, text or email even takes seconds.Also, if you fail to meet the criteria you set in place, initiate a dialogue and provide an appropriate cost reduction/refund. Making a situation right for inconveniencing your customer can be mitigated, even after the service is complete.

Needed an arcade cabinet that I had sitting in my garage moved to my second floor but since the thing weighs 402 lbs I decided it may be best to have professionals move it instead of me and my friends. Contacted Brothers EZ Moving to see if they could help me with moving my arcade up stairs and spoke with Syan who was very helpful and worked out a deal to have a couple of guys come out and move my arcade. Three guys showed up Saturday evening and 15 minutes later my arcade was upstairs. All three of the guys were super friendly, careful, and mindful when moving a large and heavy object around the house. I was very satisfied with the service and cost and will use Brothers EZ Moving when I inevitably add to my arcade collection.

It was fine. The only negative thing I can say about them is that when they were using a dolly moving something through the house and they broke the floor tiles and they did not offer to fix them or really anything. They just said oh whoops. We were left with floor tiles that had to be replaced. The guys that moved us were very friendly. They worked very hard. The price was good.

It went great. They did a good job. They were quick. They were good guys.
