Brothers EZ Moving

The measure of a company and its people is when everything that can go wrong...does. Our pre-moving quote was $640. On moving day the guys, Jason, Mike and Prince, arrived and, shortly after setting up the truck, it started raining. They took extra time to cover all her things to ensure that they didn't get wet while being carried to the truck, but, with slick tiles to deal with, and care to not carry mud in, the time ticked away. Finally, she was packed and we headed out. Unfortunately, the 1.25 hour trip became 3.5 hours because an accident completely closed down the interstate. The guys were pro-active and sought out detours to try to make up time. In the end, they arrived before we did and worked with security to start unloading to try to save us time and money. At no time were the guys impatient or upset - despite having another customer upset as they were waiting on us - to deal with. They were very patient and kind with my mom and even looked to unpack her chair and walker so that she would be more comfortable. In the end, what should have been a 4.5 hr move took twice as long. It was a stressful and long day for everyone. Mom had drawn the funds to pay and was visibly shaken by the new cost. We discussed it and we both agreed that the guys had worked diligently and that the delays were honestly beyond their control. Jason called the main office and told mom, "just give us what you have, and call the office Monday and they'll work with you." I cannot speak more highly of the work done by the guys or, the management team that was so understanding, flexible, and kind to my mom. I highly recommend Brothers EZ Moving and will not hesitate to use them again.

Brothers worked with me to accommodate my schedule. There was a little bit of confusion on when the movers would arrive, but it got sorted out. The movers (Will and Jason) did a great job with the move. They were friendly and professional and had the move done quickly and without incident. I would use their services again.

The movers arrived on time. Raymon and Payne were friendly and helpful. They shrink wrapped my furniture and placed it where I wanted. The move was quick and professional. I would recommend this company.

Garrett and Ben showed up on time and got right to it. They wrapped the furniture for protection even though it was only going from the detached garage to the house. This was very heavy furniture - rolltop desk and armoire - and I'm glad I hired professionals.

Mike and Pat were professional and performed to expectations. I would use Brothers EZ Moving again AND recommend them to others. My only objection is that they exceeded the one-hour of moving services obtained via a coupon in Angies. We both agreed ahead of time that the delivery from north St. Petersburg to northwest Tampa should be doable within the hour, especially since the refrigerator to be picked up was left outside in a carport. Against my wishes, they scheduled the appointment so they would be driving over the Howard Frankland Bridge during morning rush hour. Considering how backed up that bridge can get, I'm probably lucky I only had to pay for an extra 15 minutes. But the extra $30 or so doesn't not supercede the excellent performance by Mike and Pat. One reason I can say this is that I checked with several other moving companies listed on Angies and virtually all of them had unreasonable minimum charges, which I felt were unmerited since this was such a simple job. So, and I want to emphasize this, as far as a small job is concerned, I would use Brothers EZ Moving again AND I would recommend them to a friend.

Brothers EZ Moving is an excellent and quality moving company. The movers (Jason and Willn) who moved my furniture and household items were prompt and courteous. I just wanted to Thank Brothers EZ Moving for the service they provided during my move.

Jason and William arrived on time and worked 15 hours straight loading unloading and placing all unloaded item where instructed. They worked hard and it took the amount of time I predicted. The office did not do an onsite assessment and only relied on my listing of items to move, which was incomplete. So they underestimated the time. my fault; not theirs. I would really used these guys again.

Branden @ Brothers EZ Moving was beyond helpful. From the very first email/phone call I could tell he/they wanted my business and were willing to work with me to find a day/time and price that was convenient for all. He mentioned this isn't a move they typically do (due to it being so small) but was an area they were hoping to get more business in. We both were flexible finding days and times that would work and when the crew arrived I continued to be impressed. They were both friendly and careful with my belongings, wrapping each and even patient as the couch took time to get out of the house. Overall the process was smooth, I was never worried about damage, and they made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Thank you again and definitely will use you and recommend you in the future!

The drivers, Patrick & Prince called 30 minutes before arrival and I verbally corrected the miss-spelling of pickup address. They arrived on time. They did a fabulous job of wrapping the couch and delivering to my home. Both were courteous and professional. Great job! I wasn't as pleased with the scheduling & pricing. Tried to call for a quote and got disconnected after giving all my contact information. No one called back. Next day I bought a coupon from Angie's list for $112 and emailed pickup and delivery addresses to Brothers EZ Moving and requested afternoon scheduling. Brandon called back to confirm but another $65 for Service/ Fuel charge was immediately added. I verbally requested afternoon service; Brandon confirmed & quoted 1-4 PM. Email confirmation was sent showing 3-6 PM, and miss-spelled pickup address. When Garrett the dispatcher called at 5:30 PM Friday evening, I was told service was scheduled for 7:30-8:30 AM Monday morning. Garrett seemed unaware of my scheduling request, although I had sent email to Brandon at 2 PM on Friday to correct the pickup address and confirm the time. He offered to re-schedule for later in the morning, but did not offer afternoon service. I opted to stick with the early morning time.

Steve, Patrick, Ricky, and Jacques showed up on time, were careful and conscientious with the furniture and displayed a positive attitude during the entire move. They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again.

Professional and efficient! I called in December to get a quote for the move & received it the next day, accepted the quote and scheduled accordingly. I was given a discount for being an Angie's member! Estimated the move @ 4 hours/2 man crew. The day of the move, January 16, a crew of three arrived with Mike being the foreman. They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and hardworking. They got right to work, no standing around, no breaks, etc. The first drop location was an apartment on the 3rd floor & this is also where the bulk of our load went. They worked steadily & very hard. I know the three flights of stairs were a beast! The next drop was our new home. We had a queen mattress w/box springs, a bed frame, a washer & dryer, & a 65" flat screen TV in it's original box to unload at this location. Everything was unloaded successfully & we signed off on the paperwork & they went on to their next job. It did take 5 hours, not 4, as quoted, but that was totally understandable given the stairs & travel time between locations. It wasn't until about 1 hour later that we realized a little pedestal table did not make it. We doubled checked both locations, so I called Mike at that time. He was on another job & told me he would have to talk to his boss, see what needed to happen next & someone would call me back. I never received a call back. On Tuesday, January 19, I received a call from what I believe was a customer service individual to ask how my move went. This is when I explained the missing table incident & no callback. I was given an email address & instructions to to send pictures along with a brief description/weight of the item & told to refer to their Terms and Conditions for the exact process, which I did immediately. That same day I received a phone call from Shea Pyron, Office Manager. She apologized, said to give her a couple of days to look into the situation. I did receive a callback from Shea after a couple of days, but the table was never found. However, they did make things right with me by stating they would send a check to reimburse me for the table - I've yet to receive a check! All told, my experience was a good one. It is not about the table or being reimbursed for it. The table was under $40 which is pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things. They did their job as expected & nothing was damaged. I just hope they turn this incident into a learning tool for their crews to check the inventory on pickup as well as on delivery. I would use them again, and still give them an A rating!

The crew showed up right on time and worked efficiently. They wrapped all furniture, glass shelving and boxed our flat screen televisions. I definitely recommend Brothers EZ Moving and will use them in the future if needed.

This company is fantastic. I called on Friday and on Monday they sent two really great movers - Ben and Jason! I had furniture in my house (and garage) that I needed to move into different rooms. This consisted of a sleeper sofa, large chair and TV armoire. They showed up on time, were very personable and did the job quickly. There was some time left and they offered to move anything else I had. Unfortunately, I didn't but that was a great thing to hear from a mover. Ben and Jason moved everything efficiently and safely. No marks on walls, no hiccups. I will definitely use them again! They even told me that their service will do all the packing for moves..... Yee haaaa! Ask for Ben and Jason. I will next time I need to move....................... I'm one happy customer!

They could have had better organizational skills.

The move went seamlessly. They called about 1 hour before picking up then 1 hour before dropping off the furniture. Jason & Ben were very professional and careful with the furniture & glass. They took their time in the placement of everything- seashell pillars on table & glass placement. They even moved the pillars & glass several times until placement was exactly the way it was best. (Best for chairs and movement around table ) I really appreciated their experience and knowledge of furniture placement. As well as being the most competent movers, Jason & Ben were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use this service again.

All of the young men that arrived to assist with our move were polite and determined to listen to their foreman, Gary, to do their best. We were pleased with their punctuality, their efforts to protect our property and their gentle handling of the items that we love. It was the first time in my entire life that I have had a positive experience with a moving company. I highly recommend this company.

We moved 3 miles from our old house. The team showed up right on time and completed the move right at the estimated time, ensuring we paid the estimated cost. They wrapped all furniture and put everything in the new rooms as requested. We also switched washer/dryers between houses and Rob and the team willingly dropped off the older units to the old house. It would have taken us 2 days on our own to accomplish what these guys did in under 4 hours.

Fast, prompt, communicated well! Friendly smiles and patience were the qualities I enjoyed.

Do be prepared for the move. Do have everything boxed you want them to move. Do have boxes staged and ready to go. Do request any mattress bags or boxes if you are going to store goods. Do not get in their way or try to help [difficult for type A personalities] Tori - our foreman - and her crew were professional, courteous, hard working and efficient. Tori got everything done within the estimated time and stored our household goods efficiently in our storage unit. The only snag in the process was with operations not giving Tori our cell numbers which delayed getting started by about 30 minutes. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly recommend Brothers EZ Moving and would use them again in the future.

The movers wrapped all our furniture in pads and plastic wrap. Very secure and efficiently done.

Unbelievable. Some guy named Brandon said he "was a man of his word" and they would be there at 8 am on Saturday since they renigged on Sunday. On Saturday, no one showed up and mr. Man of his word did not answer his phone. No one at brothers ez moving answered the phone Some guy named Rob called at 9:15 am and said Hey, it looks like I should have been there at 8. I am giving this business an FFF and would never use them My husband and I had to move my mother ourselves. Idiots. Can't believe they have any rating at all on Angie's list.

After posting a very negative review yesterday due to the fact that I had not heard back from Josh Jenkins despite multiple attempts to contact him over the past few weeks regarding problems we had with our move I received a call this morning from Gary at Brothers EZ moving. He was extremely apologetic about the situation. He explained that Josh was no longer with the company as apparently what had happened to me had also happened to others. Obviously that's why he never responded to me. Gary promised that he would get a check out to me today to cover the damage that was done to the mailbox and to reimburse me for the boxes that I bought. There were still some other issues with the move that won't make it possible to give them an A but assuming that I actully get the check from them I will give them a B overall. I will give Angie's List an A as apparently the negative review caused them to act quickly to rectify the situation.

Two young men, worked well and hard to make this move go smoothly. When we arrived to my uncl's apartment there was a truck in the loading dock. These guys started moving items past the truck and up steps to stay on schedule. They were great to work with, and did an amazing job!

Crosby and his team were awesome! on time, super fast and really professional. I wish I had this company to move me when I moved into my home, it would have made life so stress free. I think one thing everyone always dreads about moving is dealing with movers and Crosby was as good as it gets! even the call team that set the appointment up was professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs a mover
