Brothers EZ Moving

They were recommended though someone my Wife knows. Let me start by saying Best movers I've ever used, hands down. We did a walk through of everything that was going in the house (which was most, some items stayed) and I stayed out of their way. There were a few questions as the moved progressed as to be expected. They disassembled the furniture, padded and wrapped it all. At the new house the reassembled everything staged all the boxes where we asked. We were only moving down the road but the initial quote was 2 trips for 7 hours; they were done in less than 4 1/2 hours with 2 trips. This was a great professional team, I would definitely use again and recommend to everyone. You may find cheaper quotes out there but you wont get the quality that you will with Brothers EZ Moving.

Joe Nutter and Rashad Sheard showed up right on time in the morning. They worked quickly moving everything and wrapped up all of my furniture. TV was put in a box and secured it quite well. These guys had to move from the third floor to my new place in August in Florida. They did it under the budgeted estimate of time and costs. Would absolutely recommend again if you are in the area.

Great! They were punctual and did not waste any time loading boxes into their truck and followed me to the self-storage unit. They moved all the boxes in one trip to the actual storage unit. We were very satisfied and I would hire them again,.

They were on time, first piece was loaded at 9:00 am as the promised. Very courteous, professional, knowledgeable about handling furniture and packing the truck.

Ferdinand, Hernandez & Jumper did an A+ job of moving my belongings. Moved from and into a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor unit in July heat. They completed the move in shorter time than estimated. This is my second time using Brothers. I highly recommend this company. They are very organized, efficient and responsive. Thanks.

Our experience with Brothers EZ Moving was exceptional from start to finish. Ralph arrived on time to do the estimate. He entered everything into the iPad and gave me a printed estimate right then. The estimate was spot on for time and money. The 4 movers assigned to my job were Will, Prince, Antonio and Diante. They performed their job in harmony with one another which enhanced their efficiency. They worked exceptionally carefully and quickly even in the heat and humidity. Everything arrived at our new home in great shape due to the care these movers took. An added bonus was the 10% off from Angie's List.

WONDERFUL COMPANY. HONEST, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL. Thanks very much specifically to Alex, Glen, Chris, G., and Robby! Our family has used Brothers EZ Moving twice, now. This review will be detailed because they deserve it, and in my mind as I write this, I am comparing our fantastic experience with Brothers EZ, to a horrendous experience we had with a different moving company. We have only ever been treated respectfully by every member of Brothers EZ Moving. I so appreciate their customer service - each of them is easy to talk to, while still professional, understanding, and helpful. Everyone operates with integrity - what they say they offer and do are exactly what you get. They do not cut corners, (they take apart bunk beds, regular beds, dining room tables - all the things - and thoroughly wrap every piece of furniture you have in moving blankets, tape, and shrink wrap), they do not take advantage of you (the movers do not abuse the time-estimate the scheduler/operations manager gives you at quoting), and they behave professionally. I scheduled through Alex after being quoted an incredibly reasonable price - we live 2 1/2 hours from their office, on the third floor, and our destination is another 2 hours away, into a two-story. Just to be safe, Alex quoted our move for a certain number of very-feasible hours, but Chris, G., and Robby beat that time, which meant WE PAID LESS MONEY than we were quoted (?!). After Alex took all my information and gave me the quote, he told me he would speak with their operations manager, Glen, who would call me soon after, to confirm everything. That’s exactly what happened. Also, this is a tiny detail, but if you’re a mom, you’ll get it: both Alex and Glen kindly asked about my daughter they could hear her blabbering during our phone conversations; I got to gush about my baby, and hear about their families. That’s simple, easy, plainGOODcustomerservicerightthere. My move was scheduled for the very next day (crisis, and Brothers EZ Moving was there,) and Glen said I could expect a call in the morning from the foreman handling my move, to let me know they were on their way. Guess what? That’s exactly what happened. Chris called me before 7:30am to let me know they were on their way to me. He texted me when they were 40 minutes out. When I didn’t respond (my phone was in another room and I didn’t hear it ding - organizing boxes, keeping Baby happy, etc...) he called me, to make sure he actually spoke with me. Our things were handled with care and packed into the Brothers EZ truck pretty much as fast as humanly possible, and Chris, G., and Robby drove another 2 hours to our new home, and unpacked everything. I mention the times because they were so conscientious! They worked hard, did their jobs, and didn’t mess around. When they were done, I got a text from Chris (my husband was on the receiving end of the move) and an emailed invoice immediately after. At the risk of sounding like a one-woman choir, singing the praises of Brothers EZ Moving, well...I don’t really care. They made me feel that they were capable and that they cared about how well they accomplished their work. I truly appreciate every interaction I’ve had with Brothers EZ Moving and confidently say their business practices and the employees who enact them are worthy of respect. Thank you so much, guys - and sorry again about all the stairs.

Prince, Ricardo and Jerome did an excellent job moving my entire family from Valrico to Ruskin. These guys worked basically non-stop. They called ahead and showed up on time, moved everything quickly and carefully. They communicated well with myself, my wife and my parents throughout the move. Moving can be such a hectic process, but they went above and beyond and put my family at ease. If I ever have to move again, I'll hire them again without hesitation

This move was NOT CHEAP, so we expected everything to go smoothly and to be treated fairly. The move went fairly well but as the crew got down to the end of unloading, I noticed my fiancées expensive weights, Bowflex Selectech dumbbells, strewn about the truck as though they had not been secured at all. After the movers left, he realized that the dial mechanisms were broken, rendering them useless. In the interest of fairness, he found used replacement parts on eBay to offer as a solution for the claims department. We also noticed a 4 foot long deep scratch in our bamboo floor. It was obviously caused by the bottom of a carpeted cat tree because as the movers slid it into place rather than setting it down, a screw head on the bottom dug the deep scratch into the floor. We submitted a claim with several photos showing every important detail and were told a claims representative would contact us. They called my fiancé and he relayed all the information once again. We received an email days later informing us that they would not cover ANYTHING AT ALL. Their reasoning was that we should have boxed up the 2 dumbbells, at 50 pounds each. So a flimsy cardboard box was supposed to carry over 100 pounds! even though I rented 12 packing blankets for this very type of thing! A they didn't say anything about it before they were loaded. The scratch was apparently just completely dismissed as something they are not liable for in the fine print of the contract pages. My confusion is, if not these type of instances, WHAT ARE THEY LIABLE FOR??? They obviously have insurance but apparently thy choose not to use it and prefer to tell their customers TOUGH LUCK! We should've stuck with our last movers who charged almost half the price and paid for an item they damaged without issue. Lesson learned the hard way!

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! The sales people will say yes to anything you ask, and then reality hits when the crews call to set things up, and when they show up for your move. I was told I could pay the deposit for my long distance move and local move by check, and pay both at the same time.FALSE-when I received the call arranging the time for my long distance move, I was told that I had to have cash or certified funds for the 10% and I would have to mail a check or bring it by their office, and then the day before my local move into storage, I was once again told I needed certified funds or cash. I was told that the blankets that they used to wrap my furniture to move me out of my house would remain on in storage since it was only 6 days, and be used for my long distance move.FALSE - When the crew arrived for the local move I was told that they would be removing the blankets before placing in storage unless I wanted to buy their blankets or purchase paper blankets. After complaining, I was told they could leave the blankets on, and when the long distance crew came to take my stuff out of storage, they would have to wrap and unwrap each piece because the blankets were not “long distance” blankets. When the long distance crew came, they claimed that I had purchased the blankets and they were not unwrapping. I called because I did not want to be charged $15 a blanket, and they called me back saying they were unwrapping, and tried to blame my sister, who was there in my place, saying she told them not to unwrap. They broke a leg into 3 pieces on one of my dining room chairs, and broke the leg and cracked a whole in the wood on the underside of my bedroom dresser. To top it all off, there is NOT ONE piece of furniture that does not have dings, scratches, or chunks out of it. See attached photos, but it limits me to 10. I put in a claim for the bedroom dresser first, and heard nothing even after I sent a second email requesting acknowledgment. I put in the second claim after the long distance move and once again got no acknowledgement of receipt. 10 days after the first claim I called the office, and conveniently was told there was no one there from claims. (This was a theme, as every time I called, the person I needed to speak to was never there). I called back and once again was told there was not anyone there to speak to. I had to threaten to post my bad experience all over social media before someone actually called me back. I received a check for $62.00 for my damage. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have moved many times, and this was the most stressful and infuriating move to date.

Eric, Chris and Chris (yes, two named Chris) were incredibly fast, professional and courteous. It was an incredible hassle-free move, the best this 73 year-old woman has experienced in her life -- and I've moved a lot in my life! Angie's List needs to give Brothers EZ Moving a much higher grade than A+ to truly relate what an excellent company they are!

Not well, they looked tired when they got to my house, they forgot my big screen TV when I called them about it they blame me, not sure why, they advised me to call back and ask to speak with operations gave me a persons name to ask for, was on hold 45 minutes, I gave up, had to pay someone else to move it, wouldn't use them again, nor recommend them

Pre-move communication was great - very professional. They were accommodating in terms of getting move scheduled quickly on short notice. My father was moving from one 1-bedroom apartment to another less than 3 miles away. He had already moved many of his personal belongings. I received an estimate of around $575 for a 4-hour window of time, beginning around 8:30. I called him at approximately 6 p.m. to ask how the move had gone, and movers were still there. My $575 estimate grew to a $1293.75 bill. I have emailed the company twice to try to find out why the discrepancy in what they estimated and what was actually charged, and have not received a call or email back. That said, he said the movers were very courteous and careful with his belongings.

Workers arrived on time, and were very diligent about wrapping and protecting furniture. They were very tidy and took away all the waste when the move was done.

Brothers EZ Moving did a great job of hauling junk from the property . Calling and scheduling was made easy with the help of Daryl and Connor, Who also called to let me know they were in route . Chris and Oscar were on time and very Polite and professional . They did a great job!

Very punctual and professional. Moved our 4 bedroom house across town on time. Oscar and tall FAMU David were hard workers and very polite. Tall David was exceptional. Recommend this company highly as price was reasonable too.

Very good. They worked quickly and delivered everything in perfect condition. They were also very respectful of the situation of the environment with other assisted care residents.

Beyond excellent. From beginning to end everyone was professional, courteous and patient. We have never had a need for this type of service and was unfamiliar with the process. Brothers EZ Moving did great.

I had four movers and they all worked very well. I did have two breaks—a picture frame and a dish. I placed a claim, but because I and not they packed, I did not get reimbursed. Overall, they were excellent.

Went extremely well considering the weather was terrible. The company worked with us giving us a break on the hourly rate due to the heavy rain. The three movers were very professional, polite, and hard working. All my furniture was treated properly and had no issues with damage. First time in 6 moves that I had no issues, will definitely use them again.
