Fantastic! Zach called early in the morning to make arrangements, and even offered to do e early. Zach and Eddie were very professional and friendly, and very communicative. They worked very, very hard to finish in a minimum of time. Darryl was our moving consultant, and he communicated clearly and responded quickly and professionally to all our questions.

We were looking for movers to move us from a 11th floor condo and a storage unit to a 2-story home. I was concerned about the logistics of the storage unit but I once I spoke with Darryl he put my worries at ease. He was extremely professional and took the time to walk we through all that they offer. They carry and enormous amount of insurance and their employees work for them and are not contracts. All of the furniture is wrapped for protection and they offer special boxes for TV's to ensure a safe move.

Everything went well and was done just how I asked.

The move went very well i enjoyed the company of the crew as they worked very hard and fast they still made time to be respectful and courteous. They wraped every peice in blankets and shrink wrap to insure nothing got knicked or dinged. Then when it was all wrapped up they loaded the truck so fast i barley had time to gather up the items i wanted to bring personally. They were like a moving vacuum sucking up every thing in sight. After they finished tht day they left the next morning and met me at my new home 1 day later.(the same guys tht loaded my stuff back in fl)they unloaded the truck very quick yet cautiously i didnt have any damages to my homes\furniture. They placed it right were i wanted as well as put it all back together and was very pleased with the over all service of the move

The move went well. The office was very organized and they were professional the entire process. The movers had a system and they were thought.

Movers were knowledgeable, on time, and careful with my furnishings. They solved a difficult problem with an oversized sofa section that wouldn't fit through the single doorway. Highly recommend.

I was blown away at how fast, efficient, and professional Brother was. My movers, Derrick and Tavares, were friendly and respectful. My moving consultant, Darryl, gave me a very fair quote and was very informative from the first day I called until the movers arrived this morning. I have moved a handful of times in the past but have never been so impressed. I don't like moving but the team at Brothers made it painless. Awesome experience. I highly recommend.

Could have been better. Picked up 4 pieces and delivered 3. I followed to be sure all went well and they had left the box on the truck. Which was closed and ready to leave when I arrived. Crew was very friendly.

Movers were punctual, the team leader Aaron called before they arrived. We had packed the house, and they loaded the truck in less than an hour. Move was seamless. They unloaded all the boxes and furniture at the new residence and placed the furniture where we asked. Purchased a coupon through Angieslist, so you coundn't beat the price. Would use them again.

Matt and Ian were courteous, effecient, and fast. They had everything wrapped up and ready to go in and little over an hour and unloaded just as fast. They were very mindfull of being carefull and very helpfull setting things were I asked.

Brothers EZ provided great service! The only hiccup was when the ETA for the move arrived via email the day before the scheduled move and because of health reasons presented a big problem for us. When I called and talked to Darren and then Dee this problem was readily and agreeably resolved. Three friendly and very professional young men showed up on time, moved the belongings with a smile, got it all comfortably resettled in the new location. We were very pleased with the service provided and would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them! Thanks, guys!

Excellent. PATRICK & Johnathon were professional and amazing! Very professional & kind. Reassembled and even repaired items damaged in transport by improper packing of truck in Alabama by another moving company. Worked fast, with no supervision and asked questions regarding furniture placement. They were a joy to have in our home. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs moving company or just help loading & unloading for the do-it-yourself movers, like we are doing. We have one more large load, and will define be calling these guys, if we need help.

The truck they had sent was too small and my refrigerator wouldn't fit , and it came off the hinges while moving. The floor of the truck was very rough, and he scraped my bookcase acrossed the rough floor without any blankets, and it got very scratched up. They also scratched two other cabinets. They also scratched up my wooden display cabinet. They had tons of blankets everywhere, and they didn't bother using them at all! The wording of the deal was also confusing. I thought I would be working with 2 Men and a Truck, because the deal said 2 Men and a Truck for 3 Hours. The guy said he would make a report, but we haven't heard anything. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. They don't take care of their customer's belongings.

The movers arrived, I paid for 4 movers and three arrived. The began breaking down the furniture and loading the truck. The movers moved me fine, however... because I was the only one there I was unable to watch everything. Which means I couldn't see how they damaged my brand new house but putting a hole in my wall. Additionally, the foreman plugged up my dryer (not by my request) then adjusted a wire accidentally which blew a fuse in my dryer. Accident or not, I am out of a front load HE dryer. I filed a claim with EZ brothers for both the hole in the wall and the dryer and they have yet to return my calls. Lastly, I was not told of the 4% service charge for using my credit card. They know about it because I have contact Shay and requested that Gary Thacker the owner return my call I have not received any return phone call and I am dryerless!!! Never again will I use there service! After all the reviews and rating I can't believe they will not contact me back. Very disappointed.

I called on Monday to schedule the refrigerator move. They forwarded a written quote for my review, and Garrett called back to say they would arrive Tuesday between 8am and 9am. Garrett called again Tuesday morning at 7:30am to say they were on the way. Garrett and Aaron arrived at 8:15am and checked out the area. They did an excellent job of protecting the refrigerator and the wood stairs. Because the stairs have a narrow landing they were not able to use an appliance dolly and had to use a shoulder dolly - to make matters more difficult for them, the refrigerator drip pan was dripping water as they moved up the stairs. They did everything right . . . the entire job was complete within 30 minutes, and they were loaded back into their truck and on their way to the next job by 9am. GREAT JOB. I would definitely use them again!!!

Everything went fine, very uneventful, exactly as it should have gone.

I called the company to set up a scheduled moving time for the following thursday and was told that i would receive a confirmation call on the following wednesday from garrett to confirm the next day appointment. As promised garrett called wednesday and confirmed with me that he and his team would be there thursday, march 31st between 10:30 am -11:00am. He seemed very professional and polite. The following day was when the company was scheduled to come out at the above time listed. I started getting more things out of the bedrooms to do final touches so the men had more room to move things. At about 11:00am nobody had arrived and i assumed that maybe they were running just a little late and forgot to give a courtesy call so i continued to move things out as this was the only day that i had to get it done due to hard wood floor repairs being done the next business day. Around 11:30am I still had not yet received any kind of communication from garrett or the company so I called garrett and received the voicemail. I tried another 15 minutes later and again received voicemail so i left him a message reiterating our previous day conversation with promised location and time. STILL no response. I waited until it was about noon that day and called the company which I also received voicemail and proceeded to leave a voicemail voicing my complaint and that i had started moving my own furniture as i was on a time crunch. Around 1-1:30, 2 gentlemen arrived from the company saying they were there to move the stuff. Garrett never mentioned these gentlemen but i was just happy SOMEBODY had arrived. I still have yet to hear from garrett or the company regarding this issue. The company really needs tho get their act together and be more dependable and responsible. I was very unhappy with how they treated me as a company and wish they would have taken the initiative to reach out to me and apologize for their actions and irresponsibility. I will not ever hire them again and the reason i did was because they were found on angies list....

The scheduling was great, I spoke with Branden and he was very polite. I believe their website states they pad and shrinkwrap items. They had positive Angie's List reviews, so I felt the $199 was a great deal. When speaking with Branden, I told him I had the same deal last year with Hall Brothers and they brought wardrobe boxes for me to use just for the move for me to load and then unload at my new place. He said they would. Branden did a verbal inventory of my belongings. On the day of the move, the movers called to say they were ahead of schedule and either I needed to move now (I wasn't packed) or they had to go to the next job in Lakeland and had no idea what time I would be moved later that day. I told them to come on, although I wasn't quite ready, I'd finish packing while they loaded my bigger items. When the young men arrived, they did not have wardrobe boxes and didn't offer to get any. Needless to say, my clothes did not get moved. There was a misunderstanding about what type of moving services I had purchased and I was initially told by the movers I had to pay to move each item Branden had not inventoried over the phone. Admittedly, in this time of duress (stress of my move, I was not done packing as I thought I was on their schedule for later), I reacted (freaked out) and said I was never told that, that I had pre-purchased the move and their services. I suggested they call the office, but needed to move out that day, so to go ahead and load me and I'd pay whatever I needed to, though wasn't happy about it. I finally found my Angie's List prepaid voucher describing the deal and admitted to them it was partially my fault I didn't give them the voucher on their arrival (I was in a packing frenzy) but not sure why the movers weren't aware I had already prepaid for 3-hours on their paperwork. I apologized profusely once it was figured out. The move was subpar, having just moved with another company and crew a few months ago. These movers did not pad, nor wrap anything and I have a lot of little dings, dents, scrapes and marks on my items. Not enough to warrant taking the time to file a claim, but enough that I am disappointed. When I purchased the same moving deal with Hall Brothers (same exact), everything was well-padded with the thick moving pads and so much shrink wrap, I was unwrapping for days. Also was also disappointed they did not put my bed back together right and didn't tell me. It was a simple framed Ikea Malm bed, and there were a few pieces I helped them loosen for the move (I had to get my tools, an Allen wrench and pliers). At my new place, I put the tools in the bedroom and they set it up like it had been reassembled, but once they left and I got to that room, it was all loose, nothing tightened, though they put the mattress with some items on it like it was good to go. If anyone had sat or lay down on it, it could have collapsed, possibly injuring them or damaging the bed or floor. Overall, while I think it was a good service for the money (my move went over, but the overage was a fair price, by the quarter hour). I would rate them a "D" for the aforementioned reasons. I would not use them again for furniture or items I wanted to keep in good shape.

After they got there 10 hours late costing me 70 $ on my other rental truck they did do a good fast job but 10 hour delay is no excuse when promised early morning move I would not recommend them & am cancelling Angie's List subscription

Exceptional Service. Jason and Austin arrived on time at the designated location. They were both professional and took great care in not only preparing the items to be moved but the actually moving of the items. The move went very well and was completed in less time than expected. I would highly recommend EZ Brothers Moving. Jason and Austin should be commended for excellent and courteous service.
