Brothers EZ Moving

Movers were excellent. My only issue was that they dismantled several pieces of furniture and who knows where they put the hardware. When I called their Corporate Office they just ignored my call. Not a big deal because I bought new hardware from Lowes but I won't use them again because of the poor response after the move. Shame as their core service was really good.

Everything went great. Michael Lopes was very informative about the prices and gave me the best quote possible. i am satisfied with their services and i would use them again.

Everything went great! Rob and Terry arrived on time and carefully wrapped and moved all of my furniture and also moved about 40 assorted boxes. (I know I have way too much stuff - 6 rooms of furniture). They took my thing directly over to the new place and unloaded all of it to the rooms that we specified. They worked very efficiently and the move went smoothly. Everything that they took apart was correctly reassembled. Darryl at the office was very helpful also. He called the day before to confirm the address and time and called again after the move to follow up. The whole move took about 4 1/2 hrs to 5 hrs.

No problems at all. Worked with Daryl to coordinate move. Matt and Ian were the movers and they were cordial, friendly and, most important, efficient. They were both hard workers and just didn't stop. I had used Brothers EZ Moving once before to load a 28' truck I was driving to Omaha. I was pleased then and this experience further reinforced my positive fellings.

Very well. The people were very professional. Rob and Will were the movers. Darryll was our moving consultant. We will use them again.

Awful bed put together incorrectly and broke and was not compensated asked for help on Twitter and was just received a smart ass response (see picture) from this "Christian" company lol. Stay away.

The movers were very fast and finished earlier than the estimated time. The movers were very quick. No breaks, no talking. Just work. That is a great thing when you are paying by the hour. I used a different company a few weeks ago and these guys were night and day better. I would recommend these guys very highly.

The moved went great, however, I felt like you should have more that two movers to assist with the move.

The guys came in with a smile and were so enthusiastic about what they do, that from that moment, I knew I could trust them to do a good job. I would definitely use them again and will request the same guys for the move back into the house.

Rob & Will where great, arrived when they said they would, finished quickly, and were very courteous. Repeat customer who will use them again.

The movers were extremely professional and efficient. We had strong peace of mind knowing they were carefully protecting the furniture and our walls/home.

First of all I want to give a big shout out and kudos to Eric Holiday and Ian for their excellent service and professionalism. These two men were amazing! They came in and did a walk through, and BAM off they went, they hustled and were able to complete the job under 2 hrs, which ended up saving me about 20 dollars--woo-hoo! They were friendly, polite and possessed great organizational skills. They were very careful with my belongings and made sure that everything was wrapped and protected. They were punctual and ready to work when they arrived. I also noticed that they worked well together as a team; like an ocean in motion. EZ Brothers is very fortunate to have these two exceptional employees. Because I have had bad experiences in the past with businesses, I was very skeptical and my anxiety level was pumped up. especially when you're moving and you have a deadline, but with EZ Brothers I was able to stand back, take a deep breath and relax while they did what they promised they would do. I have the utmost confidence and respect for this company, and it's mainly because Eric and Ian made this company Shine like a Rock Star! Also, in the beginning I communicated with Daryl in customer service and he was the one who arranged the move with me. He knew I was not very trusting and he also eased my mind, another excellent employee. His promises also were valid and binding; so a big kudos to him too! I also, spoke with Michael Lopes on a few occasions and he too jumped right on that wonderful band wagon of excellence; so another big kudos for him! Not one complaint from me, not one! I have already spread the word to a few neighbors and friends and I will be using this company again in about 4-5 months--YOU CAN BET ON THAT! Thanks EZ Brothers for hiring the best and a special thanks to my movers, Eric and Ian--ya'll are the BEST! Oh, I did have one problem, Eric is a Seminole fan and I'm a Gator fan--but other than that--everything else was perfectly perfect. ha GO GATORS! ha

Darryl (moving consultant at the office) was very nice, he responded to my emails quickly. He gave me a lot of good suggestions. Mike and Aaron were very fast and professional loading and unloading my furniture. At the same time they were very careful. I did not have any problem with them. I will recommend Brothers EZ Moving to all my friends.

Scheduling and customer service so far has been top notch. Looking forward to the actual move in a few weeks, will update with that information afterwards. But so far the process couldn't have been easier.

Matt & Austin worked well and were awesome! They listened and followed directions to a tee! Very good workers and were very careful with the items to be moved.

Zack and Eric were awesome! On time, professional and careful. You would have thought they were moving their own Grandparents. All this was done with the Hurricane Mathew at their heels. I would highly recommend these young men and use them again in a heartbeat.

The move went quick and efficient! All items were handled with care and loaded properly into a truck and delivered to the house. As items unloaded they were all placed where they needed to be and where we wanted them, even the super heavy stuff! All employees were professional, courteous and had a great positive attitude the whole time. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.
