Brothers EZ Moving

It went excellent! Pat and Damonte were very professional in every way! I have already recommended EZ Brothers Moving company to many of my friends and co-workers... It truly was just EZ!

Dante and Eric were terrific. There were on-time and professional. This is the 2nd time I've used this company. I used the Groupon Coupon for 2 men and a truck for 2 hours. Unfortunately the move took longer than that and I was contacted today to pay the balance. Admittedly I was disappointed that it cost me more than I budgeted, but it is what it is. It wasn't a large balance by any stretch, but it was additional $$ out of my pocket. I suspect it was the overall travel time that did me in. Even so, I would use them again.

It went great. They loaded and delivered in the same day, everything was ontime, ran very smoothly. Very professional crew, they kept in contact with us while driving, so we could plan accordingly. And they were significantly cheaper than everyone else that quoted the project. Would definitely use them again!

I could not have been more pleased with Brothers EZ Moving. The process from the start was simple, with Daryl and Lynda as the estimators. They provided a firm quote that was very reasonable in price compared to other quotes we had received. On the day of the move, our movers, Aaron and Darrelle, showed up on time and got right to work. They did an incredible job with our move - they worked quickly, and were very professional and friendly. They unloaded our belongings in Jacksonville, and not one thing was damaged or dented when everything was unloaded into into our new residence. I have had many moves in the past, and Brothers EZ Moving was by far our best experience with a moving company thanks to the team, especially our movers Aaron and Darrelle. I could not recommend this company highly enough based on our recent move with Brothers EZ moving.

The move went according to plan and ended ahead of schedule resulting in a decrease in the original quote.

I couldn't of been more happier with Brothers EZ Moving, for my daughters move in Tampa. I spoke to Darryl who arranged everything for us, including packing up all of her belongings. Darryl was wonderful to work with and was very helpful to us. I wasn't there for the move, because I live out of town. My daughter said Matt and Rashad were great to work with and true professionals. She even said this was the best moving company/experience she had ever had, which 4 years of college and all the moves, she would know. Thank you Brothers EZ moving, Darryl, Matt and Rashad, you all were fantastic!

It was horrible, and they were scary. I'm even afraid to submit this report because they might turn up one day on my doorstep and harm me.

The three gentlemen that moved our items were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, timely, respectful, and extremely careful with our personal belongings. These three gentlemen are top-notch!

It went great! From start to finish Brothers EZ Moving was accomodating, "EZ" to work with and very professional. The movers communicated on arrival time and kept me posted on their route. They used my name and made sure to verify which things were being moved and where they would go once they arrived at my new home. I will definitely use them again.

The move went great! We had quite a bit of furniture to move, some of which had to be disassembled before it could go. The movers arrived on time and got busy right away. They wrapped everything and worked as a team to prep all the pieces and move them out. They were really nice guys and easy to work with. They had to move some of the furniture down a flight of stairs and did so without problem. Our furniture arrived to our new location in good shape. I would hire them again and highly recommend their services.

I was promised by Darryl at the Company 4 wardrobe boxes, which never came, 2 picture boxes and 1 tv box, all of which weren't on the truck and tried to call the Moving co. all day long, to possibly send over the boxes, but no one answered (strange huh), nor ever had the decency to call me back. Horrible! Even one of the movers tried to call his office, but never got a call back, cause maybe they were guilty of being incompetent! The movers, Matt and Frankie were careful and did a wonderful job and were very apologetic about the boxes that were not on the truck, nor on their sheet and the pictures and tv came here fine, however, I still do not have my clothes, as their truck was full and they didn't want to put the clothes on a "dirty" floor and I drive a small car, so I took other merchandise from my apt. and didn't have any room. Now I have to go back tomorrow and hopefully (because I have a small Hyundai Elantra), can get someone with another car to help me get all my clothes, which are a lot and also the gas money, so not happy with the Co. ignoring my calls and not having the decency of calling me back, or making other arrangements to get my clothes here, so I don't have to go back to S. Tampa (my old apt.) to get them. I'm furious and that's no way to do business, and I'm foolish for giving them all the money they asked for, as should have held back some until they provided me with a way to get my clothes to my new apt. Matt and Frankie felt terrible for me, but they were following instructions, which didn't include the extra boxes on the sheet, so someone made a hugh Boo, boo, and as mentioned, they did a wonderful job and would I recommend the Company, absolutely NOT!, as they are not professional in how they handled my situation and thoroughly disgusted that I have to make a trip back to S. My husband and I arrived early to secure the dock with our car in case Brothers EZ was late, but that wasn't needed because Will, Eric, and Derrell were right on time. All three young men moved quickly and were exceptionally polite. We ave not yet opened all of our boxes and bins, but the contents of our kitchen, a glass entertainment stand, and a 55" TV made it to our new home without a scratch. We were able to help some when loading the truck, but it seemed as if we were hindering their progress more than helping, so we backed off a bit. The three young men had a nice system of "Tetris" going on. However, my husband and I were able to help quite a bit with the unloading. From our first phone call to Brothers EZ, to the last box that was taken off of the truck, Brothers EZ made moving a whole lot smoother and less stressful than we could have imagined.

Jolisa and Matt were friendly, professional and respectful of my belongings. They helped place items in my new home according to my instructions and did not mind moving a few things twice to maximize use of space. They worked hard and fast, and I would definitely use Brothers EZ Moving again, especially if Jolisa and Matt were the crew members.

Absolutely the most painless move I've ever been involved in, and I've moved a lot over the past 30 years. Matt called an hour ahead of time to advise they were on their way, and told me he and Aaron would be our movers. They showed up right on time, and assured us that they would help us with anything we needed, including extra boxes, tape, packing, etc.. They disassembled (and reassembled) anything that needed to go over in separate pieces (like the bedroom set, end tables), wrapped everything carefully and did a great job getting the move done. Both Matt and Aaron were so wonderful to work with; very polite and attentive, constantly asking if there was anything we needed help with and checking to make sure they got everything we wanted to move and where things should go in the new place. Aaron even helped us decide where to place the furniture in the condo, and his suggestions were perfect. They finished in exact amount of time estimated by Darryl (3 hours) and the cost was also exactly the same as the quote, and there was zero damage. I would definitely use Brothers to move again, and would also request Matt and Aaron. Overall, as much as I hate moving, this was pleasant experience.

It went very well. Darryl provided me with impeccable customer service, and provided me all the necessary paperwork, and certificate of insurance right upfront. I was not able to get this from other companies. The whole process was very straightforward and easy, and I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. I would definitely recommend to anyone else.

This is a pre-Move review for scheduling and a moving quote with Darryl at Brothers EZ Moving. Darryl was great to work with for scheduling the move for the 30th of this month and providing a quote for the services. He took all the information and provided a wealth of documentation about the company and advised of the best coupon to apply to this move and to request our preferred move time so the scheduler would do their best to accommodate our needs. Darryl was very customer oriented and made the entire experience painless. He also quickly followed up with an email of the quote and scheduling details. I will enter an additional review after the move of the actual services.

They were very careful, did a great job, and were courteous and professional. My only disappointment was the estimate I was given to make my decision was $50 lower than the actual cost.

They were very responsive on my request for quote, as well as scheduling the move for Noon - 2 because of a family hospital discharge in the morning. At 2:00 I called to see where they were and were told "a few problems with morning move, but they are close and will be there shortly." No one showed up AT ALL and no one called the balance of the day. The next day I called them, and they took quite awhile to find another crew to move us. No one told the new crew they needed to disassemble furniture and they had no tool box. They used my tools, and reassembled the bed improperly; luckily I pointed it out and they fixed it. The new crew was very nice, but the lack of communication from the foreman/office was appalling. Most people who are moving do not have the luxury of just waiting another day. Oh, and they took over an hour longer than the estimate was, (though the furniture and box count I gave was correct) so it cost more money, though they did give me a 15% discount for the "no show day".
