Brothers EZ Moving

They forgot to pack clothes and vacuum that were in the hall closet. They also forgot a plant outside that was marked to go. Also boxes were put in the wrong places. I can't even find my dishes.

Received a very reasonable quote and it matched what I needed. The movers (Brandon and Pat) did a great job moving everything and their time came under the estimated quote.

Eric H. and Charlie were friendly and worked hard to get everything moved within the estimated time frame. They both did a great job of taking care of our furniture and many boxes that we had. Any time that we had a question or comment, they provided us with an answer or accommodated our requests. Lastly, while our apartment was located on the third floor, Eric H. and Charlie had good energy and made appear as if we only lived on the first floor with the care and speed that they moved all of our items. Thank you for all of the moving help and we are now able to start enjoying our new home!

Considering that moving is never a pleasant experience, this move went very well. Lynda was our estimator & she was prompt, professional & returned our calls. Donte, Tyler & Terrell were such nice young men & they worked hard & fast. They arrived on time despite Tampa's morning rush hour & started working immediately. They had everything on the truck in 3 hours. The unloading the next day went just as smoothly. Even though they ran into a few snags unloading at the condo, Donte handled them calmly & professionally. They finished unloading in 4 hours. They did the job in 2 hours less than the estimate & we saved $$$! I also want to give a shout out to woman the answered our initial phone call & set top the estimator appt. I can't recall her name but she was pleasant & professional & took my call even though she ended up staying after hours. I would recommend this company.

Great guys and a good job! I had originally purchased a deal from Angie's List for $300, which had expired. Daryl honored my deal anyway. That' is outstanding customer service in my book.

It went amazingly well. They understood the situation, planned and executed the move with precision arriving with two trucks and six men and supplies to make it all happen. It was impressive. They were timely, professional and easy to work with.

The movers selectively decided what they would move even though the estimator provided an estimate for the whole house. On one piece of weight equipment they complained that they needed special tools so they couldn't move it but on other items such as a stereo, DVD player, plants, other equipment they just decided for whatever reason not to move them. I have now done 12 trips on my own in my car just to finish up what I hired them to do.

Great! I have had the pleasure of working with this company for two recent moving jobs. Patrick, Ricardo, Austin and Jeff were obviously well-trained in customer care and preventing damages. I would definitely go with this company for any moving or packing service I needed.

This is my first and last time using this company for my moving needs. And let me be clear, my criticism lies mainly on the office / claims department and not the movers themselves. Rob and his team came to my apartment, and got my move done pretty much as quickly as they could. My issue lies when my couch arrived to the destination with a 6 inch scratch on the side, that I know 100% was not there before the move. The movers said since it was a weekend that the office should contact me immediately and notify me of the claims process from there. I gave them 4 days and did not receive any type of contact, so I decided to email Darryl, he apologized and gave me the claims department email to send them detailed pictures of the couch. Sent the pictures and waited 2 days, still no response from claims department. Send pictures again and attached Darryl and waited a week, still no answer from either party. Sent a THIRD email expressing my disappointment with their lack of response and finally received an email from the claims department. They claimed that since the couch was shrink wrapped, that no refund would be given. Just because an item is shrink wrapped / padded, does not guarantee that it will not sustain any damage going down 3 flights of stairs and stuffed into a truck. So by their logic, anything that is shrink wrapped cannot be their fault if it gets damaged. Keep in mind, their insurance policy will only cover 0.60 per pound per item, with a max of $50 per item. My disappointment lies strictly on the office / claims and their bogus insurance policy logic. Even though the movers damaged my couch, I understand accidents can happen and the reason why I booked you guys is because of your reviews. Now I hope others can read my review to get a better understanding of what will happen when you choose this company and any damage occurs during your move. I hope it was worth the $21 bucks for my 35 pound couch for this review.

Excellent. The four guys were extremely organized, professional, and easy to work with. They never took a break (I fed them pizza but they ate and worked). We ended up needed help moving a couple of items to a different location and they were very clear on the pricing up front and hustled as best they could to save time on our clock. We will definitely be using them again to move from the PODS into our new home. Moving is painful but these guys made it as pleasant as it gets. Thank You!

Great experience with Brothers EZ Moving! I will never use anyone else to help us with our moves. We were on the third floor of an apartment building with super narrow stairs and neither Eric nor Tyrell complained once, They were great! Darryl was good to talk to and explained everything perfectly so I knew what to expect the day of the move.

Pat and Terrell were wonderful movers. They worked quickly and efficiently. They didn't complain even though the bulk of the items had to be moved up to the third floor! They were very careful with our items too. Darryl helped coordinate everything- this Angie's list deal was better than the price he was able to quote me and he happily set everything up for me after I purchased the coupon. The day of the move, manager kindly called me before the scheduled arrival to let me know there would be a slight delay (flat tire) and the movers called me before heading over. I would without a doubt use these guys again. We had a great experience.

Move went great. Team showed up exactly on time, got right to work without delay. Mike and Ty did a great job.

Splendidly. Movers were polite, professional , informative and efficient. The first move of the day ran a tad over time , so they contacted me and advised of the situation. They still met my expected start range initially provided with quote .My movers were Rob and Tyyaam with Darryl as contact/ estimator.

Brothers EZ Moving was did a great job on my move and came under the estimate. Daryll was very prompt and so very nice in responding to all of my e-mails and questions. The movers were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend and hire them again.

Excellent! Our team names were: Rob, Charlie, Derrick, and Terrell. Rob was training one of the guys and kept things rolling. They were prompt, respectful, and hard workers. They lifted boxes with ease and made everything run smoothly. They all were focused on the job every second and did not ask for breaks, even when I offered one. They each reassembled bed frames and tables. Rob called me on my cell several times to give me his status or an update, as well as taking minutes off the clock when he had to go back and retrieve a forgotten item. All four of our team -- Rob, Charlie, Derrick, and Terrell -- were professional and conscientious. They made a cumbersome task much easier for us! The attached picture is our cat perched inside an empty tote box or a stack of boxes. (Sorry, I didn't remember to take pics on the actual day.)

Our move was planned by Lynda. Darryl was assigned to us. They both answered my many questions and made this move effortless. Our movers were Michael, Brandon and Melvin. I cannot say enough good things about these polite, caring, hardworking, fine young men. Brandon and Michael came up to PA. Our closing was at 3 pm and they were unloading our possessions at 4pm. We filled their truck. Amazing service at a good price. I highly recommend them.

Very smooth. It was a hot day but they worked very hard to get it all done within the time they said they would.
