Bowdens Carpet Cleaning-Tampa

Called to confirm appointment. Showed up exactly on time with two trucks. I initially had carpet and upholstery cleaning scheduled for the downstairs, steps and hallway but when the crew arrived they gave me a very good price to do the remaining bedrooms as well. The whole house smelled fresh, sectional and recliner were very clean and fresh. It did take a while for all of the carpet to dry but it is summer in Florida. Overall, guys were friendly professionally and informative, would definitely recommend.

Called to confirm and set time of service. Arrived on time. Attached equipment to truck and began work. Ashamed to admit the carpet was very dirty mostly due to having several foster dogs in the past, all of whom shed and loved to roll in the dirt.One or two rooms required several passes through to get clean. Finished product was beautiful and as a bonus even smelled fresh. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Very satisfied customer.

The carpeting looked much better after they were done and the rug looked and smelled better. I don't think some areas were cleaned as well as others and some areas were very wet when they finished. I feel that they might have been able to do a better job on the rug than they did and the use of some kind of protective device (like paper, plastic or foil) under furniture would have allowed for better cleaning under these items. Also, it would have been helpful if they had been able to accept credit cards (I was told that his machine for this was not working.) But overall, they did a very nice job and Michael, the technician, was very pleasant.

They were very good to work with. Scheduling was very good. There was one cleaner here doing the work and it took about 30 minutes to complete. The results were good.

I needed my carpets cleaned because I was moving out of my townhouse. My brother met the cleaner at the townhome and he showed up promptly. I was very pleased with the results, because the carpet is a couple of years old and it had very old stains. The landlord returned my deposit and thanked me for returning the unit with such clean carpets. Very happy customer.

Lewis arrived promptly and surveyed the rooms I wanted cleaned. He was most professional, courteous and friendly. He set up his equipment and I was happy to see that he was not using a portable cleaner, but used a wand powered by his truck. He worked diligently for over an hour going over spots twice that needed some extra cleaning. When he was finished, not only was the carpet cleaner than any other service had ever gotten it, but it smelled fresh and pleasant. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting their carpet cleaned. Ask for Lewis - you will not be disappointed.

Came on time, clean the carpets well, and did not try to sell me anything extra. Also left a free bottle of carpet deodorant which was nice.

Quite well, used a stronger wash on berber carpet and it came out fine. Service provider was polite, punctual and did a great job

Very professional. Removed some rust stains in carpet left by exercise equipment. I will call them next year to clean again. I would never have found Bowden had I not been on Angie's List

The technician was professional, and arrived right on time (which is highly unusual these days, but very much appreciated). He was here for about an hour, and when he left, there was no mess, and my house smelled so fresh and clean. The carpets look brand new, however they are in fact, many years old. I will definitely use Bowdens Carpet Cleaning again in the future, and would recommend them.

They showed up much later than the appointment time. When asked to move the furniture, the provider refused to move the furniture because he was alone. I am not sure how they clean carpets without moving the furniture. He said to call the office to reschedule with two staff members. I have been out of the country and have not had a chance to reschedule the appointment.

It was excellent. Willie was the technician. He was as pleasant as could be. He showed up on time and called before he got here. He was professional and worked hard. I was so fortunate that they were able to accommodate my schedule as soon as possible. They have now become my go to carpet cleaners.

The technician, Willie came and did a great job. It took less than one hour to finish everything. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and did not have a problem answering any of my questions. He didn't make much of a disruption, which I appreciated. This cleaning service was amazing. My carpet was very, very, dirty and I was ashamed when I had company to come over. Actually, I was thinking about replacing the carpet. I saw your New Deal and decided to purchase it. I thought ok what do I have to lose. When the service man came, I thought it was he was going to say it will take a lot of work. I asked him how long the cleaning would take and he said 40 minutes. I was surprised and told him to just take his time I was not in a hurry.(smile). I could not believe it when he finished in 40 minutes. The carpet looked practically brand new. I was totally amazed. I am getting ready to purchase the deal again so that I would have it for my other rooms. I am also going to have them come out to clean my sofa. Thank you for partnering with this company. Betty

Our carpets did not clean well the first time around and remained wet for two days with stains appearing within those days. I reported the problem to Mr. Bowden. He immediately addressed this issue sending another employee to re-clean the carpets 5 days later. The carpets now look like new, no stains, dried quickly and we're extremely happy with the way Mr. Bowden responded to our complaint.

The technician was actually a bit early, setup and cleaned the rug very quickly. He was pleasant and careful with his equipment. we were happy with the results and would use them again.

Showed up on time. A few of the rooms I was planning on replacing the carpet because it was so dirty however after cleaning it looked great and might not have to replace it. The tech (Lewis) did a excellent job and was very professional. I would use Bowdens again.

I called on the 19th and received and appointment for the 20th the week before Thanksgiving. I have used them in the past and it was the same great service I was used to. They were in and out in less then 30 minutes. The technician, I believe his name was Willy, was extremely through and very professional. He explained the entire process and also made a couple of future recommendations.

When I made the appointment the gentleman who answered was so nice and wanted to give me the best price! When they came to clean my carpets the man was nice as well and did a fantastic job in the carpets! There was a stain I didn't think would come up and it did! And above all the house smells beautiful from the cleaning!
