We were impressed with Rod, who took his time giving us an accurate phone estimate, and with Michael, who actually did the exceptional work, Micheal called us to let us know he was on his way, even though he would be a few minutes late due to his last job. He was very professional and took his time with our carpet. We used the Angie's List discount and were happy with the pricing. We will definitely use this company again!

They picked up the carpets at our home, cleaned them at their shop and returned them a few days later - rugs looked good. Very satisfied with their work.

This was a great experience with no issues. The price was mid range for the quotes I received. We have a 3 bd w/office roughly 1800 sqft. The carpet was in rough shape and we have both a dog and cat. The 2 person team showed up early which was better for me. We walked through the house to see and discuss everything that was to be done. They went to work and were done in no time, the place looked and smelled great. I couldn't believe the transformation in the carpet it looked practically new again especially in the high traffic areas. I will definitely hire again when needed. 6 rooms took less than 1 hour, it was cleaned and deodorized. You'd never know there were pets in there.

Rodney was quick to respond when I reached out for a quote and was very informative about cleaning berber carpet. Our carpet had heavy traffic patterns and needed some TLC. He suggested an "acid cleaning rinse" that they spray on carpet before cleaning to give it an extra boost when cleaning. Although the carpets are not perfect, they do look much better than before. They even have "booties" they give you in case you need to go into the room before it is dry. Rodney was good to stand behind his quote as well when we got overcharged since the guy who came out was not aware of the quote; he was quick to resolve and make his quote good. This says a lot for the company.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards.

The Bowden tech, Louis, called and asked if he could come 2½ hours before the appointed time since he was in the neighborhood, which actually very well for me as I had unexpected errands to run during the original appointment time. He was very courteous, friendly, informative, efficient and professional. He took his time inspecting the carpet before he began cleaning, spraying the stains and dark spots and let me kow that the carpet would take up to 8 hours to dry. He then cleaned the carpet thoroughly. I was pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire Bowdens Carpet Cleaning again.

Excellent. Michael showed up on time (actually a little early) and quickly and efficiently cleaned the carpets. I'm especially impressed as I have had discussions with 3 people for different reasons and each is very knowledgeable. Never did they attempt to sell a service I did not need. In fact, one technician advised that I can buy a spot remover kit from several furniture manufacturers. I will definitely use this business again as they have the skill and the integrity that I value in a vendor.

This is the 3rd time I've hired Bowden's to clean my carpets. I had them clean 3 bedrooms and I paid $15 extra for an acid wash in one room due to severe stains. Very pleased as the carpets look great and the stains came out. They have great pricing, they're always prompt, and their work speaks for itself.
