Bowdens Carpet Cleaning-Tampa

I recently hired Bowden's Carpet Cleaning to clean the upholstery on my family room sofa, love seat and recliner, after getting estimates from several different companies. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, was very polite and professional, and went straight to work. I appreciated that he didn't try to "up-sell" me on any additional services. When he was finished cleaning, he asked me to inspect the furniture. There was one place on the arm of the chair that still looked a little dirty to me, although it could have been just the way the light was shining on it. But the technician immediately offered to re-clean that area, which he did. Then he applied a Teflon treatment to all three pieces. They looked brand new once they dried, no streaking or unevenness. The whole process was quick and easy, not too expensive, and I will definitely use them again!

It went fine, they were prompt, and they explained everything. My carpet looks really good.

Michael came to the house, immediately located the tag which indicated that the steam cleaning provided by the company could not be used on my furniture. I appreciate that he was honest, professional, friendly ... and didn't attempt to ruin my furniture to make a buck!

Answered emails and returned calls promptly. It;s too bad but these days this kind of service is rare. I like doing business with companies that are responsive to customers. Bowdens definitely is. The serviceman was a bit late but he called ahead to let me know so no problem with that. Three rooms of carpet were cleaned, a good job at a fair price. I even got a discount for being an Angie's list member. I'd use them again, they were very easy to do business with. Highly recommended.

Everything looks great. Lewis was our technician and he was prompt, friendly and professional. I noticed some mystery spots near the bathroom and he gave them special attention and they are gone!

I called the company from the number listed on Angie's List instead of going through Angie's List website to schedule, because I had such a small area, I needed to talk to someone about the situation. The guys were literally a couple of miles from my house and finishing up on a job. They said they could come on over when they finished that job. They came as promised and were very personable and polite. They had to go over the high traffic area a couple of times to get it as clean as possible. They charged me the minimum fee with no discount to me as an Angie's List customer. They also said it would be an extra $3.00 to pay with credit card- I paid with check. They would not have my business at all if I had not chosen them from Angie's List, and I shouldn't have to pay them extra for using credit card. Their willingness to come on such short notice outweighs the other issues. I will use them again and hope that they will think again about the Angie's list discount and not charging extra for the credit card.

The service was excellent. They probably came out a week later after I purchased the Big Deal. It was very easy scheduling the actual service. They were very friendly. They answered all my questions. They were really quick and did a very good job. They brought everything and cleaned up everything. I have actually referred them to several people.

Chris arrived on time and proceeded with the work. He certainly knows what he is doing. Moved some furniture and within a short time, all the rooms were clean. Made a 20 year old carpet look new again. Will use again.

This guy was running a few minutes late, and called to tell me so. He was clean, polite, and professional, from the beginning and did an outstanding job! I had a huge mess in the master suite because my husband is a bed patient and messy, and we have a small dog! I have used at least 4 other carpet cleaning companies and all I heard was it will cost extra for this, for that, and $200 + later they leave, the carpet on 3 different occasions took in excess of 2 days to dry and the track areas didn't dry as clean as it looked when they left. The carpet I was told will be completely dry in approx 6 - 8 hours. I was not dollar and cents poor when he left! I will definitely use this company again. He really surprised me all the way around with his great job and professional approach to it. Thank you Chris! It looks beautiful for Christmas.

Both of the men that came to clean did a great job and one even cleaned an area rug I thought I was going to have to throw away. They were fast, efficient and on time. Great service very happy with the results and the price.

He was very prompt and actually arrived a few minutes early (how many times do we make appointments for US-the customer to receive services and they give us like four hour time frames....almost like we are inconveniencing them?). This guy was very prompt, kind, and gave us great advice on keeping our couch clean when it comes to our pets. Best of all, he did a better job than I've seen with any other carpet cleaning company, especially the bigger ones like Stanley Steamer. I also believe the price was about $200 cheaper than with Stanley Steamer. Would definitely recommend and am actually having my parents contact them for their cleaning in the next few weeks.

I had a few tough traffic areas that a home steam vac wouldn't get totally clean. This company came in and easily removed the traffic stains and it looks like new again. I would use them again.

This is the second time using this vendor. Would use again. Service was prompt and professional. The only critique I have is that they may want to consider wearing booties or shoe covers. I had to do a little mopping after the job was complete.
