Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms and a hallway. The carpet didn't come as clean as I would have liked in some heavily traveled areas. I wish I asked the technician to go over some areas a second time, but I didn't. So I'm not sure how they would have responded.

Description of Work: They did an amazing job standing behind their work. My wife and I were initially concerned about quality with how quickly they got it done. Called and they actually came back out to do again just to make sure. Great work and I truly appreciate them standing behind it.

Description of Work: They cleaned my carpet and the gentleman was nice and it looked good wet but once it dried the carpet was still very dirty. I called another company and had them do my carpets. No I will not use them again.

Description of Work: They did work for us years ago and they a fine job. They have cleaned out carpets 2 times and cleaned our tile once as well. We have always been happy with their services. Once there was one area in the carpet that was very soiled and they were able to make it look better than we thought.
