It turned out very well. I am very happy with them. I will use them again in the future. They did a great job, the price was reasonable, and they are courteous. They are reliable as well. My neighbor uses them for tile cleaning and she is very happy with them. She referred them to me.

I was not that pleased with the work. They did the work on a Saturday and the gentleman was in a hurry and did not take his time.

The service turned out very well. I have used them a number of times and have been very pleased. It has always been very satisfactory.

Owner did work himself, spent a lot of time on the job and was thrilled with the results. Stretched carpet in a huge bonus room that other cleaners didn't want to tackle. Did it the right way and it turned out great! Followed up with me when project was complete since we were moving at the same time. Great Job

Two men arrived, extremely polite, punctual. They did a great job, sprayed extra on some of the "dog" spots and were thorough with the rest of the house. I was pleased with the job and with the friendliness of the staff.

They cleaned a long hallway, one room, and one rug.

I am very happy with them. I used other carpet cleaning companies prior to them and I was not happy because they left the carpet too wet. They send the same guy Jadey every time, so he knows what I want and he does a good job and I like that. I really like that he makes an extra effort to extract the water because if the carpet is too wet and somebody walks on it the dirt comes right back up. I paid $135 on that service. I have a Berber carpet that is a cream color and it is 10 or 12 years old, but it looks new because he does such a good job keeping it clean and I have kids, dogs, cats etc. He will also do a little extra and he will spot the carpet and will offer to clean my foot stool. He is very accommodating and always on time and if he is going to be late he will call and let me know.

Stainmaster uses a company called Bowden's came out to attempt to clean it they put chemicals on it to get the colorant out it tore up the carpet backing. When the next company came out to stretch the carpet they shredded it because it was tore up from the chemical put down Bowden's. Wherever they put down the chemical it pulled away from it's backing and became a small hill in those spots where the colorant had set in. The damaged the carpet beyond repair and I paid them $100 to do so. After the damage I called Stainmaster back and they said they don't cover vegetable colorant. Now they will cover a coffee spill but they won't cover honest damage. I called Stainmaster to tell them my carpet was ruined and apparently the fine print of their contract says they do not cover the damage that resulted from vegetable colorant. The air conditioning company puts some type of vegetable dye in their units that stained the carpet and ran down the walls. The entire situation resulted in one big hassle.
