Description of Work: Installation was disaster. carpet started to buckle into Bubble that runs right In the middle of the living room. did not repair. had another Angie's list member look i.to this & he discovered small pieces of padding instead |of. one or two contiinous pieces. | |terrible installation & even worst customer service after.

Description of Work: I ordered a 10 X 12 custom area rug and was told it would take one week. Three weeks later it was ready. The first time we went to pick it up, there was no one there physically able to help my husband load it in the car. When next we went to pick it up, I was alone and refused it because the bottom of the carpet was dirty. Their response was, ''It's only the bottom.''
