UPDATE: They let their awesome service manager go. They turned their service crew into salesmen. It became just too awkward. Every single visit they were pushing something new on me, very expensive bio-pipe cleaner. Then they sold me on their AC service One Hour Air. The guys were nice but it's obvious how much pressure is put on these guys. I finally realized they only have young inexperienced guys who are sales people using your scheduled service call as a sales call. I did some research and picked authentic Plumbing and AC services to switch to. I have been using this company for about 2 years. They have been cleaning out clogs and doing toilet maintenance. Once they told me my water tank was about to go out. I thought it had more life in it, then 2 weeks later it went out! I decided I wanted to get Solar Water Heater with a Solar Panel on the roof. They were just starting to offer them. The service manager was very patient explaining how it worked and calling the manufacturer with any questions. We decided to go Solar. I believe I was their first solar installation. The crew was very nice and professional. We had a slight glitch that was not allowing the tank to kick in when the panel water ran out. We had them over 3 times before they finally figured it out. Since I was their first install and I did get a discount for being the guinea pigs, I was not too upset about this. But they did finally get it figured out almost 10 months after the install. Still I am extremely happy with this company and crew. They wear footies in my house, the guys are all respectful and nice, they offer a one year maintenance with priority response to calls which I have been using and am fine with since it comes with an annual check up of all my sinks and toilets. They do try to convert you to their drain cleaning solution which is non-toxic but a little pricey. They do try to find problems in advance and as I mentioned before they do a great job of that. I do like that the guys who fix things are the same ones who quote new products to you. They really know their stuff versus a salesperson.

They tried to scam me with false readings on my water. They tried to sell me product which was unnecessary and fraud.

They did a good job and were very reasonable. I was very happy with them.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is really good. They are really excellent. I had two bathrooms that would flood every time I ran the washing machine. It was a mess, they came out and straightened it right out. I have not had a problem since. I couldn't run the washing machine. I was afraid to do anything, because I was afraid I'd have a flood again.

after the plumbing was completed, I questioned why it was still so expensive since I provided the parts and he was only here for 1-1/2 hrs. He said no he could not give me a break. I will never use this company again, because I feel so used and they did it because they could. They are a rip off! Caveat Emptor. I argued the point and we settled on a $224 rebate that they bartered with me no less. I was told that the check would be sent to me within 15 days. My checks cleared on 24 July and I am still waiting for my rebate, I have called twice now and will be calling again today. They have since called to tell me the check is in the mail and maybe it is lost. If I believe that, I bought another piece of "the bridge." These jerks are impossible to deal with, and please be CAREFUL while dealing with them. I am unhappy to say the least.

They were very good in coming out, getting out the old tub and disposing it off. They put in a new tub. I got some plumbing done due to some old copper lines in there as they weren't sorted correctly. I would have some issues with it later on if I didn't care of it and I had them all replaced. I didn't have any complaints about the job that they did. I rate them very highly.
