They did an excellent job with the work. They cleaned up after themselves. Ted maintained my expectations throughout the process. He kept good communication with me as we did special order the pavers. There was a good amount of time to get the pavers. They did exceed my expectations on the work as it took about two days and two hours. I thought it was going to be over three days for the service. They were able to manually extract roots from trees in my yard which did save me some money. They pointed out some water damage areas that needed to be taken care of so the pavers would not be affected by problem areas. The guys that came worked very hard and did a lot of the work manually without a machine. I thought Ted and his crew did an excellent job.

Absolutely beautiful, professional job. Our pool deck was transformed by 'Ted's Crew' into our own little classy resort! Highly recommend this company and definitely would use them again.

Karen arranged everything and quoted a price over the phone. She was quick to respond, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. I needed the work done quickly because I was adding a hot tub to the patio. Karen was able to accommodate me and the workers arrived at the time and the day arranged. I was very happy with this part of the process. Unfortunately, it was raining in the afternoon and the pavers were very spotty the following day. I called Karen and she had the workers come back and they were able to clear most of the spotting up. Now, here's the problem: I don't know if this was sloppy work or if you have to expect this to happen, because I've never had pavers cleaned before, but my pool has been milky since the work was done. The workers blew all the excess sand into my pool after they finished re-sanding the pavers. I had to run my pool cleaner for three days straight just to get the sand out. Now my pool cleaning company has spent two weeks trying to get rid of the cloudiness and the foam now on top of the water. In fairness to Bay Brick pavers, this may be expected behavior, but I was told that the sealant was water based and wouldn't cause problems by getting in the pool. I specifically asked about this before the work was done. Lastly, the pavers look nice, but not nearly nice enough for the hassle that I've gone through getting it re-done because of the white spots and getting the pool problems worked out.

The job was professionally done in an extremely timely way. Ted Wilson matched my pavers and sent a very competent employee to do the work. I highly recommend the company.

Ted accommodated my husband's busy schedule and met with us on a Saturday. We measured the area, discussed drainage and grading issues. We were so impressed by Ted's thoroughness that we agreed to contract with Bay Brick Pavers on our first visit. We picked out the color of our pavers and decided on a design. Ted also directed me to an agreeable customer's house to view a deck they had completed. Unfortunately, due to the rainy weather and a deficiency on the part of the supplier the project date was pushed back twice; however, these delays were in no way the fault of Bay Brick Pavers. Ted was prompt in maintaining contact with us through each stage of the installation. Our patio was installed in approximately two (2) days. The finished product is beautiful. We look forward to enjoying our new patio.

I received several estimates for this job and went with Bay Brick Pavers for a few reasons. First, their price was competitive, which was a key factor. However, equally important was the high level of service I received from Ted, even during my first meeting with him. I knew that a job like this would require some interaction between the company and I, so I wanted to work with someone that was responsive, trustworthy, and provided great service. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done and plan to contact Ted in the future for some work on my backyard.

From the beginning thru completion, the project went very well. Ted was very easy to work with and I was very happy with the results. There was a minor setback with the start date. It was supposed to start on Thursday, and then Ted called Wednesday night and said they weren?t going to make it on Thursday. They ended up starting on Monday. Not too big a deal, but I had to reschedule my day off. I wanted to be there even though they said it wasn?t necessary. I have a dog and I didn?t want my dog to be stressed with people in the back yard. They started on Monday and finished on Tuesday. Ted called me on Tuesday so we could meet on site and finish our business. I got home from work and an hour later Ted was there and we reviewed the work. I was impressed with the quality of work that his workers did and I told him so. We settled up the financial matters. Over the next week, as I got a chance to further inspect my new patio, I found a few things that I had questions about. The space between the patio pavers and the house was packed with sand, and I wondered what the effect of that was during the rainy season. Would it wash out? Ted informed me that they added a mix of sand and concrete in the larger gaps, and that it would set. A week later it didn?t, and Ted sent the guys back (a few times) to correct the issue. It was minor and was addressed within a few short visits. It did set later and became hard. During that first week, I had also found 2 bricks in the patio that were damaged with holes. I don?t? understand why they placed damaged bricks in the patio. It was obvious, and they should never have been laid. I mentioned that to Ted and asked if there was a simple solution like filling in the holes with something that would blend. Ted said, ?No?, and the solution would be to replace the two bricks. He said if I wasn?t happy, the job wasn?t done. He made It sound easy and that it was not a problem. He would take care of it. His workers were busy; "would it be ok if they came back in a few weeks"? Of course, I have no problem with that. Three weeks later I called. Ted had forgotten about it. After several reschedules, Ted told me to put a brick on the problem bricks to identify them and they would come out and replace them between jobs in the next couple of days. After having the bricks there for a week, I called. He said they forgot. ?They?ll be there tomorrow.? They weren't. Update: I didn't hear from them until about a week later, after this review posted. I had given him a grade of C. Ted apologized and said they'd be out in the morning. I was skeptical, but they finally came and finished the job. They replaced the two damaged bricks. It?s a shame, because from the beginning through completion, Bay Brick Pavers had an A in my book. If he had followed through and taken care of the few minor issues I had, he would still have an A. It wasn't until 6 weeks later that it was finally finished. But now that he's addressed the problems I'm upgrading him to a B overall. He does do good quality work.

I interviewed several providers and decided on Bay Brick due in part to Ted's responsiveness and patience. When I first called Bay Brick, an appointment was set up for the next day. Ted came to our home, explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions--and I had lots of questions. This was the second time in 10 years that oak tree roots had grown under our large front paver walkway and were raising the bricks. We wanted it repaired before Halloween so children wouldn't trip as they were trick or treating. I also asked if there was a way to keep roots from growing under the walkway. Ted told me about a product called "bio-barrier" and gave me an address in our neighborhood where he had installed it five years earlier. I looked at the driveway where bio-barrier had been installed. There were oak trees very close to the driveway, but no raised pavers. After researching and deciding I did want the bio-barrier, an appointment was set to start the work within a few days. Two workers arrived on time. They worked carefully and quietly. When finished, they cleaned up after themselves. One note: the price would have been about $600 less had we chosen not to use the bio-barrier.

The owner was flexible with our schedule and met us for the first visit/quote on the weekend. We followed up a few days later at his showroom where we selected the color and style of pavers. He had several to choose from. He was able to schedule the job for just 2 days later. The day they began was a very rainy day so I didn't think they would be able to get a lot done. However, to my surprise, they were able to finish about half of the job. The workers left us that evening with a very clean work site. They came the following day to finish. The job was done very well and was done with great professionalism. Throughout the process, the owner was great at keeping me up to date and communicating with me. Whenever I left a message, the call was promptly returned. I would highly recommend this company for paver installation.

They understood my design plans, and expectations and implemented them with beautifully. I had just had my driveway power washed and they took care to keep it clean.I am very pleased with the results.

Ted was very professional when he arrived to give us an estimate. The 'crew' was great! They worked as a team and were very efficient. The outcome is WOW! Family and friends are amazed. Ted was available 24/7 to answer questions.

All the employees were very polite and listened to our instructions for our satisfaction.

Overall, the job went very smoothly. Ted Wilson educated me on the process as well as pavers in general. After the consultation, we choose the pavers to be used, he did the measurements,then coordinated with the screening company. I made some changes in the area, and Ted was easy to work with to make the necessary changes for me. The installers were finished in a day and a half, left me some spare pavers, cleaned up and asked if i needed anything else. Ted came out to inspect, and check on my satisfaction. It was a good experience all the way.
