I would not recommend this company at all. I called for a quote for 2 separate areas to complete my pool deck. Ted came over and took the measurements and asked a few questions but in my opinion and my girlfriend you could tell he wasn’t that interested in the job. He said he would get me a quote the following week. It has been three weeks now and I have not heard back from him. I don’t know if the job was to small or complicated but I would have had no problem if he had just at least called or told me he wasn’t interested. Not to give a courtesy call or at least a text is very unprofessional and bad for business.. It’s to bad cause I could have done more business with him as I have 3 more projects to do

We hired Bay Brick Pavers after meeting with the owner, Ted Wilson. He suggestion specific paver patterns and colors after completing a detailed quote after a visit to our home. Our patio and pool area is complex due to the different elevations. Ted assured me that his crews have the experience to complete the project and transform our patio/ pool area into a beautiful, entertaining area. I had requested quotes from other companies who took the time to come out and measure our patio/pool but always failed to follow up with a quote. I believe it was because of the complex, multi-elevations. They apparently did not have the experience. Ted and his crews followed through and what a transformation! The delivery of the pavers, installation and completion was better, smoother and more spectacular than promised. Both my husband and I are so pleased and proud of the results! I often wondered why we did complete this project sooner? We met Ted Wilson by accident and with the new designs in pavers he suggested, the timing was perfect.

I have been looking for a company to clean and reseal my pavers so I sent a quote request to Bay Brick Pavers on Friday 9/14. As of 9/19 I haven't heard anything from them. No email, no message and no phone call. In fact, I received a message from Angie's list stating "Bay Brick Pavers told Angie's List they completed your patio project." HA! They haven't even contacted me much less completed my project. So not only do they not respond to quote requests, they also lie to Angielist to make it look like they are doing more jobs then they actually are. Unethical company that I would not recommend

We are very pleased! The Pavers were delivered, then a few days later the ground was prepped, then the following day the Pavers were installed. All was completed as scheduled and the crew working on the pavers were on time, professional, and did an excellent job! Very pleased with the results. 563 Square foot installation with cuts and 586 excavation. Paid 1/2 down and the other 1/2 when completed.

The owner, Ted Wilson, was prompt, arrived on time and kept in touch. His crew did a good job and worked very quickly. The whole job was finished in two days. After to was completed, I decided I needed a small change to the side walk. A decision I made after the fact and purely for aesthetic reasons. Ted was willing to work with me and have a crew come back and make the change. I'm happy to recommend Bay Brick Pavers.

Went great and the crew was very nice and worked very hard to complete the Lanai in just one day despite the rain delay.

Went good even with the rain delay. The crew was fast and very nice. I am very happy with the results.

We contacted Ted and he helped design a parking pad and walkway to our front steps, along with a small retaining wall. We really appreciated his design help in planning the job. When his crew arrived they were very efficient, polite and professional and skilled and knowledgeable in completing the job. We are most pleased with the work, and would recommend this company to anyone for their paving needs.

The process went smoothly and they were very quick and efficient. My wife and I originally got a quote from Daniel Fence to do our patio and it was almost twice as high. Ted from Bay Brick Paver was professional and provided a lot of guidance throughout the build. I highly recommend this company and we would absolutely use them again, if needed.

The owner uses 3 guys who supposedly came from South America. They don't have any idea what homeowners go through to have a nice yard. They drove their truck up onto my grass to be near the pool to unload stuff because I have a large side gate that allowed their truck access. They mixed paint and other things right on my grass, staining and killing it in some spots. They used some type of glue to make the coping stick and that glue ran down onto my fiberglass pool and stained it. It still looks crappy and I am going to have some tile put there to cover up the glue.

We had this work done years ago, and I never finished this review. (I'm guessing on the cost and time frame) So, years later we are still enjoying a beautiful pool deck. Ted Wilson was knowledgeable, creative, and helped us in every way. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for quality work.

Initially, I spoke with Karen who answered questions and was exceptionally nice and professional. Then spoke with Ted the owner who scheduled a free estimate. He was also so friendly and came as scheduled and spent time measuring and assisting us with design ideas. Their estimate was the lowest of the 3. They came out as scheduled and installed a beautiful paver patio. The firepit kit was missing 3 bricks and they did came back out very promptly to finish the firepit. I plan to do more paver work in the near future for my driveway and will definitely have them back to do my next project. If you need paver work, I highly recommend them!! Ted came back out to inspect and make sure we were happy with the job.

Awesome job! Arrived on time, men worked hard all day with only a short break for lunch. Job estimated for 4 days, was done in 3. Workers showed up on Saturday to finish job. Workers did excellent job cleaning up when done. Gorgeous-looks better than ever! I would definitely use Bay Brick Pavers again.

Ted Wilson was wonderful. He took the time to show me many options and help me make a decision as to product and color. Once I signed a contract, he continued to be as attentive making sure that the job was done correctly and during the time frame expected. The patio was a particularly challenging job because of the slope and drainage characteristics of our property. Today, several years after the work, we continue to be satisfied with the quality of the work.

Everything went very well. They did a very nice job. Any concerns were promptly addressed. Mr. Wilson was a pleasure to work with and he shows great character. It looks great. I would recommend him at anytime.

I had check a few installers before bay brick.Some look good others should not be in business and even when other providers were cheaper I went with bay brick because from the get go it was obvious they do great work. I call a few of their customers and they all spoke very highly of their quality of work and their very fair pricing. They were all correct,Bay Brick pavers did a very good job in my house very professional and their attention to detail is the best. If you like your pavers to look really good and install the right way just let Bay Brick Pavers do the job. Thanks again for a job well done.

I found him on Angie's List. I had other estimates but I choose him because he was the only one who suggested that I get a barrier shield so that the roots of my oak tree wouldn't come up through the pavers. Nobody else seemed to be worried about that. Later, he told me to save my money and not get it put in unless it was an oak tree. I told him it was an oak tree. The pavers were put in crooked. They weren't level. They were cut unevenly, so the edges were as crooked as could be. We asked him to come back out. He didn't see anything wrong with it. But he said he would do whatever we wanted, so that we would be happy. He came back twice. Everything was a problem with them. The price was good. The work improved. It's satisfactory, but it's not above a "C." The pavers are still crooked and damaged. They had dumped them in a pile and had chipped them. I refused to take any of the chipped pavers, but we ran out of them. He was unprofessional. He got very upset and screamed and yelled at my husband.

The pavers were laid on a bed of crushed and packed concrete. The edges were neatly trimmed so it looks very professional. All the mess was removed. All my neighbors think it is beautiful. I would definitely use them again.

The process went very well. The workers arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up each day and after completion.

He thought disposing of the old tiles might be difficult, and did not want to deal with any potential tree roots, so he decided not to give me a bid.

Terrible experience with Bay Brick Pavers. Our dates kept getting moved due to their bigger jobs. We no doubt believe they were doing great work for those larger customers but we feel they shouldn't take on the smaller ones if they cannot get them done in a reasonable amount of time. Our pool was left unusable for weeks. We had told Ted of our schedule and he assured us he could do it. The first time Ted met my husband he insulted him by using an inappropriate, unprofessional word to define him. We are sure he will say he didn't because we don't think he realizes the term is offensive. In a customer service world, you should know. We do not feel the word is even ok to post here. We should have gone with his gut on this initial reaction and not hired him. After several reschedules and calls with the owner, we ended up hiring another company to come do the sealing. They came out the same day and gave us a quote. Because Bay Brick Pavers came recommended, we didn't verify the square footage quoted versus our pool deck plans. That was our trusting mistake. The new company came out and measured and their measurements were 70 square feet less than what Bay Brick Pavers quoted. We then pulled out the pool plans and saw this company was spot on. Bay Brick had overcharged us. When we told the owner, he just denied it. Since this was a job based on square feet, he should have offered to come back out and remeasure to see where the discrepancy was. At this point, we were so over his condescending and demeaning tone that we just paid him to end it. The new company did not ask for a cent until the work was complete and we had time to inspect it. As others have noted, Ted will keep calling for the money and will require money up front. The new company also completed the work on a Saturday - something Ted was not willing to do even though he was very behind. We decided to only communicate with Ted via email so that we would have everything in writing and also we just didn't want to hear his attitude towards us anymore. Bay Brick Paver's biggest fan (where we got the referral) has since stopped giving out his name as he is very embarrassed by this whole experience. After the work was completed, we found an area that wasn't laid properly. Thankfully, I took before and after pictures (please do) because Ted did not believe us without it. The first thing he asked for was the pictures - all documented in email. After we sent the pictures there was no denying it so they did come out and fix the area. Overall we were very disappointed with how long everything took and the way we were treated.

Work was done beautifully, promptly, and professtionally. My husband and I were completely satisfied. Neighbors have commented on how good the improvement looks.

They did a very good job. They were excellent and they were very, very responsive.

Laissez faire (BUYER BEWARE), it would be difficult for us to recommend Bay Brick Pavers although the quality of work performed by their subcontractor was exceptional. Our recommendations to prospective customers would be: 1. Remember that without your input, the contract only protects the vendors interest, not yours. 2. Insure you read the contract (front & back). 3. Have everything you want specifically specified in the contract. 4. Have the vendor provide dates on the contract: A. A date material will be ordered and delivered. B. An estimated date for work to begin. C. An estimated date or date of completion. 5. Do not give the vendor a deposit until they show good faith by ordering all materials. Your good faith is shown by signing the contract. The vendor should supply documentation (invoices) of ordered materials. In our case the provider was able to use our deposit for a month and a half before any pavers were delivered. 6. Be sure you understand the warranty policy specified on the contract. NOTE: A manufactures' warranty of 10 years is specified on the backside of the contract but the vendors Web Site specifies a 25 year warranty and the provider failed to provide us with any manufacture information or details. 7. Understand that leftover pavers (not used) become your property. So if the provider does not order the correct amount of materials for the job, you wait for additional materials or you have more pavers than the job required. Based on our experience It is difficult at best to write a favorable review for this vendor. If this provider had not sent us an invoice on 1/27/2014 showing a balance due of $2354.00 after we personally gave the providers' representative a check for that amount 3 days earlier on 1/24/2014 for completion of all work and materials, I may not be writing this review. Our check was deposited in the vendors account on 1/27/2014 and on that same day they sent me an invoice with a balance due of $2354.00. Now I question if this provider has a CASH FLOW problem and/or follows Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The Web Site for this provider boasts of "WOW" and of installing a 7500 sq. ft. driveway in a day and installing a 150 sq. ft. patio on the next day. We got more "WOW" than we bargained for in that our home was broken into during the period of the biggest mess in the front and back yard In addition, our contracts only totaled approximately 730 sq. ft. which took 3 months and 8 day to complete, not one day. After the break-in I had to get a security system installed to calm my wife's fears. The provider diffently did not order needed materials to complete this project in a timely manner. During a 3 month period we accepted three (3) different deliveries at different intervals when all the materials could have been delivered at the same time. This does not included what the workers brought with them to do the job. In addition the initial providers' representative demonstraded a low level of customer service skills making us feel as though he was the customer and they were doing us a favor because they were not making any money on this project. A subsequent provider representative did demonstrate a more positive customer demeanor but this was not extended to us until the end. We would like to have additional work (pavers installed) in the future but not by this vendor. As I write this review it has been raining for the past three days and the rain has washed the sand from between the pavers and I do not wish to complain to this vendor. We really do not desire to have any further contact with this vendor. If this vendor wishes to refute this review, I will be more that happy to submit addition detail, dates and pictures. An explaination of our rating: OVERALL we give this vendor a "D" minus because of the time they took in ordering and completing the wook. PRICE we give this vendor and "F" because the price was to high for the aggarvation, time and mess we had to endure. QUALITY we could easlly give a an "A" to their subcontractor who performed all the work but when we look at the over mess and time it took we rate them as a "D". RESPONSIVENESS: we rate them an "F" because they failed to use any sensitivity in the performance of their obligations perferring instead to offer and use excuses. They were more concerned in getting paid even if the work was not completed. PUNCTUALITY: we rate as "F" for the 3 months it took to complete the work. PROFESSIONALISM: we rate them a "D" for the poor customer service.
