I had been having trouble finding someone to do monthly lawn service since I have a very small area that needs tending to. I contacted a few companies on Angie's list and Michael was the only one to respond and was willing to do my small yard. Since being told by my doctor that I shouldn't be doing the work myself after an accident I had been begging friends and family to help me and I very happy to have found Michael and my yard looks great !! the price is a little high for my small space but I certainly understand the costs involved to operate so his minimum charge is worth my (or family/friend) time to have my lawn cared for. Thank you Michael !

Since I told the story from start to finish in the box above, I can only add that since we moved to Tampa in January we have had problems with reliable yard work. All that changed when we found Bay's Best Lawn Service. We highly recommend them to all.

When my previous yard guy stopped showing up and returning calls, I turned to Angie's List. That's where I found Bay's Best Lawn Care and owner Michael. I called a few yard companies that day, but it was Michael who was most prompt in returning my call. He gave me a time to come by for a quote and was right on time. I found Michael to be personable and professional. We walked the yard and went over in detail what I wanted done. Just a note, we have a 1/2 acre on a lake with lots of trees and a small group of citrus trees in our front yard. The work I asked Micahel to do also included removing some sentimental plants that belonged to my grandmother and replanting them for me. Michael mentioned that he could also clean out our gutters and I was so glad to have that done. Michale's quote was very reasonable and I hired him for the job. On the day the job was scheduled, Michael showed up and got to work right away. He was having to do the work solo, but that did not seem to slow progress down. We did have a storm move in and Michael kept working. When it looked like to storm would not subside, I let Michael know that I was fine with him completing the work another day, which he did. The yard looked great when he finished and I signed a contract for annual yard maintenance. I have also used Bay's Best/Michael for after-storm clean up. I plan to have landscaping done next Spring and will definitely have Bay's Best and Michael handle that, as well. I am pleased and highly recommend Bay's Best Lawn Care.

I received relatively short notice that our lawn service was being discontinued. I signed up on Angie's List to search for a reputable replacement and was not dissapointed! Bay's Best Lawn Care was one of the first companies I reviewed; they matched all of my pre-conditions including being located in my area, providing and annual lawn care service, and being in operation for at least two years. I called in the middle of the day and left a message expecting to be contacted that evening. To my pleasant surprise, Michael called back almost immediately and said, since he was mowing several lawns in my area, he would stop by in a couple hours to evaluate my lawncare needs and give me an estimate. He showed up right on time, and offered to perform the same services plus pick-up any loose branches, etc. from the yard for about the same monthly price as my former lawn care service. Michael was very personable and professional. We signed a formal contgract specifying in detail the services to be performed and the frequency. As promised, Michael showed up on the first Wednesday of the month and performed all the services agreed upon, even though a thunderstorm was threatening. The grass was cut at a reasonable height (not too cropped so as to damage the roots) and the edges around the sidewalks and driveway were neatly trimmed. Michael also picked up several dead branches off the oak in our front yard as well as a fallen palm frond. The sidewalk and porch areas were blown free of debris. I was quite pleased with the smooth transition from our former lawn service to Bay's Best Lawn Care with no disruption in mowing schedule, and the lawn looks great!

The guy that had been doing our lawn for three years suddenly moved away and we had little time to look for a replacement. We joined Angie's List to find the best at what they do in the area. We had several people come out but Bay's Best Lawn Care was the best fit for us. He does a great job for the same price we have been paying all along so it's been a seamless transition. We have been working with him for a couple months now and are very happy with the service so far and would recommend him to friends and family.

It's a great service. They have great attention to detail. Delivered exactly as promised, good value.

He is very conscientious. He used to have an indoor job but he likes outdoor work. He is very reliable. He is a nice guy. He has good equipment. He is an upright man. He is very cooperative. He works by himself. It is a solo operation. The price is competitive. It is in line with the rest.
