Bay's Best Lawn Care

We have an annual agreement with them. They charge us on a monthly basis and we pay $70 a month for the services that we get.

It is excellent work. He tries very hard to please. He also does landscaping as well.

I found Bays Best on Angies List and called. My call was returned promptly. The owner came out and gave me an estimate. I decided to change to this company. They did a great clean-up and have had service with them for one month. I am especially happy with the way they take care of weeds.

Called provider to request a quote/estimate for service. Received a reply informing me that they are currently not taking on new clients/business. I appreciate his response and that he does not want to sacrifice quality of service and care for new business or for the sake of more money. Would definitely try contacting the business again if they were to accept new clients.

They were very reliable. I felt comfortable with them providing lawn care even if we were away from the house. They were very reasonably priced. I would recommend their service.

I called Mike to schedule a visit to see if he could take care of my lawn. I left a message and Mike called me back quickly. We talked about the house, and he answered many questions I had. We tentatively scheduled a time for him to come by, but he called me later to let me know that I was outside his area. He does not work with customers who live north of Kennedy. While he was professional and polite, I couldn't help but feel completely slighted.

They pretty much do full maintenance of our lawn. We wanted to have our lawn cross cut, which is something that companies don’t do. The owner cross cuts our lawn which is awesome. They are really good, we like them a lot. They are not the cheapest but they do a good job so it’s worth it!

I have been using Bay's Best Lawn Care since July 2014 and I am so pleased with their service. My lawn looks great and the service is reliable unlike my last provider. Mike and his crew show up regularly and perform consistently every time. I highly recommend this company and will continue to contract with them in the future.

We decided to not go with Mike's company due to the price. His price didn't include mowing the lawn and was already a bit higher than another company we considered.

Although this was the busy season and Mike didn't have an opening on his schedule to come out, he was most gracious and called me back and explained why. Then, he went an extra step and even texted me the name of someone who might be able to help me. We are in the midst of selling our home, and needed someone soon, so I was so grateful to Mike for his quick response. If you can get him in the off-season and become a regular with this person, I would highly recommend doing so. If we were staying in Florida (we're moving out-of-state), I would definitely contact Mike again. What a great guy to do business with!

This company, Mike their owner and everyone who has come to my house has been incredibly professional and so efficient at their job it is mind blowing. They come in and out in no time and your place looks amazing when they are done. If you are lucky enough to get a slot in their busy schedule, I had to wait a little while, you will not be disappointed. Don't even bother looking for another company, this one will take such good care of you.

I messaged this company based on the positive reviews and unfortunately this company is not taking on any new business due to high demand and not wanting to impact the quality of work. I appreciate that quality work is important to the provider and the company would let revenues suffer in order to keep a good reputation. It is unfortunate that i didn't make it to the client list. Hopefully the company will be in a position to expand soon.

Mike and his team have been providing our lawncare for about 4-5 weeks now and we couldn't be happier! The yard looks awesome and I can call anytime if I need anything extra. Mike is very professional and was quick to add us to his route. We are very pleased with this company!!

I contacted this provider regarding lawn services. I was called same day, and provided VERY professional service just as other member had mentioned in their review. He agreed to visit my property, and send me a proposal. And that's exactly what he did. The price was FANTASTIC! Unfortunately, the price he quoted me was a GREATER deal for me than it would have been for his business. This was due to the gas/labor of traveling to my side of town. If this business expands to my area, I would definately use this company. I hope to find another company as polite and professional as this one.

Very good service and clean-up. Always shows up when scheduled. I would recommend to anyone who needs regular, competent and timely lawn care without having to worry about anything.

I called Bay's Best Lawn Care on Saturday early afternoon to inquire about a one-time cleanup and left a voice message. I received a call back from Michael later that same afternoon but I missed his call. I planned on giving him a call back on Monday, but, to my surprise, Michael followed up with me on Sunday afternoon. To my personal dismay Michael explained that, since the growing season started, he is very busy with his regular customers and cannot perform a one-time cleanup. I appreciated him calling me back and letting me know. If I ever decide to do a monthly maintenance agreement for my lawn, Michael will be the first person I call.

Mike came over to provide an estimate and clarification on exactly what I was looking for. He scheduled a time to provide the service. The work afterwards was wonderful. Everything looked in place. Palm trees, shrubs, bushes, plants....the lawn looks fabulous. Would hire again for future services.

I had been having trouble finding someone to do monthly lawn service since I have a very small area that needs tending to. I contacted a few companies on Angie's list and Michael was the only one to respond and was willing to do my small yard. Since being told by my doctor that I shouldn't be doing the work myself after an accident I had been begging friends and family to help me and I very happy to have found Michael and my yard looks great !! the price is a little high for my small space but I certainly understand the costs involved to operate so his minimum charge is worth my (or family/friend) time to have my lawn cared for. Thank you Michael !
