There were some problems with the coupons. I called them to come out before Thanksgiving and they did. They were late but the did call. He gave me a different price in person then they what they did on the phone. He did a great job cleaning the carpet. It took longer to dry then he said it would. He said it would take four hours to dry instead it took two days. It didn't do as well to clean the tile. He did an exceptional job on the carpets.

I thought that he did a really great job. He was able to get hard to clean pets stains out of the carpet. He was not a miracle worker, but he was diligent. He made the carpet look good and the price was worth the every penny.

They were on time. They gave me an estimate, and they stuck with it. I would not use them again. The gentleman was nice enough, but I wasn't happy with the end result. After he was done I had to re-mop the entire floor when he left because there was a chemical residue. He also left a stain in my brand new stainless steel sink. The towel that was used to wipe the floor seemed to have never been washed and smelled very nasty. After he put his tools away he asked me if everything looked okay and made a bit of an issue when I requested him to do more work.

This company came out and did an OK job. They did good work but I did expect them to have removed the odors a little bit better; they did do a good job but they told me that if I wanted the odors gone 100% then I needed to have an expensive cleaning procedure done that I did not go with. The guy that came out was on time and very nice and they did do a pretty good job.

It all started when we had a surprise party for the neighbor across the street and my husband asked if I thought anyone would go into our living room with red wine. I said "no" not with red wine on a white carpet. And so my next door neighbor did just that and spilled the wine. We doused it with white wine and then Monday morning I called Accent American. They came out the Tuesday morning and my husband showed Ken the bottle of wine so he knew exactly what it was. He got it all out and cleaned the rest of the carpet (I didn't know it was that dirty). He was very informative about carpet cleaning and what to do when you get a spill, etc. I really liked him and, yes, I would DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

On time and responsive to my plight. I had new furniture coming and needed the carpets cleaned beforehand. As a result I was able to move the furniture delivery up by 4 days. Yay!

It went fantastic. The guy actually showed up early. He called me ahead of time and let me know about everything that was going on. He was very informative. He told me how to take better care of my carpet and left me some cleaning products.

They were great! It was excellent. I was very pleased.

Ken gave me a detailed description of cleaning process and time frame. He was very careful to explain about problems of water-damaged rugs, but I was delighted when he was able to remove red dye spots from my blue and beige rug. You can tell that the staff cares - most times I called, I was able to speak with a knowledgeable staff member.

Excellent service, responded immediately to my call, performed the service on very short notice to assist with my time constraints; very professional and the tile looked fantastic when he was done. He also gave me lots of tips on ongoing maintenance and cleaning.

They where very friendly when they where there working for me. They where very professional about the job. They had showed up on time to do the work for me.

They showed up on time, gave a reasonable estimate and completed the work the same day. Service was friendly, work was good. We were completely satisfied and would definitely use them again.

They did a great job! They were here on time, Mike was extremely present. Had a question about drying time. Left a message, and they got back to me immediately. Felt they were very up front about what they could do, and will definitely have them back. They did deep cleaning in room with heavy soil. Regular cleaning on the other. Did a great job of getting all bad spots taken care of.

The young man, Mike, first cleaned all of the ceramic tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Then, he moved all appropriate pieces, pretreated the carpets, and cleaned them well, finishing with a treatment of ScotchGuard. My carpets and floors look good, and before leaving, he explained how to deal with spills, and also their customer service plan.

One of my couches was 20 years old and white. It now looks great!

Mike was friendly. Did not try to push extra items. Free bottle of cleaner. Kept in contact and asked if he could arrive an hour before the scheduled time. Able to do the job with only one day notice.

When I called, I was connected to voice mail but received a fairly prompt call back. I received a cost estimate over the phone that was pretty accurate and was able to schedule a very convenient appointment. The technician was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. The technician asked about any troublesome stains or spots and inquired as to what products we had used to treat them. We mentioned that we had used a product called "Resolve" most of the time. He made a note of that fact on the service invoice with the added notation that "spots may reappear." Boy, did they ever! A huge, dark iced tea spot, not seen in 4 or 5 years, reappeared in the family room. This occurrence is very clearly outlined on their service ticket along with recommendations for treatment, which is very simply the use of distilled white vinegar and water. It took many, many applications, but, it worked. Tech did not return all displaced furniture to cleaned areas.

The process was uncomplicated and during the final inspection Mike re-cleaned the few places where we agreed were especially soiled. The bill was just as explained. The carpets seemed pretty damp and Mike instructed me to turn the air conditioner to 70 for the day. I did not move any thing back to its place until the next morning. Mike placed plastic circles under the metal legs of some of the living room furniture as I had asked him to do.

I called at 7:30 PM and talked with Ken the owner. He told me what to do for the spots and said he could be here by 3:00 PM the following day. Speedy service and very knowledgeable.

Their prices were a bit high, but other than that they were fine.

When I called to make the appointment, I told the person who answered the phone that I wanted two rooms plus a hallway/pass-through area cleaned as well as some spot cleaning (what I thought would be the equivalent of 3 rooms). There was no discussion of room size, etc. When the gentleman came to clean the carpet, he called and left a message on my cell phone without coming to the door, assuming I was not home. I had to walk out to the truck and tell him to come in. Then he said I'd be charged for two "rooms" per real room because the rooms were over 250 sq. ft. One was 260. The other was more than 250 but less than 500. He was going to charge me for four "rooms", plus charge me the whole room price for cleaning the walk-through area. I was very disappointed and canceled the cleaning.

Overall, the carpets were much cleaner. There was however no effort shown to remove some stains, stains which I even pointed out to the cleaner. Not only did he not get the hard to remove stains, but there were some other easier stains that were left behind. I should not be able to easily scrub a stain that was left left behind by a steamer.

I called to inquire about oriental carpet cleaning. They sent someone to the house to measure and give me a free estimate. Took rugs. Called when rugs were ready and made delivery soonest. They explained their process and price. I will use them again. Be sure and ask for the Angie's List discount.

When I called Lisa she was so friendly and helpful on the phone and scheduled an appointment for us right away. Michael arrived early (a nice surprise) and showed me exactly what he was doing. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time and followed up with instructions on drying the carpet, etc. He also took care to protect the wall corners from the hose. On a separate note: I had my very active 3 1/2 year old with me and she had a million questions for Mike and I was very thankful that he was patient and kind with her. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. And Lisa in the office was just as impressive.

Excellent prompt service. I called and was able to obtain an appointment the next day. The price was explained clearly and there were no hidden charges. I was amazed at how efficiently and quickly the work was done. Michael Hiatt who did the service was friendly and arrived when expected. I would use them and recommend them again. I would also mention that the lady who answered the phone when I called for an appointment was friendly and courteous.
