+ -1 moreGreat. They put spacers beneith the heavy furniture that allowed them to wash without damaging furniture - we did not want it moved, as we plan to replace the carpet in a year or so. The spacers were easy to move. Carpet looked much better after they left.

Description of Work: Accent American has been cleaning my carpets for the last nine years and have always done outstanding work. I had a kitty who stopped using the litter box. Instead she used my carpet. Ken cleaned the area she was using and all spots and odor are gone!! Now he is the only person I will have clean my carpet. Another time my washing machine flooded the laundry room and adjacent areas. Again I called Ken and he knew exactly what needed to be done. Walls & flooring did not need to be pulled out as Ken knew the best way to dry the effected areas. That was five years ago and I have never had a mold problem.

+ -1 moreIt was ok. Scheduling was good and I had no problems. They came out when they said they would. When he cleaned out the filter, he dumped it in the yard and left it there. However, the carpets looked good when they were first done.

+ 0 moreThe entire 1st floor of our house is tile & grout. I did not thing it was that dirty HOWEVER once Accent American was done with the job I was amazed at the difference. They were on time and friendly and the price was much better than we had received from other cleaners. I would definitely use Accent American again.

The price went from $100 but it went to $180 but the room is pretty big. She said my living room is like two rooms, which I understand. I would hire her again.

+ -1 moreArrived on time, did his measurements, confirmed for me that I was eligle for the discount BEFORE starting to work!! Went right to it, you could tell these folks had been doing this for awhile!! He actually came into my kitchen after doing a living room and told me I had a 70 lb female dog that left a stain!!!! I said WHAT, and he explained how could tell what type, s**, weight etc a pet was that left a stain that had been there awhile and was not totally removeable and he explained why!! Great company, STOP looking right now and get your carpets cleaned professionally!!

They were very responsive and took care of the issue right away. Our customer was extremely happy and called to tell us what a great job Accent American had done.
