Carpet stayed damp for several days. Hate to think what it's like underneath...

Everything is going great. Everytime I call them, they're right there answering any questions I have. They don't put me on hold for very long. They take care of everything. They're awesome people.

They did a really good job of cleaning the carpets. He got stains out of the carpets that I've had for almost 20 years. I was concerned that the carpet seemed to be overly damp. I thought there might be a mildew problem. The main thing they were going to do was clean up the carpet where the cat bathroom is. He didn't get all of the cat urine smell out of the carpet, but I guess I never gave him a chance to correct the problem. Other than this, he did a great job and was reasonably priced. He even cleaned my bedroom that I didn't expect him to clean.

I was very pleased with how flexible the company was with scheduling. They came out late Saturday afternoon which was very convenient for me. Ken was very professional and did a great job cleaning. All of the stains came out and carpets dried fairly quickly (about 6-8 hours). He is clearly very knowledgeable about all types of cleaning and restoration from different types of damage. He talked to me about how to get rid of pet urine smells when I asked even though that was not part of the service. Overall, I was very pleased and would hire them again.

I was pleased with them. The guy was honest and it was a positive experience. They sent me correspondence subsequent to that for any discounts. I would recommend them.

I was satisfied with the service and I thought the price was reasonable, however I would probably not use them in the future.

The cleaning was very good and the price was reasonable. He came early, was very professional, and was done quickly.

I called the office on Monday to schedule an appointment for that Friday. They were very accommodating and professional over the phone. The technician arrived about 30 minutes early, which was great. He gave me an estimate and when I elected to only do part of the initial service, he was understanding and did not attempt to hard sell me into the getting the extra work done. After we agreed on the work being completed he went right to work and did a very thorough job! My furniture and carpet look terrific and both are very high traffic areas. My carpet is light cream and I have a dog and two cats so it was in dire need of this service. Looks as good as new now. On a side note, they provide a Spot Cleaner that is AMAZING...it can get out red wine!

They were very quick to return the ones they took out to clean.

Ken did a great job. He explained everything I needed to do to maintain it, and he was professional, and quick.

I really liked him. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He told me what I was doing wrong as far as the maintenance of my carpets (vinegar and water or ammonia and water for stains). My carpets look like new! I had been using the rental machines in the past, and he showed me all of the soap that was trapped in my carpet from those machines and was attracting dirt. I would use him again.

Ken and Lisa are wonderful and very customer driven. They are both, extremely knowledgable individuals who are always available 24/7. Have used them for years and have always been very pleased. They are worth the extra money.

He came a little early which was great for me. The entire job took less than an hour.

Accent America came out and cleaned the carpet in our rental house, which is 3 bedrooms. This is the second time I have used them. Both times they did an excellent job, they were on time and very professional. All of the equipment used is built into the truck they use so all that comes into the house is the hose. I asked the gentleman to clean the carpet runner in hallway, which he did at no additional charge. My tenent wanted her 2 large area rugs cleaned which he did for an additional $35.00.

Arrived on time. Gave us hints on floor cleaning and instulation. Took our rug to be cleaned. Returned on day promised.

He came out, was clean and presentable. He did excactly what I wanted and I was very impressed. I will definitely use them again.

The rug that they cleaned had some particularly dirty sections on it, so they used a treatment to go over the rug a 2nd time. My real estate agent was even amazed at how clean the carpet was.

He came when the appointment was scheduled and cleaned all the areas that were specified. Very good job and no problems

The previous morning job prevented the technicians from arriving at the originally scheduled time. However, I was called and told of the delay with a promised arrival of about 1 1/2 hours later. The water hose had sprung a leak that morning so I did mop some water on the tiled floors. There were no incidents. The techs were pleasant and professional. We were pleased with the cleaned carpets.

Overall the job went well. Ken took care of the estimate with the insurance company and there were many delays because the insurance kept rejecting his estimate. Ken was very descriptive about how much we could spend to replace fixtures. For example he charged the insurance company a set a mount to remove and replace the shower/tub. But the amount was not broken down in parts and labor. So we were at his mercy for him to tell us how much we could spend on a new shower. It made it very stressful to deal with his estimate because we had no clue how much we were entitled to spend. So it became a hassle and a you said wee said were we thought we could spend this much and he thought we could only spend this much. Same with the vanity and the sink etc. But the job was finished. The carpet looks good. The tile in the bathroom looks good except the grout is lighter in some areas than other. Some of the other workmanship is not great, like the wall finishing etc. But they complete the job in about one month and now the job is finished. Ken was easy to work with and his construction contractor, Georgia was awesome. Overall were satisfied but not sure if we would use them again because of all the snafus with the estimate having to bargain for price on replacing the fixtures.

Called around noon and they gave me an appointment for 3 days later, but I let them know they could call me if they had an opening. Around 1:30pm I received a call from Ken and he had an opening. We met at 3pm and he took his time doing the inspection and filming and told me my options. He didn't push me into unneeded services and was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will call him again if I need any of their many services or even just a referral.

They are all very nice and respectful. When they came they were always prompt and on time. It went okay except for a chemical problem that we had with the carpeting.
