Ken was very professional and knowledgeable about his services. Gave us great tips on how to clean up after our cats to avoid costly repairs later. We are very happy with the results.

Ken arrived on time and did a quick survey and estimate. This was the second time I used this company. We wanted a deep cleaning due to sand and pest problems. The work by Ken was great. He removed all the stains and cleaned all the areas including under the beds and furniture. His cleaning process left very little moisture..all the carpet areas were dried in half a day, we didn,t have to use any floor fans to expedite the drying process. The carpet is back in fantastic condition and I appreciated Ken's professional hard work.

Accent American did a great job! In fact, this is the forth time I have used their services and have always been highly satisfied. They showed up at our mutually agreed upon appointment time, did a great job and I'll call them again when I need any of their services.

Ken Jordan from Accent American came to my home and not only was he able to move everything by himself (because he works out and is huge..!), but he talked me through the cleaning process. After spending a couple of hours with Ken, it was clear that he was an expert in how to properly clean my carpet. In addition, Ken gave me some tips on how I ca manage newer, smaller stains, so I could maximize the interval between this carpet clean and the next one. I ill definitely call Ken and Accent American again! They do a fabulous job!

They came out quickly and were able to save some of our things. They did get upset when we told them we weren't using them to lay new flooring. They got aggressive with us when we told him we were going with someone else. They never sent us an actual bill and later when we had not paid it they become very rude. I told them as soon as I got a bill I would pay them. They did a good job with the actual drying work. After the work was done and we would call them and they wouldn't return our phone calls. I would not use them again.

He was highly recommended on Angie's List. He did a very good job and I was pleased with the result. The carpet is very clean and I like the new process they use. He did a better job than the previous company that I was using. I paid a little more but I think I got a little more out of it. It was one man that came and took care of it. He said that he would be there at a certain time and he was there. He seemed to know what he was doing and he did a very good job. He was right on time and very professional.

He didn't even charge us for his time. He told me that he would be able to clean the carpets and charge me but it would not solve the problem. The problem was due to our pets having accidents on the carpets. He was extremely honest and I have nothing but good things to say about them. He referred a carpet installation company who we decided to use.

I called this company to set up an appointment to have my carpet cleaned - a total of five rooms. The appointment was set up for Monday morning, Nov. 21, 2011. The man I talked with gave me the pricing, told me about their employees, and said someone would call me on Saturday to give me an exact time they would be here on Monday. I did not hear from anyone on Saturday so I called at 8:20 on Monday to find out the exact time. The company said they had never heard of me. They could not do the job nor could they do it the following day. Needless to say, I was very upset. Moving furniture and accessories out of five rooms is not easy job for a woman in her 70's. The owner appologized but told me I never booked. He was wrong - I did book and was give a time and price. He insised this never happened. They do use an answering service and the fault must lie with them. The owner was in a hurry and offered to try to get someone else for me, but they might not be a quality cleaner nor would they honor the BIG DEAL I had with Angies List. I called Angies List and had my account refunded. I have always been pleased with service from providers on Angies List but this was a horrible experience. Now I have to move all my furniture back over a dirty carpet. I would not recommend this company. Even though the mixup must have been with his answering service, the was he insisted I had never booked an appointment was rude (I am afraid I was rude back with him and for that I appologize). It was not a pleasant expeience.

I beleive that it went very badly. I was very surprise that they did not do a good job. Accourding to what the lady I spoke with on Tuesday November 1st she told me that they do very thing.

The cleaning was done well and I was satisfied with their work. Their prices were a little bit high for the furniture job.

I called them and they scheduled someone for the very next day, he arrived at the scheduled time and explained to me the process of what they would be doing, how long it would take and the price. He also took the time to show me how to avoid this from happening again. They returned the carpets in the time that was set. I would not hesitate to use them again.

He was very personable. He did a good job. He showed up on time, explained everything and left me drying instructions. He did a very good job.

The guy who came was very good and informative. He did an excellent job. It was only one guy and he handled it beautifully.

They got out stains that i never thought would come up. I.e. black pen ink. But left some stains that i thought would come out.

They did a great job. They came in andmoved all of our furniture and put them on styrofoam blocks. They were fast and friendly.

I used this company last year and was again pleased with his work this year. He does a very good job and his prices are reasonable. Very professional, on time and cleans up behind himself. Would defiantely recommend and use again next year.

Accent came out the day after the call, worked efficiently. My furniture still had hints of cat scent once it dried, however, which was disappointing. In all fairness, I know cat spots are a difficult task. The visible spots were gone.

Initially, the carpets looked great. But as the cleaned areas began to dry, there were two areas where deep-set stains must have been pulled to the surface. i had family coming into town that evening for the weekend so I did not contact the company right away about what developed as the carpets dried. I did not give them a chance to know about this problem and feel like they would have been responsive if I contacted them - that was my fault. The gentleman that did the actual cleaning was very kind, professional and told me methods to using in treating pet stains as they happen.

Have used these guys a couple of times. I like the no chemical approach. Very helpful and professional.

I appreciated his efforts to remove the stains, his honesty about the ones he could not and his prompt arrival.
