Description of Work: Everything went great. Ken cleaned my breakfast room chairs, family room sectional, carpet in office, and carpet in living room. I've used this company before. ALWAYS impressed with his professionalism and helpful hints so I don't have to call him as much. Weird, right?

STEVE, WAS ON TIME, DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. SEVERAL STAINS CAME UP OUT OF CARPET JUST FROM THE CLEANING. HE MOVED CHAIRS AND COUCHES TO CLEAN UNDER THEM AND PUT PROTECTORS DOWN UNDER THE LEGS OF THESE ITEMS BEFORE HE LEFT. **TAKE NOTE - AFTER THE CLEANING THERE WERE SEVERAL BIG ''WRINKLES'' IN THE FORMAL LIV/DIN AREA. STEVE SAID MOST OF THEM WOULD GO DOWN BUT WAS NOT SURE ABOUT A COUPLE OF THE LARGER ONES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. THANKFULLY, ALL THE ''WRINKLES'' WENT DOWN. IF THEY HADN'T WE WOULD BE LOOKING AT HAVING TO HAVE THEM STRETCHED OUT. IF YOU HAVE AN OLDER HOME AND THE CARPET WAS PUT IN WITHOUT THE ASSISTANCE OF A STRETCHING DEVICE - BE AWARE OF THE ''WRINKLE'' EFFECT. ALSO,ONCE DONE HE TOLD US ABOUT ''RECURRING SPOTS'' WHICH OCCUR 2-3 DAYS LATER. THESE OCCUR FROM IMPROPER SPOT CLEANING UTILIZING CHEMICALS AND NOT PROPERLY EXTRACTING THEM. I HAD NO SUCH SPOTS APPEAR. AGAIN, IF YOU ARE NOT THE ORIGINAL OWNERS OR USE SPOT REMOVERS A LOT, BEWARE OF THIS EFFECT.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT KEN JORDAN AND HIS TEAM. THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME HIRING HIM. KEN IS THE MOST INFORMED AND ENTHUSIASTIC CONTRACTOR I HAVE WORKED WITH. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE OUR HOUSE WAS PUT BACK TOGETHER. HE HAS THE TOOLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO ENSURE OUR INSURANCE CLAIM COULD NOT BE DISPUTED. HE DEALT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY ON MANY OCCASIONS, CAME TO THE HOUSE AT LATE HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS AND ALWAYS ANSWERED OUR CALLS. AS A RESULT, OUR HOME IS IN GREAT SHAPE AND WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE WORK. WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WHO HAS ANY DAMAGE ISSUES.
Description of Work: PIPE LEAKED AT SLAB IN KITCHEN, CAUSING 35,000 GALLONS OF WATER TO LEAK INTO THE HOUSE - KEN JORDAN AND ACCENT AMERICAN SERVED AS OUR WATER DAMAGE REPAIR CONTRACTOR AFTER PLUMBING WAS REPAIRED BY OTHERS. SERVICES INCLUDED WATER EXTRACTION, WALL & TILE REPAIR, TILE CLEANING, AND ASSISTANCE WITH CARPET REPLACEMENT.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM AND HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO A FRIEND, THEY RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND GAVE US A LOT OF GOOD INFORMATION ABOUT MOLD AND THE PROCESSES THEY USE TO UNCOVER PROBLEMS. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO EMAIL US A RECEIPT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE.
Description of Work: THE CABLE PEOPLE DAMAGED A DRAINAGE PIPE IN OUR WALL. IT WAS LEAKING FOR ABOUT A WEEK. OUR CARPET WAS SOAKED, AND WE WERE AFRAID WE HAD GOTTEN MOLD AS A RESULT IN OUR DRYWALL. COMPANY TOLD US THAT THEY COULD USE A CAMERA TO SEE IF WE HAD DAMAGE. THE CAMERAS WERE EXPENSIVE, SO IT WOULD COST $250 TO HAVE AN INSPECTION. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. THEY WERE LATE, BUT CALLED AND LET ME KNOW THEY WERE RUNNING LATE. INSPECTION WAS QUICK, THEY USED TWO CAMERAS TO LOOK AT OUR DRYWALL AND BEHIND OUR DRYWALL. IT TURNED OUT WE DID NOT HAVE DAMAGE, SO WE DID NOT NEED ANY FURTHER WORK.

THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 6:30 AM!! VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, LOVE TO TALK ABOUT WATER-RELATED ISSUES. THEIR WORK QUALITY WAS TOP NOTCH, AND EXPLAINED WHY THEY'RE ON THE HIGH SIDE, BUT FAIR PRICES. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANY EMERGENCY, THEY ARE WORTH THE PREMIUM.
Description of Work: WATER EXTRACTION, CARPET DRYING, USE OF DEHUMIDIFIER. WATER INTRUSION DUE TO HURRICANE FRANCES. THEY SHOWED UP WITHIN HOURS OF THE PHONE CALL AND WERE ABLE TO SAVE BOTH THE CARPET AND OUR PEACE OF MIND. DRYING EQUIPMENT PUT IN PLACE FOR 3 DAYS AND IT WORKED WONDERS.
