Description of Work: My 3 year old washer, hardly used, broke down and I called DiChristopher after first trying another company. This is a family business. The son came out, and was extremely helpful explaining what was wrong (the motor was shot) and what my options were. It actually ended up being better for me to buy a new washer (the other company didn't explain anything, and seemed more intent on selling me services). They even helped me move my old washer out. It was a great experience, I would happily use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced the water inlet valve, rebuilt the agitator and replaced the hoses on my Kenmore clothes washer. They called to confirm the appointment as they said they would and Anthony called prior to his arrival to let me know his ETA. He was punctual and courteous. He listened to what I had to say about the problem; he evaluated the problem and thoroughly checked the washer for any other problems; he then explained to me what work needed to be done and gave me the estimated cost for the parts and labor. I thought this was very fair and agreed to have the work done, which he completed efficiently, cleanly and quickly. He was very courteous to answer all my questions and went over and above to be helpful to me. I would definitely use their services in the future and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Installed new Receptacle and Plug with needed cord to put the dryer back in service. Also replaced our Icemaker which had stopped working. Don arrived ontime, discovered the problems with each appliance. He then gave a firm estimate to perform the needed work. He then completed the work in a very efficient and professional manner. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Description of Work: This was second time I called this company for service, first time went well... But, this time was even better. The issue is an ice maker, the rep told us how to get it fixed thru manufacturer as it is a known issue. Plus did not charge for the visit. Finally a straight shooter!

DiChrisopher Appliance Service quickly evaluated the situation, replaced a number of parts in a very efficient manner and the refrigerator is working beautifully. I am well pleased since I do not have to replace my refrigerator which would have taken at least twice the money.
