Description of Work: Our dryer was constantly beeping and giving an error code. They came and confirmed it was a control board ($200), and let us think for a few days about whether to repair it or opt for a new dryer. We opted for repair, and the fee for the original diagnostic visit was deducted from the total. We were very satisfied, and like that they are a family run operation that keeps in touch and keeps you informed.

Description of Work: I have used them twice, once in 2014 for my electric stove which happened to be an easy fix. We had experienced several loses of electricity and the power board in the stove had to be rebooted. Yesterday I had a problem with the stove, rebooted and all was well. Our second call was for our refrigerator, a part had to be replaced and was. By the way, both experiences the service person gave me helpful hints as to what I could do when and if I have similar problems. In fact, after my first time using them I called them back. I am disappointed to say that I was rather surprised when the serviceman said that they would be unable to come back in the future if needed. Our location in Zephyrhills is too far to travel unless they aren't too busy. Although I liked their service, I felt I had to grade them low in responsiveness and professionalism. Why didn't they mention the distance when I made the appointments....Both service calls were made by the same serviceman.

Description of Work: Replaced thermostat and ice maker. He was on time, courteous, quick and the refrigerator is working perfectly. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Description of Work: Don came out to check on my high-pitched dryer noise and hallow ice cubes. He cleaned out the dryer and found nothing wrong besides its old age (17 years), which made me happy. The hallow ice cubes were caused by low water pressure, caused by an old filter, which he replaced. Everything works fine now, and I even got to clean the large dust collection out from behind my fridge while he had it pulled out. I am a busy single working mom who doesn't stay too on top of my appliance maintenance, so I am happy to have DiChristopher to rely on to keep things humming! (I've used them twice before, too, for other repairs, and the repairs have lasted well!)

Description of Work: Much to my chagrin, my plumber who installed a hot water heater shut off the cold water valve above the heater and never turned it back on! After a week or so my water dispenser quit dispensing water as did my ice maker quit making ice! I figured it was a faulty water filter which I went and purchased. It had been some time since it was replaced having last been replaced by the previous owner but that doesn't mean I was a good steward of the filter! So it was time to replace it anyways....long overdue! Don DiChristopher asked if I had had the water turned off recently and I having had two plumbing issues the week before... Voila! The cold water valve was closed above the water heater! Felt really dumb! So that took care of the water filter which he replaced and the water dispenser is working and ice is being made! Next he dismantled the top of the dryer as I had been hearing for some time a sound like a necklace hitting metal as the drum rolled. What was determined was the the front seal which was detached. That along with the drum being warped most likely from the factory and when he heats and expands hits scrapes the nearest side. He cleaned the lint and re-checked the sound once it was reassembled. The heater sounded normal with normal sounds once it was reassembled.

Description of Work: Tech came to our house to troubleshoot why both of our refrigerators (one in the garage and one in the kitchen) had a buildup of ice in the freezer sections. He told us what he thought the problems were and how to fix it. My husband did what the tech suggested and it has worked so far. Tech was extremely helpful and even answered a question by phone that my husband had when he was attempting to repair them.

Description of Work: Washing machine stopped working. Was told it was the mother board. Got it working,was told he would order a new board and ours could last from 1 day to never having trouble for years. Have not had a problem since.

Description of Work: I had a gas range and a dishwasher that both needed service, so they took a look, and expertly were able to fix the range and made sure it passed the gas tests and works perfectly. He also gave me an excellent synopsis of the aging dishwasher and the cost to fix it, which I was able to use to make a wise decision and buy a new dishwasher. First time I've used A DiChristopher, they did a fantastic job, I'll plan on using them in the future!
